This is the best Taco Bell i have eaten at. The food here seems to always be a step above the others. I drive past 2 closer taco bells to eat at the one here in Aliso Viejo.

It was nice friendly staff. I am giving extra start for the new vegan menu they have added.It was good and healthy. Though, staff couldn't answer what it is actually made of

I was impressed with this taco bell. We had a very complicated order; add this, take off this, only this. The employee taking the order and the employees making the order got all of 100% correct. The food was nice and hot. Definitely enjoyed this.

Food was fresh and tasty. Tried one of the new menu items, Naked Chicken Chips. They were delicious and a good value, priced at 6 for $1.99. I also had a Double Delia - steak and my wife had the same except with chicken. I enjoyed mine more than she did hers, probably because the steak item was tastier. The area that could use some improvement is the wait time in the Drive - thru at night.

Not a taco bell fan, but this one is consistently clean and friendly. Good service. They even answered the phone when I had questions regarding the inside seating hours.

Lately half the food at Taco Bell has started to smell and taste like really disgusting plastic.

I've had to go here 2x the last couple of weeks and I'll tell you it's obviously because I am extremely starving and have to get something into my body. I am not a fan of Taco Bell that much anymore I used to love it but the tortillas are rubbery and nothing tastes fresh like it does a Del Taco. Anyway this particular location has a lot of issues in that it is never properly staffed there's usually only one or two max three employees working at any given time. I'll be packing my CLIF BARS FROM NOW ON!!

I come here often for lunch during the week only because Taco bell is my goto cheap satisfying food. However, the drive thru line is always long and moves at a glacier pace. The staff is very nice but often seem untrained and slow moving considering how busy they get. At least the food is always fresh because of how busy they are. It takes an average of 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru, ordering and waiting for food at the window which is a huge chunk of time spent on lunch not eating lunch.

This store is in a great location, but with so few staff, they struggle to keep up with demand at lunch & dinner rushes. The food is exactly what I expect at a TB and they are always friendly & it's well stocked with sauces, napkins & sporkies in the dining room.

Since this location is located at a movie mall Town Center is is frequented by lots of local kids who trash thr place. Often spreading hot sauce packets on seats floors and indiscriminate trash thrown everywhere especially around outside seats. They've run out of newly re-issued Mexican Pizza and have not restocked in over a week.

My wife and I were in there Thursday for our orders were taken but the cashier we had had a bad attitude and was not very polite. Food was good and the dinning room was very clean and nice.

Not the best Taco Bell, but not the worst. Prices are a little more than normal and it makes me think its a franchise because of that. Orders have never been wrong though so that is a plus.

Quick and affordable-ish prices are going up everywhere but it doesnt mean your website and onsite menu board should have 2 different prices for things. I.e. chalupa cravings box on website is $5; on menu board its $5.99 that $.99 makes a big difference when a huge chunk of the population is out of work.

Worst Taco Bell Customer Service I ever had, but the burrito is hot, so I guess 2 stars instead of 1.

I find their food too salty, and whenever you ask for anything Steak, it’s such a disappointment, they don’t provide you with strips of real meat, what you do get is some kind of meat pieces, there so small you can call them minced, slightly larger than ground beef and again very salty, and usually over cooked.

I eat here once a week for lunch. Rarely ever will I receive my food in less than 15 minutes. It takes entirely too long to receive your food here, especially if you are eating here for your lunch break at work.

For some reason I keep coming back with my co-workers for lunch and each time I end up disappointed. They are understaffed which leads to slow service times with the lobby full of customers waiting on food. Waitong 25 minutes does not make this fast food!

Its hit or miss here. Literally 50/50. Your order will be wrong 50% of the time so eh. Its taco bell though, what do you really expect. She wouldnt charge my card again or change my order. So TL;DR this Taco Bell is pretty bad, but its Taco Bell dont expect that much.

There's no information about who the donation goes to. In my case, it's a trivial amount. But if they do this to every customer, they're stealing at least a couple hundred dollars per day. 😡

This is the worst Taco Bell! I am blown away by how inept this staff is. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru (only 4 cars in front of me when I pulled in) I was greeted by an almost-comatose employee who tossed a bag to me. The food had been haphazardly thrown in and some items were not fully wrapped. To make things even worse, many items missing from my order and the food was all cold. This establishment is a JOKE. I feel robbed and cheated and I urge you to go anywhere else.

Terrible Taco Bell restaurant. They take too long to make your order even though it's relatively empty. It seems as long as there are drive-through customers you have to wait. Nacho crunch 3 options were not crunchy. App placed my order and charged at home store rather than the store in which I was currently standing (3 hrs away in Big Bear,CA)! App offered no way to cancel immediately after confirmation of order appeared on screen. I immediately called the home store several times, but msg says call again later. Upon returning from travel, I spoke to the home store/restaurant manager on Aliso Creek, in Aliso Viejo, CA who was difficult and rude when I explained the situation. Instead of a refund as requested, he insisted on filling the same order. He told me he would not offer any assistance to me again. I made it clear I would not inconvenience myself again by patronizing his franchise location and would deal with my credit card company directly if the app failed again. However, for now I've uninstalled the Taco Bell app.

Just got told that the item that I order 2-3 times a week at the drive thru is only available for order online. Woman was rude, and when I asked how come I've never had a problem ordering it other times, she just said I don't know. I was one of two cars in line. Just seems so stupid and lazy to only let people order certain things on the app/online. Since ordering at a drive thru window without signing into a website or app is too difficult for taco bell, I guess I'll go elsewhere 👎

This location is run by some inept people. Every time I go there I have to wait forever - and this with only 2 or 3 cars in line. The kicker was an experience I had a couple of weeks ago when I ordered two $1.39 tacos and one $1.39 order of nachos. With tax, the screen said $4.17. When I finally got up to the window I handed my card to the 'kid' and he told me my total was $6.20. I said, "$6.20 for 2 regular tacos and an order of nachos - chips and cheese?" He said , "yes". I requested he give me my card back and cancel my order. He had already charged my card - quick to take my money - slow to give good customer service and accurate orders. When I handed my card back to him for the credit he was very disrespectful, stating that I was not listening to him. This from the person who insisted that my $4.17 order was $6.20. Who's not listening? He proceeded to be flip and yell out to the manager that I cancelled my order because I did not like the price. The manager comes to the window and repeats in the form of a question what the kid just said to him. "You want to cancel your order because you don't like the price?" I asked, "Are you charging me $6.20 for 2 regular tacos and one order of chips and cheese?" "Yes", he said. "Since your prices have gone up so much, yes I want my money back because paying $6.20 for that order is ridiculous." This whole time neither (inept) employee used common sense to solve the problem. They need to fix that. I'm never going there again. These are the people that want $15/hr. Earn it!

Worst service I’ve EVER had at Taco Bell I waited 10 minutes to order while the workers watched us as if they don’t take orders anymore!????? They started pointing to an ordering screen and we had questions they just said you can order there! We then wait 30 minutes for our food!!!! Got up and they put a few items on a tray and I was missing HALF THE ORDER! We then said we were missing food and the line lady grabbed our receipt and quickly threw together our order making them all the WRONG WAY after another 15 minutes waiting we sat down to eat and looking at each item it was a big order! We came again with the receipt and showed both burritos were missing sour cream and they basically threw sour cream containers on out tray!!!!!!!! I was livid! After an hour at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I was disgusted and disappointed at the behavior and we will never go to this location ever again and it’s across the street from where we live! Do not come here for lunch unless you want to wait for half an hour. Also, this taco bell will get your order wrong 4/5 times.
