This place is awesome. I have been here several times. I have been waited on by several people but they have all been very nice and helpful. The food is delicious and you really must try the white chocolate cream cheese cake!!

We visited for the first time last weekend and loved it! Teresa was so sweet. She gave us a few samples so we could figure out what to order. The atmosphere is cute, clean and we will be coming back when we are in town again. Perfect summertime food!

Great jem in Amarillo. Love yhat they have so many choices to choose from. The bacon, cheese and ranch on a crossiant is my favorite. The cookie that you get withvthe meal is just the right size and super moist. Not dry at all. If you are in the moid for spicy, they plenty yo choose from. The pasta salad side is my favorite. Great flavor and not to small of a portion. The food is light and fresh and not too heavy. Glad they came to Amarillo.

UPDATE: eating in is great. Don’t order to pick up! We have ordered pick up 3 time and all 3 time order was missing food and completely messed up. If I could give the service 100 stars I would! My family and I went for the first time today for dinner and the manager was amazing. Out on the floor greeting everyone. Food was really good. But good service like that is hard to find these days. I wish I had got her name! She’s a diamond in the rough!

I have been here twice and ordered the chicken salad BLT. I ordered online, and the first time it didn't have the BLT portion. To be fair, the employee did check the box before she gave it to me, and asked me if it was supposed to have the BLT. I figured that was automatically put on it, considering it's a BLT! Lol, I ordered a few days ago, and it had the lettuce and tomato, but no bacon. Regardless, the sandwich was really good to me. The cashier was nice.

The table we sat at was out of napkins; however, the server who delivered our food quickly got them replaced. Once we were done eating, two employees asked if they could take our trays. Food - The food is decent, but not $36.91 for two sandwiches—the chicken BLT on the croissant bread could not be toasted. The chicken salad had no flavor. You had to add salt and pepper to give it something. My wife could not eat the chicken tortilla soup; it needs help again with some seasoning. I had the spicy pimento cheese BLT on wheatberry bread toasted, and It was good; the spiciness gave it what the sandwich needed. I can tell the bacon is precooked, but the lettuce and tomatoes were excellent. My side was mac and cheese with some salt and pepper was good. The noodles were perfect. For dessert, we got a sample sugar cookie. It was the right sweetness after the meal, and I purchased the Choc Rice Crisp, suitable for pre-made. I most likely will not make a trip due to pricing, but I do not know.

Included soybean oil/msg/modified food starch/ high fructose corn syrup… that’s only 1/8 of the ingredients that I care to read off. Don’t be fooled THIS IS NOT A HEALTH FOOD RESTAURANT. It’s quite the opposite. If they would just use real salt and made things from scratch it would hit so much harder.

My salad had a lot slimy parts that were going bad. Not just a few pieces either. It was take out, I’d gotten new one if I had eaten there. 2nd time this has happened. Disappointing!

Food was pretty good , but the price of a regular chicken sandwich with a small little cup of potato soup wasn't anything in the sandwich was with the croissant and the chicken salad part was not even a quarter inch deep on the croissant and topping way too much to pay for what I got.

I called and the supposed shift manager said she talked to GM about the bacon and it was the distributor issue. They offered a " im so sorry" nothing else. Waste of my 13 dollars and tip.. I will never go back.

If you order from Chicken Salad Chick, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Today I ordered three trios for pick up from Chicken Salad Chick for a special luncheon with friends that had been planned for days. I was in charge of our food. I chose to pick up from what has been a favorite-Chicken Salad Chick. When I arrived at my destination, after picking up my food, I realized that the soup for all three trios was missing. I was so frustrated, because one third of our lunch was missing, which made for a very meager lunch. I was 25 munutes from CSC and couldnt return there pick up the MISSING soups. I thought to call the restaurant with expectations of them offering to do whatever to maje things right. When I called, the manager would not speak to me. She told the young man that answered the phone to refund me $12. for the soup. That was it. Her lack of attention to my problem insulted me and left me with a very bitter feeling for the management of Chicken Salad Chick. Our entire lunch was ruined and I was so embarrassed. Had the manager taken the time and spoken directly to me and offered to comp the meal, I would be writing a completely different review and telling how great Chicken Salad Chick is and that they took responsibility and made things right for their mistake. However, $12 refund didn't even come close yo fixing my problem and honestly felt like a slap in my face. I don't think the manager gave a rip about my ruined meal. Lesson learned-ALWAYS CHECK...and don't exoect the management at Chicken Salad Chick to care.
