Red Lobster

We very randomly chose this Red Lobster last night and upon walking in we’re told from management that they just got their power back on and it was out for a little while so they’d be out of rice and baked potatoes because they take 45 minutes to make. Amazingly enough, we still chose to eat there. Life happens why punish them even more by leaving? So we took a minute and looked over the menu and after a few minutes both decided on the all you can eat shrimp. First off…totally worth it! $20 all you can eat and you can try basically any shrimp they have starting with 2 in the first run. Needless to say, we tried a variety. Shrimp scampi, shrimp Alfredo, & coconut shrimp were our selection last night and while the scampi and Alfredo were good, the coconut shrimp were just too good to not re-order! The overall atmosphere was pleasant and the servers were a constant presence. Everything went smooth and you couldn’t tell that they were recovering from power loss. A great night overall!

We had not visited during the past several years, and I had forgotten how much we enjoyed their biscuits. We did not wait long for the first warm batch. Though we had almost finished our meals when the fresh out of the oven hot ones arrived, we immediately forgave our delightful server after one bite of the delicacy and left no crumbs. Actually, no morsel remained from our special meals--only our shells from our shrimp tails and my lobster tail shell. My lobster tail was attractive and easy to eat, neatly setting atop its shell. There was even enough butter sauce from my shrimp and lobstet to share with the side broccoli. How lucky to come for Thursday dinner and enjoy the $20 daily special! My husband liked his every day $20 special with 3 kinds of shrimp. You'll just have to take my word about the yummy biscuits, because we couldn't wait even seconds to scarf them down after a photo. Such a deal!

Went there around 11am. Right after Church. Wife wanted Crab Legs & Lobster and the Menu had it on the Menu under Ultimate Feast. Jason & The Manager were Great, Friendly & Quick. Pictures: Cajun Chicken & Fettuccine, Fried Calamari, Biscuits, Fried Beans & Ultimate Feast.

We went to the Altamonte Springs, Florida Red Lobster Restaurant. The place was nice & cozy. Warm welcoming ny the hostess as we arrived 2 hours before closing. Our server (I wish I had his name) was excellent. The gentleman was nice, courteous, kind, caring, followed up with us and our food prep and tasting. He always offered us anything else if needed. Keep up 👍🏽 the awesome work the unknown server and the business. The restaurant was very nice and clean as well was the restroom. The food was excellent. Great taste 👌. Will be back again some day. God bless you all🙏🏽💝

First, HOJO was such an amazing server; he was really-really great! I hadn't been to Red Lobster in quite some time & was surprised at how tasty my food and drinks were. I really enjoyed my dinner.

Even though I was there for Valentines Day and was told the wait was 1 hour, I was called within 50 minutes. Judy, the server, made it a great evening. She was very attentive, sweet, and pleasant. Cudos to Judy!

So many flavors!! Mmmmmmmm!! Service was great! Everything tasted amazing! Lobster tail, grilled shrimps and an amazing salmon in butter sauce! The coleslaw side better than ever. Loved it!

UPDATE ... I returned today for endless shrimp. Fabulous service from Jason. Ordered crispy sprouts as side again, but this time I asked server to tell kitchen to go easy on the balsamic and they were fantastic. Awesome shrimp skewers and scampi. Great service from Linda H. I had the Wednesday special. Steak and lobster was cooked perfectly. Crispy sprouts were good, but I found they had a little too much sauce. I would have liked them crispier. Shrimp skewer was good too. Bottle of beer was a little pricey ... just like RL's in Canada. Haha!

It is always great, pleasant and relaxing whenever I visit this Red Lobster. The people are quite friendly, full of smiles and pleasured from serving you. I ate lobster, salmon, and shrimps with mash potatoes and broccoli for sides and drank 50/50 ice tea. It was grilled, tender and delicious. Very full of spices for my awaiting palate.

This Altamonte Springs location recently got a new manager and our dinner the other night was amazing. The service and tempo of the place was much improved , Servers and Speed of service was great and the food was on point and everything was cooked to perfection. Great Experiance !

I took my friend here for her birthday and we had a really good time at this location. Our waitress was very sweet and accommodating . Food was delightful and our piña colada the best.We’ll definitely be back soon.

Our server (JohnC) was extremely personable & attentive, the speed with which we received our meal was efficient, & the bartender made our drinks to perfection. My only complaint is that there needs to be more protein in the linguine dishes. I paid about $30 for lobster linguini & have yet to taste any lobster. I ordered a side of chicken to get more protein on my plate.

Nice location. No wait. I was a party of one. My host, San was very nice and attentive. Disappointed in my steak. I asked it to be prepared medium well. It was overcooked. Almost inedible. I only ate half of it. It was tough and dry... again disappointed, when asked how it was and explained to my host that it wasn't prepared how I asked, (note: I'd just starting eating it), she offered no resolution). My margarita was flat. My coconut shrimp were divine. Salad and potato were good also. I will try them again.

Red Lobster in Altamonte, the staff was really nice and pleasant, a more matured staff age wise. Where they ask us if we wanted to sit, i was really comfortable, the food was great and we took pictures at the front of the building which has a lovely garden. I would recommend this location.

I rarely go to Red Lobster anymore but I wanted shrimp 🍤🍤🍤 and lots of them. Endless Shrimp was the answer! We had a few hiccups in the beginning but Neshaun was very kind and attentive. Josh (manager) was professional and engaging with customers and made sure we had the correct order. The shrimp potstickers were hot, crispy, and tasty. We also had the dragon broccoli, also tasty... I think the sauce for the potstickers and the broccoli were the same? Shrimp scampi is always good and the biscuits are half of the reason I go lol

Greeter didn't welcome me. Manager looked right at me & walked by my table several times & never asked about my food or service. My waitress though, Jessica? was excellent. Very sweet & provided excellent service. She earned my $12 tip! Thank you Jessica, you made my visit special. The food & drink were okay. I ordered rice as a side, thinking it would be Pilaf, but it was just plain white rice. No seasonings. Bland. I see why the Red Lobster franchise has been having issues . . . But thankfully the Broccoli was steamed perfectly and the Lobster Tail & Alaskan Crab legs were fresh, well-cooked & seasoned. Pricey but delicious!

Did not love the food but the drinks were great! Also the service was very quick and they checked in at reasonable intervals to make sure everything was okay. It also didn’t take long at all to get seated.

Our first visit, the server disappeared & we later determined that she quit. Second visit on a weeknight at 8:30pm, we left after waiting 40 mins with no food. The manager said the kitchen was cleaning and not focused on cooking. Even after that we hesitantly returned. My daughter ordered chicken fingers and TWICE they were NOT fully cooked! Both times they arrived still raw and pink in the center. She bit into this raw chicken finger!! See the attached photo! It's gross! The server sent the manager to the table who apologized and offered to being another dish but my child is traumatized at this point and has loss her appetite. The original bill still displayed the charge for the chicken fingers meal until the server removed it...that should have been the first thing the manager did. So we paid our remaining balance and vowed never to return. This location is poorly managed and should be closed!
