Wok Fusāo Pan-Asian Kitchen & Bar

There is a reason they have such highly rated reviews, some of the best food we have had while in the Algarve. If you like Asian/Thai food, this is the place to go. We have been twice in past couple weeks, as their Pad Thai is amazing. Pad Thai is made with vegetables in season and chef picks 5 for your dish from selection of 10. This is street style Pad Thai and flavour is amazing. You need reservations most nights as each time we have been there, people have been turned away as restaurant is full. They have many other dishes to choose from and we will be back again soon to try more before our trip ends.

The food was delicious! A slightly longer wait for the main than expected, but it was worth it as it was super fresh and tasty. The staff were lovely and attentive.

The service was excellent—friendly, polite, and very kind to babies. They asked customers to choose their preferred level of spiciness. Thoughtfully, they served the appetizers first, then cleared the table before serving the main course. The food was of high quality, close to authentic traditional flavors, and the portions were very generous. We really enjoyed our lunch here. We chose Chopsuey chicken and Thai green curry with shrimps. The service was excellent. We can recommend this place.

Super Service, nicht zu aufdringlich, aber trotz allem sehr aufmerksam und kinderlieb, auch das Ambiente im Garten war total angenehm. Aber jetzt zum Essen: das war das BESTE Essen in ganz Alvor! Leckeres Pad Thai und auch die Wok Nudeln einfach super lecker

We had an amazing dinner here after reading the reviews on google and they were not wrong. The food was absolutely delicious and so flavourful, I would highly recommend the Jumping Duck dish as your main. Service was fast, the waiters were very attentive and the overall value was great. My partner and I had a starter, main and cocktails each and it came to €75. The main dishes were also very generous in size.

Cozy atmosphere! But the food and service was exceptional!! Luckily, I arrived early because most tables were reserved. And lots of other people tried to came in while I was eating but had to come back another time. I had a spicy soup which was amazing and the marinated crispy duck. Without a doubt one of the best duck dishes I ever had + big portions! I can 100% recommend if you love Asian food. Would always come back!

Our lunch party had a wonderful meal of Vietnamese salad, red curry, and pad Thai. The flavors were multi-textured and the food prepared with the utmost of care. The service was friendly, very kind, and attentive to our needs. We were extremely happy with the experience. Thank you!

I know this area well, as I live in Portimao area. One of the best and tastiest Asian restaurants around and while its fusion cause everything in Portugal is, the dishes are tasty and not bland at all. We go once a month and it’s the only “full” play off season and all year round so book and prepare to be delighted.

FANTASTIC, just what Alvor needs!! Great, welcoming & happy service. I recommend booking a table - they were fully booked on a Monday night & having to turn people away! All of the food was delicious; extremely fresh, flavoursome & great portions . Great choice of drinks both alcoholic & non alcoholic (the Prosecco was lovely !!) and a good choice of teas / herbal teas. We had shrimp red Thai curry (delicious large prawns & fresh vegetables in the curry) & wok fried beef with pak choi which was super tender and tasty - both served with jasmine rice. We’ll definitely be going back and have already booked for Xmas Eve 🙌🏼. Thank you all at Wok Fusion - see you soon !

We loved this restaurant so much we went twice during our stay! The food was absolutely amazing, the duck was honestly the most delicious we’ve ever tasted, and the chicken fried rice was lovely too. Service was great both times, with friendly and attentive waiters, especially the gentleman who also works in the Tivoli, he was so welcoming. There’s also plenty of space for prams, which made it really comfortable for us. Highly recommend!

Spontan kamen wir auf die Idee etwas asiatisches zu essen. Gegoogelt und diese tolle Lokalität gefunden. Das Essen war so hervorragend, dass der Geschmack der Gewürze noch lange anhielt. Aufmerksame Bedienung und "normale" Preise. 100 % weiter zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

We had such a fantastic experience here! We came as a party of four without a reservation, and the staff still went out of their way to accommodate us. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and made us feel taken care of. A special thank you to our waiter, Nikhil, who was so attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the entire meal. He kept checking in at just the right moments and made the experience even better. The food was absolutely delicious — especially the Flying Chicken and the Yellow Curry. We’ve ordered delivery from here before and loved it, but dining in is truly a different experience and 100% worth it. The atmosphere, the service, the freshness of the dishes — everything was top tier. Delicious food and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

First time here, and we weren't disappointed. Went on Saturday and would recommend reservations. The food was all beautifully prepared and presented. The flavors were balanced and vibrant. Lot of vegetarian options. Overall very happy.

Le (fort bon) restaurant asiatique qui manquait à Alvor ! Accueil attentionné à mon arrivée, après réservation préalable (utilisation de mon prénom & prénom par le propriétaire à mon arrivée + délicate & rare attention à mon égard à ma table (voir photo)). Service très efficace par le jeune serveur en charge du service de midi. Carte malheureusement très (trop) confuse, de par l’utilisation de 4 langues. 4 cartes linguistiques seraient bien plus simples. Plat délicieux & copieux 😋, épicé 🌶️ à mon goût. Légumes frais en grande quantité. Possibilité de repasse gracieuse de riz. Addition on ne peut plus raisonnable de 18 €, grande bière pression Super Bock de 0,5 L comprise, particulièrement si l’on considère la quantité de légumes frais & de protéines dans les assiettes. En résumé, un excellent restaurant de nourriture saine à Alvor, qui devrait pousser ses confrères restaurateurs indiens à revoir d’urgence leur offre insuffisante de légumes frais en accompagnement des plats (le + souvent délicieux) servis. Note de 5/5 bien volontiers attribuée.

Good food…a bit overpriced to be honest. This is not unique to this restaurant, but everywhere in the area. 7 euro for a small wonton soup is simply too much, even if you have to source certain ingredients outside Portugal. Not all tourists are British and converting much stronger British pounds to euros so please keep that in mind.
