UPDATE: 2/28 On a holiday, they serve you very reluctantly, they take a long time, and on top of that, they're all sour-faced! I completely understand that they're tired and on top of that, they're putting up with people on a holiday, but it's a service you pay for 🤷🏼‍♀️ The croissant was supposed to be pistachio cream, and practically all it had inside was mascarpone cream. This is the second time this has happened to me with something "pistachio-based." November: At the time I went, or because it was Sunday... there was pretty little choice. The parking lot, well, is a busy area, so if you walk around a couple of times, you'll usually find a spot. To get a table, you wait in line and manage it yourself; as far as I know, they don't tell you which one is which. The cheesecake was supposed to be pistachio, but it was average. Still, it was very good. The coffee is very good. The bagels are actually quite expensive, but at least they're good. And the milkshake, according to my companion, is also delicious.

A cafeteria for a hearty breakfast or afternoon snack. It has an indoor bar and a small lounge, with a large surrounding terrace. Very attentive and professional staff. Very good value for money. Free parking is available around the block. Easy wheelchair access. Vegans are welcome, and if it's suitable for celiacs, it also has gluten-free products.

A great place to have coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. The service has been wonderful both times we've been, the waiters always friendly and helpful. The bakery section (pastry) is the best, with a variety of buns. 🍞🥐 We ordered the Oreo palmerita and blueberry cheesecake 🫐 delicious. The coffee isn't branded ☕, but it was good, neither too toasty nor too acidic. They have a large terrace where you can take your pet 🐹🐕. Parking is difficult.

Lovely simple food ! We came here every morning for nearly two weeks whilst on holiday. Lovely waitress called Houda made the visits even more special as customer service was amazing. Thank you so much hope to see you very soon :-)

The food was delicious. We loved the Prince biscuit cake, but the service left something to be desired. It took a long time to bring us our snack, and then they couldn't find the payment terminal. The prices were higher than average, but the food was delicious.

El sitio me encanta y siempre he ido pero hay una camarera en particular con el pelo largo que es desagradable, una vez fuimos a sentarnos en una mesa y casi nos regaña por no sentarnos en otra que ya estaba limpia , mira mal si la llamas , muy malas formas . No voy a gastar dinero para que me atiendan como si me estuvieran perdonando la vida cuando es su trabajo .

I'm never coming back; I've had the same experience several times already. It's a really good café and pastry shop, but it's terribly organized. The staff is inattentive. They don't enforce the order of service and prioritize tables that have just been seated over those of us who have been waiting for 30 minutes or more. They need to give a chance to more humble people who are more eager to work. They're full of themselves and need a good dose of reality to make them appreciate their customers. Goodbye!

Después de estar más de media hora esperando, que pasarán como tres veces de mi y que atendieran a dos mesas que vinieron después de mi, me voy sin desayunar y con parte de la mañana desperdiciada, no han llegado ni a recogerme la mesa. El nivel de atención es pésima y no es la primera vez.

La bollería es excelente, especialmente el croissant de pistacho, que sigue siendo de lo mejor del local. Sin embargo, el servicio hoy ha sido inaceptable. Una camarera comentó delante de los clientes que ella es la más antigua de la empresa y que “es lo que hay”, dejando claro que su actitud no va a cambiar. La sensación que transmite es que, por su antigüedad, nadie le llama la atención y el responsable tiene que aguantar estas actitudes sin que haya consecuencias. Este tipo de comportamiento genera un ambiente incómodo y da muy mala imagen. Es una pena que un producto tan bueno quede empañado por un trato así. Si no mejoran el servicio, acabarán perdiendo clientes habituales.

Customer service needs to improve significantly. None of the waitresses seem interested in serving you, let alone attentively or politely. You leave the café with a bitter taste in your mouth, even though they have plenty of desserts. I'm making this observation because it's based on a long-term experience, not just a single visit.

A place with great pastries and delicious toast is ruined by a waitress who hates her job and the customers; she couldn't be ruder. Every time I've been, it's the same. If you get the others, they're very friendly and professional, but if you get this one… I imagine she's the same one from the other reviews.

It's always been a good coffee shop, but lately its service has deteriorated, especially customer service. There are about four or five waitresses, all talking outside the cafeteria and none of them paying attention to the customer. I ordered an iced matcha latte with almond milk, and, surprisingly, they barely added any almond milk (for which I paid a 0.25 cent surcharge) and there's no ice. I complain about the ice, and she tells me that since it's made with hot water, it's that temperature, but the milk was cold (it was hot), and she's reluctant to bring me a glass of ice. I ask another waitress, and she says the same thing (reluctantly), but I tell her to bring me the glass of ice, and they bring it right away. The ice joke cost me an extra euro, when it should be included if they put ICED on the menu. I order toast, and the bottom half is stained with other ingredients like tuna and tomato (the toast was buttered). I'm not surprised they're looking for staff. I hope they replace it soon because wow... I don't think I'll be back until the service changes.

A RIP-OFF. They charged me double. The menu is wrong. The price of toast on the menu isn't for a whole slice! It's for half a slice! Instead of admitting their mistake and simply saying they'll change the menu... they even tried to sell me something in a rude way. The waitress justified it by saying that "everyone orders a half." 2 people, €14 for breakfast...
