The inside of this restaurant for a sit down leaves much to be desired. If more than one person gets a pizza, you're gonna have a heck of a time fitting it all on the table, which by the way has some of the ugliest table cloths imaginable. I normally have zero complaints with this location, but the last time I visited on my one hour dinner break, it took over 40 minutes to get me my large pizza, and the crust was so ungodly thin, that it felt like holding a fruit roll up. This was the very first time in my life I've ever eaten pizza with a knife and fork. It was disgraceful. My ranch was served to me without a spoon, unlike normal, so dipping a pizza that has zero hold to it was a nightmare. Of course the pizza was phenomenal tasting, so I asked for a to go box to take it home and try to crisp it up in the oven. But to no avail. The crust thinner than a sheet of metal would never stiffen, so alas, after rolling up most of them like a burrito, I threw the rest in the trash. The time frame, and the consistency are inexcusable for an almost empty restaurant at 8 o clock at night. 40 minutes for a $40 pizza with no hold.

Lunch with my brother and my youngest son. Showed up around 1 pm and had no issues getting a table. Paris was our server and did a solid job ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable. We started with the Caprese ($12) for appetizer. Standard and nothing extraordinary. Then we had a Large House Salad ($12) with the Grimaldi’s house vinaigrette. Good but nothing “Wow!”. For the main entree, we split The Don 18” ($31) which was just right. The crust was crispy and flavors robust. Slight adjustment to the sauce would’ve made it perfect. It was more watery/thin than a thick consistency. The toppings of meat upon meat and then more meat was what we were looking for. We also ordered a Margherita 12” ($17) for mom and my other brother to go. All-in with tip was roughly $90. Inflation needs to cool off!

Pizza was so good! It’s thin crust-and you have 3 sizes to choose from. We got the biggest size and finished it. They offer wine and beer along with cocktails. You are also able to build your own pizza.

The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of chew, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The coal-fired oven gives the pizzas a unique, smoky flavor that takes them to the next level. From the classic Margherita to more creative combinations, everything we ordered was amazing. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made the experience even better.

We visited this pizza place on a busy Friday night, and it was packed! After a 40-minute wait, we finally got a table and ordered based on our waiter’s recommendation. We tried “The Don” and the Chicken BBQ pizza. While “The Don” was just okay, the Chicken BBQ really stood out and was definitely our favorite. One of the highlights of the experience was sitting outside—there’s a nice view that adds to the overall atmosphere. The service was fantastic despite how busy it was, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their pizzas!

We had a great time spending time with family. The pizzas are huge. We had an awesome waitress. Kept our drinks refilled and always asked if we needed anything. Loved my lemonade. We have eaten at this location multiple times with different waiters. My hubby and daughter had a craving for pizza so we ordered a pizza for carryout. Unfortunately, once we got the pizza home it was extremely burned on the bottom crust. I called the restaurant to discuss the issue and was given the option of having the pizza remade. I was told to bring the pizza with me. Upon arrival I showed the pizza to the person who I had originally picked up the pizza from at the bar and to the manager. They both saw how badly burned the pizza was and asked if I wanted it remade again which I had already requested so I assumed they did not believe me when I called initially so I had to wait for the pizza instead of having it ready when I arrived after driving from mckinney. Perhaps for the inconvenience they could have offered a discount on the pizza or something. I checked the crust on the second pizza and it was not burned but after the long drive I was not in the mood for pizza and the taste was not all that great once I got it home. It was nit work the long drive.

Our waiter was horrible. We had 2 orders and he didn't submit 1 of them and then forgot about 2 of the ordered salads. He also forgot about drink reorders. It took well over an hour to get this worked out and get our food. We had to return 1 of the pizzas because it was burned black. The management did give us a small discount on the order and a lot of apologies. But it was still a bad experience.

Took the Grandchildren for a treat to have good pizza and sit outdoors to enjoy the view at Watters Creek. Was told at the beginning they were understaffed and it would take longer for seating. Not a problem. When called to seat no available seating outside so we’re seated inside in front of a storage room with a ladder poking out in front of a curtain. There goes hopes for fun environment. Waitress was nice and apologetic about wait times for food. We ordered 3 pizzas. After an hour we received two with promise of the third coming soon. After a while the waitress told us the pizza had a hole in it so they had to start over and make a new one. We waited. 3rd pizza finally shows up and half of it had clearly burned crust that made it uneatable. Waitress arrived with bill over $100 for our party of 8 and 3 pizzas. I knew it was pricey pizza and would have been worth it if it was good. However, considering the wait time to eat and the 3rd pizza being way longer and burnt, I was surprised they didn’t offer to give a discount, or in my opinion shouldn’t have even charged me for the 3rd pizza. Never again, expensive mistake.

I ordered takeout, and when I went to pick it up there were about five employees at the front talking among themselves. After waiting a bit, one of them finally acknowledged me and asked if I needed help. When I received my pizza, I noticed there was a $5 discount and asked if it could be applied. She kindly said yes. However, another employee whispered something to her, and then she told me she could no longer apply the discount. That same employee that had whispered to the girl helping me then asked if I wanted to speak with the manager. The manager came out and was very rude, simply saying no and that they would not honor it. It was only $5, which wouldn’t have hurt the business, but honoring it would have been a nice gesture of customer service. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

I called and ordered a pizza. Very patiently I waited on the phone while a new employee that works there took my order only to arrive about 20 mins later and find out my pizza has to be remade. This is a Favor order Thats on a timer, which is the reason I called ahead this is wild but I remain patient, still sitting at the bar waiting. No one offered me a drink or a coupon or anything to compensate me for my wait. I’ll be ok but this place to is to fancy to have these issues. Im not sayin it’s a bad place but definitely cool use some improvement as far as customer service goes

I came in yesterday around 1:30ish to pick up an Uber Eats order and the young person with dark hair was at the greeting stand and they didn’t say ONE word to me. I told them the name on the order and they went to retrieve the order and didn’t say “here you go” “have a good day” “thank you” nothing! I sarcastically said as I was leaving “Thanks and keep on smiling!” It really kinda put me off! I know I’m a delivery driver and wasn’t a paying customer at that moment but that’s the first time someone at a restaurant treated me as rudely as that person did and I’ve been delivering in the DFW area for nearly 10 years. Come on! We’re all in this together. This world is tough enough. A kind word or gesture goes a long way. And so does a rude one! But not the way most people want to go! Because of that you’re no longer in the list of restaurants I want to try. Definitely don’t want to go somewhere where I think I may be treated rudely. You’re not Dick’s Last Resort! LOL! Do better!

Slow and sloppy Waited 45 minutes to pick up one pepperoni pizza which was handed to me with sloppy presentation (see attached photo) They said they had cooked it earlier but had to remake it because they burned it. I called and reserved a table at least 6 hours before we wanted dinner and when we got there they said no one added in the notes that I wanted an outdoor table to watch the weekly concert outside so we had to eat in the corner with a broken fan in 90 degree weather. We called ahead of time for a reason. Then, when talking to the manager he said there’s nothing they could do and that the fan was broken so we just “had to deal with it” The staff are so unaware and don’t even hold the door when you are trying to go from the outside patio to inside and let the door hit you on the way. Also, there was sauce from the previous customers on my plate at my “new cleaned table.” They don’t take good notes about reservations and I won’t be back. Would not recommend. Lastly, be aware of all the flies! Half of the time eating dinner we were swatting flies!
