This place is the best. The chalupa combo might be the best thing on their menu. No matter how many times I get sick directly after eating I will always come back. Love it.

When you close the bar and crave something to eat on a Saturday night/Sunday morning take your carload of friends to the drive thru at 3:30 a.m.. All hail the mighty Bell! Our window attendant was polite and professional. He took our order, our money and our nonsense with speed, accuracy and tolerance. Our chicken quesadillas, gordita crunch wraps and taco party box were just what we needed to top off a night of revelry. Thank you for the extra handful of sauce packets. Our saucy ladies were most appreciative. A word of warning: the outside speaker was so loud that it almost shook the car. Watch out guys, WE WILL BE BACK!

This Taco Bell location always has a very very huge line especially because it’s a Highway connected to it. It’s always busy that’s good for the staff that’s there but that’s not good for the people. I have to wait in line early in the morning for their food. Just a heads up. If you want to get food from here don’t go on it so busy unless you want to get out your car and go inside

I'm pretty picky about Taco Bell's. We're from our of town & there are only certain ones back home we will go to. This one ranked right up there with our favorite one back home! They got our order perfect food was good & they didn't skimp in anything.

Our go-to late night snack. Drive-thru is great. Prompt service hot fresh food.

This is the best tacobell in NY state. They deserve national recognition for the awesome food and staff, especially Josh.

Ordered in the restaurant to go, first time trying breakfast items. It was very good , better than I expected . 7/31/22 Stopped in for a quick snack two items and a drink to go ordered thru the kiosk it took thirty minutes...you would think someone would ask why I am standing there for so long . WELL AT LEAST THEY CAN NOT BE CALL FAST FOOD 👎

My boyfriend and I went to this Taco Bell on Halloween night. There was a big line and as we were up next the cars were beeping at us and Jeremy A was working the drive thru and he kept his composure and serviced us so well. As we approached the window he was very sweet and nice and offered us with the most professional customer service. Please give him the raise he deserve !

There's never anyone by the register to help you and all the employees looks at like you are from a different planet.

You know what time it is when you pull into this place. Even though it’s terrible for you, withIn reason and every once in a while why not get your terribly delicious and unhealthy snack on. This place is close by, staff is super friendly and quick to get you out of that drive through which I’m sure everyone can appreciate, no one likes a slow line!

Great group of employees on the 9pm shift on March 24th. Respectful and courteous, a slight error was made in our order and they corrected with no problem.

Affordable and decent food for a quick stop. Only issue was the clerk had trouble hearing what I wanted so I got soft tacos instead of crunchy but they were still good.

Good Taco Bell, however they did not put enough Baja sauce on my Cheesey gordita crunch. It was as if they only wanted me to taste it on 1/3 of the Taco and the other 2/3 of the Taco were reserved for disappointment.

When I used to live in Amityville I used to go to the Taco Bell but I'll be honest a lot of times the orders they get screwed up and even though I live down the block I really wasn't in the mood to go back I don't know if it's gotten any better but who knows.

Delicious and fresh food. Line is usually a bit long so you have to wait. Otherwise it's probably the best Taco Bell around. Drive thru is a plus. But again, you have to wait most of the times.

Today their service was fast and pleasant. Usually a long wait here while employees are too busy on their phone to take your order. I was pleasantly surprised.

Food was made correctly and came out fast enough, unfortunately the order was missing an item and I had to do a loop on the highway to come back and get it fixed. They were really nice about fixing it and throughout the order process though

Food was super fresh and worth the wait. There was this awesome food runner who kept screaming the names of the freshly prepared orders. I loved it to be honest, made me smile! Kids enjoyed there meals! Scooore! I used to eat here a lot when I ate more fast food, this is a good location for sure! Management cares! Keep up the good work!

I'm not quite sure what I can say about this Taco Bell that can't be said for many others. The food is consistent with what I've come to be familiar with as "Taco Bell standard". Its decent. The slightly more frequently than occasional order being incorrectly packed prevents me from giving this a 5-star rating, as does the frequently delayed order process through the drive through. Not too typical, but I have been in the drive-through order queue for 30 minutes before, more than once. Still, I frequent this location. It's close, convenient most times, and the food is, admittedly, a notable preference to starving.

Very standard taco bell experience. Nothing to truly write home about. Went through the drive through which is commanded by an AI so that was cool to experience. Seemed to work well as long as you ordered something that was actually on the menu. Churros are no longer available.

I'm happy when they get the order correct. I asked for black beans and no beef, and that's exactly what I got. I'm happy. The only thing is that now they have an AI taking your order so BE CAREFUL what you say or else you might get more on the order than you expected.

They're okay. They do stay open late, unlike Lindenhurst. Mostly late night trash food to hold you over. The staff is competent thus far.

Always busy, but food pretty much always comes out fine. Sometimes orders get mixed up, but that’s pretty much the only complaint.

The drive thru menu is gone for some reason so they have a clerk with a tablet standing at the drive thru entry who takes your order. Who knows what they want without looking at the menu? Instead you gotta play 20 questions with the clerk with the tablet or pullover first pull the menu up on your phone, which I guess seems to be the easiest way. Still annoying though.

My go-to entree at Taco Bell is the Crunchwrap Supreme. Sadly, the Crunchwraps at this location aren’t supreme. On this visit it was more like Crunchwrap average. I’ll consider this a rare miss, but will probably steer my business to other nearby locations for the foreseeable future. On the plus side, the cinnamon twists were on point and the drive thru service was speedy.

It's a Taco Bell. You know exactly what to expect. This place was, and usually is, packed on weekends. My last visit (on a friday nite) went like this.. very slow moving line and a disinterested cashier. She was more concerned with listening in on the yapping bozos putting the food orders together!

Waiting for my order in line and some zombie chick walked up the drive through lane and was hanging on the restaurant window. Decided I wasn't that hungry and pulled around and left. They need security.

Food takes forever and usually was the wrong order. Also they insist on making your drink if you mobile pick up, but I would prefer to make my own with no ice (this may be a policy thing, not a factor towards rating). Interior is standard taco bell interior. Bathrooms are locked for cleanliness.

Too slow it takes long time

The food is almost always hot and fresh here, but, this location's 7pm-2am shift is terrible. At night, the drive-thru is impossible, so you should always go inside to order unless you feel like sitting in your car for 45 minutes. If it's after midnight, the restaurant is closed so you don't have a choice. And don't forget to double check your order, I have yet to receive the full order listed on my receipt. The tables are always dirty at this time of day, and I get that when it's so busy that may not be a priority, but they're just as dirty when there are only a handful of customers. Other locations are great, so maybe it's the manager on site late night. Will update if anything changes.

They're usually very good, but tonight they felt the pressure and messed up our pretty big order. I don't live close so it's not like I could turn arounf and have them fix my order, my food would have been cold. I do feel bad for whoever got our food, as it was very specific.

Waited 6 minutes for a single taco, placed the order on the app. I witnessed an employee telling an elderly woman to place the order on the kiosk rather than taking the order herself. At least this taco bell got my order right.

The food here has gotten to be extremely overpriced and not very good. The lettuce that is used taste like chemicals. It's bad. The cost has gone up 3 times the amount and for what you get, it's just not worth it. The bathrooms are surprisingly clean here. However, it was during the late afternoon when we went here. There is plenty of parking. If you have kids, there is plenty room inside with plenty of tables. But once again it's going to cost you and the quality is just not great.

As taco bells go, this particular one has poor service, the store was in disarray, and food was soggy. Not a great look even for Taco Bell.

Food is good but not enough staff on duty. I waited 10min for the drive thru before getting off line and going inside and had to wait ANOTHER 10min. When I came out the same people were in the drive thru. So much for fast food..... .

They do not understand what the word "extra" sauce means. Extra sauce does not mean no sauce. This like the 5th time in a row they've done this. The drive through line is also very slow. Cheers

This has to be the worst taco bell around. Slow ordering, no self order kiosk, bad app thinks I'm in Kansas and won't let me order. Place is filthy, tables dirty and floor littered. Took 15 minutes to get order and nachos wasn't prepared right. I would recommend you go elsewhere.

The food and employees are as expected generally pretty friendly and the food is good but I can’t get down with having to wait for a computer to take my order instead of a human who could have me at the windows paying in seconds. The cost of living is already expensive enough, if Taco Bell can’t pay a real living breathing person to take my order then the prices better go down.

Sat in line for 15 minutes then they messed up my order when I went in they tried to give me sauce & tomatoes on the side instead of fixing the order so I had to get a refund and re order it. The manager was really rude btw. I never been treated like that at a fast food place especially when THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER!!!

So I tried to order through door dash and the delivery time kept getting changed so I canceled the order and drove there...only to get the wrong thing. I order two beefy burrito supremes, got home and found out he gave me dorito tacos.

I was not a happy customer knowing i had to go all the way back after going all the way home because there were items missing from my order come to find out when i get all the way back to the store and the lady pulls the receipt the cashier never charged me and just changed my whole order give me a diet soda and still was missing items outside of the first mess up my sister was so unhappy she didnt get her food at all and she was the first to order u would think after all of that the manager would use her discretion and show better customer service especially that we drove all they way back. All she had to do was show better customer service by giving us what we order 4 tocos were missing why after all that she couldnt just give it to us i only decided to make a review once my sister never got to eat u threw away the soda and made me a new one and still have to give me the cinnamon twists that were missing out of my bag poor customer service but still they were polite just missing some customer service skills we spent $21 dollars at a time like this thats a lot to most people. After working all day the last thing i wanted to do after sitting down is to have to go all the way back for 4 tocos missing cinnamon twists and a regular pepsi.

Horrible. The food was cold. I keep giving this place a chance and there is always an issue with the drive-thru food. Go to the Taco Bell on sunrise highway in lindenhurst. I never have issues with their food and it's always hot.

Everything was cold waited on line for about 30min drive thru and then on top of that ended up getting the wrong food. Cold good and wrong very disappointed do recommend the one on 109 very fast clean nice employees and food is never cold and right everytime. Absolutely ridiculous. This store has been selling cinnamon twist that are cook in expired oil making the twist bittered and unable to eat them. I wouldnt recomend it to anyone dont go to this taco bell unless you want to waste money.

Most chaotic taco bell experience of my life. Drive thru broken, ran out of large cups and had to void my order to get mediums, and to top it off I got the smallest crunch wrap I have ever laid eyes on.

THE WORST fast food restaurant I have EVER been in. The staff has NO idea what they are doing, the service is incredibly slow, the food, if they get it right, is absolutely horrible. I was in the the other night and what should have taken 10 minutes at the most, took 30 minutes and the food was pretty disgusting..PLUS, my family and I all had stomach issues the next day. This Amityville TACO BELL is terribly managed, the staff is so incredibly befuddled or something it is absurd. The food, like I said is just poorly prepared, not fresh or something, the staff doesn't follow the customer's requests....NEVER AGAIN. I don't understand how this particular Taco Bell got any more than 2 stars! Wow.

Exclaimer(I am a pretty big fan of the food but this review is based on working for doordash) At night when the dining room closes I have to pick the customers food up through the drive-thru and it is ALWAYS an awful experience. The line is ALWAYS long(sometimes SO long cars are out on the main road). They are SO SLOW. One time the drive-thru line was really long and the dining room was closed so I went to the dining room entrance to see if maybe an employee could just hand me the order since the order was already pre-paid and it was ready(you could see the go-to order shelf had my order on there). I got their attention and showed them it was a door dash order and if they could just open the door and hand it to me and if they couldnt do that then at least have me just walk up to the drive-thru window and hand me the order. It would have taken 30 seconds as opposed to 7 minutes per person on the drive-thru line. Well they couldn't care less. When I was at the dining room door they just told me I had to get in the car and wait like everyone else. The food was ready already I would have been on the line for 15-20 minutes minimum. By the time I got the food to the customer it would have been cold not to mention the customer is told the food would be delivered by a certain time. The service at taco bell is always bad. Even if the dining room is open and you decide to go inside because the counter is pretty much empty you wind up waiting forever because they are always concentrating on the drive-thru orders. Now if I'm working for doordash at night and a taco bell order comes up I don't even bother no matter how good the tip is because it's not fair to the customer to tip good and have them wait forever for cold food.

Probably the worst taco bell I have been to. Stopped there after a 12 hour shift. Nothing else open at the time. Chalupa shells were stale. Very stingy on meat, sour cream and Baja sauce. Most drive thrus load you up on sauce packets but it it seemed like they counted out one per item I ordered. Only thing going for this location is that it's open 24 hours.

Terrible staff... On a good day all of your guacamole will be at one end of the burrito, on a bad day they'll either forget to put on the extra add-ons you pay more for, or they'll just put whatever they want on them. They added sour cream to my tacos that don't even come with it and I absolutely HATE sour cream and also just don't do dairy because it bothers my stomach. My whole order had cheese and dairy based sauces removed, why would you add sour cream to them. Whenever I go in there the staff are more worried about gossiping than actually paying attention to what they are preparing.

Second time I have gotten wrong order. Should not have trusted them to get order for 4 regular crunchy tacos right. Got home and had 4 soft, spicy tacos with sour cream. I had specified NO SOUR CREAM. Maybe English language should be required. I also got chicken, did not order chicken. Cannot call because voicemail is full. No more for us.....threw money away along with tacos.

I just left this place & all of a sudden don't want to eat my food. I watched one of the workers go from handling food to going to the refrigerator which means touching the door knob , grabbing more food to refill and then back to making food with the same gloves on. Don't get off your line to touch things around the store and not change your gloves after.

States open 24 hours. Dine- in states till 2am…. Waited on drive thru 20 min, made my way inside and man at cashier tells me ihey declined to serve me. Not helping dine ins. Door states open, till 2. Door not locked, plenty of pick ups waiting inside.

This is the worst Tacobell I have ever been to. Orders are wrong. Items given that I never even ordered. All around a ridiculous experience to have to go through the drive through 2 and 3 times to have the workers fix the order and get it right. Honestly how hard can it be to get an order correct when there were 4 total items on the order? Staff should be retrained replaced.

Worst taco bell experience ever. I love the food of taco bell but this one really ruined my evening. First of all they gave me incomplete order. I had to drive back again. The food was stale. Burrito tortillas were hard. I ordered potato tacos and they gave me beef tacos. For someone who is vegetarian this thing really made me furious. Staff is not at all friendly. Will never return to this place.

My daughter loves the chicken quesadilla but every time I visit this location I always have to help myself with ordering the food. I don't understand why there is more staff than customers and I have to order the meal myself when I am inside the store. She likes her order specialized so it becomes a nuisance every time I visit this location and I have to provide my own service. I can understand if it was packed but every single time I visit the store is practically empty and I receive the same treatment. Lack of care for customer service and satisfaction.

Said it was 24 hours but on December 26 it wasn’t open.

Waited an hour & a half for a delivery order…had to walk out because it still wasn’t finished. Unprofessional and disrespectful staff…

I am a food delivery driver. I had accepted extremely! Last night at 1030pm, arrived at restaurant at 1040. I didn't receive the customers order until 1115! 35 minutes of waiting- the antithesis of "fast" food! I've had similar issues with this store for my deliveries, but this was extreme! Mind you, my shift ended at 11 o'clock!! Totally unprofessional imo!
