I went in earlier today to celebrate my friend’s 21st birthday and we had a lovely server today. I don’t recall her name but she was so sweet and beautiful. I will be coming again. 😊

This was our first time at Broken Spirits and figured Halloween would be the best. They are located in an old craftsman house in Anaheim and is themed around the haunted mansion. The food, spirits and deco were great. The food was good portions with the pizza slices being huge. The pizza slices are huge so one is enough. The drinks were all well balanced. For a date night or a fun out with friends I would definitely recommend and we will be returning soon

Jade is amazing! Her hospitality is on point. The food is delicious. Upstairs they were playing music and painting. This place is totally an Anaheim adult vibe. Another hidden gem for us!! Check it out.

Broken Spirits is awesome! The vibe is very spooky and fun. Service was great. We were a pretty big group so food orders were brought a bit slow and staggered but food was delicious and our server was wonderful. Maybe wouldn’t recommend for groups bigger than 4 but we had a great time.

This place has amazing food. As someone who has traveled all over the globe, mainly to eat, this place has amazing flavors and isn’t afraid of spice. Last night I attended their distillers dinner and every course was delicious and left me wanting more. Their bourbon had notes of caramel and their gin release was delicate and floral. I definitely want to come back for more events. Service is great too. No complaints!

What an amazing experience! Restaurant is Haunted Mansion themed with lots of hidden surprises in every detail. I ordered the mushroom pizza, which was beyond exceptional. I have never had a pizza like this before. The crust or bread is made fresh daily on site, and it was light and airy. The flavors were so well balanced. I also tried the Ghost Host drink. It was very tasty and even came with a tarot card. The service was excellent. Staff went out of their way and allowed us to roam around and take photos and explore each room. When you visit, be sure and ask the staff about the history of the building it's pretty cool, but I'm not going to spoil it for you.

It's such an amazing cocktail/speakeasy vibe lounge. Awesome addition to Anaheim. We went there for Halloween dinner/drinks and everything was 5 STARS. Service was really good and our server was very sweet/very attentive. Highly recommend this and can't wait what they have in store for Christmas.

This place is located in a beautiful two story house. Right next door to Villain's Brewery and across the street from the Anaheim Packing House. Parking is small, but you can park by city hall and take a FRAN over. Once you walk in, you're greeted with a beautifully decorated space, you'll feel the haunted mansion/gothic+Disney vibes. It's very fun while being classy at the same time! We were seated on the second floor, where the beauty continues. Service was warm and friendly the entire time! They were fabulous! The drinks are fantastic. Ghost Host is a perfect kickback drink. It's a Small World has that perfect sweetness and delicious! Started off with a Spinach and Artichoke dip, now when I typically get this dish anywhere else, I have to use pepper to give it a slight kick. I didn't have to do anything to spice this up. It's perfectly seasoned, and the crostinis are also very well seasoned and oiled for the dish. And if you run out of the crostinis, they'll happily get you more! Prime New York Strip - The spices here are perfection. And the cook of the steak, I got medium rare. The steak melts in your mouth, and the chimichurri was a perfect match for it. Brussel sprouts were perfectly cooked, they were not too soft and the freshly grated Parm and Balsamic Vinegar were the perfect combination. Broccolini was also perfect with the Parm and balsamic vinegar, the tops were charred which made it deliciously crispy. Baked potato was perfect, with the butter, sour cream, and a little bit of chives. Simple, but great complementary. Mac and cheese, oh, this was fantastic. You can tell the cheese sauce was made in house. It was creamy, rich, and amazing! Ube Cheesecake. I... Love...ube. This was just an absolutely perfect way to end the meal. It wasn't overly sweet. May I say it's perfect. This place is perfect for many occasions. Highly recommend it!

OMG this place was amazing. I came here for my anniversary and I was completely blown away. The artichoke and spinach dip was delicious. Ordered the mussels and mixed the sauce with the dip and omg it was amazing. The Mac and cheese was delicious but the prime ribeye was so good it brought a tear to my eye. Definitely worth coming to. Ciera was so helpful and loved her energy.

We celebrated our anniversary here at this amazing restaurant and we're astounded by the atmosphere and friendly staff. Immediately from arriving we were greeted by the owner who offered us a seat in the reception area with complimentary Sake while our table was being prepared. After being escorted upstairs to our seats we were in love. We were surprised with a custom thank you card wishing us both a happy anniversary which was signed by each staff member. The 8 course meal was beyond delicious, the wine pairing made each dish sing and was exceptional. Throughout our experience the staff educated us in our next bites and gave a wonderful background to each key ingredient showing the passion and attention to details the chef(s) take. We were gifted with more complimentary drinks as the meal progressed which only enhanced our love for this restaurant. Our one and only complaint, the restaurant is loud. There are no acoustic panels to absorb sound and the lovely interior (unfortunately) only helps make sound more loud making it difficult to hear your waiter/waitress when describing the dish and interacting. If you are looking for a special place to celebrate with a delicious meal, attention to detail, interactive experience, and an overall wonderful night. Please go here as you will not be upset. They are well ok their way to earning a Michelin star and I recommend getting into this experience before it's to late. We will be celebrating here for years to come

We came for the ambiance but the food and drinks were out of this world. The service was impeccable and let me just add the food was delicious. I had the birria tacos and my finance had the brisket grilled cheese. Both dishes were flavorful and filling. Now for the bar. Our drinks were perfect. They were well balanced so even though they were boozy (2 and I was good) they were delicious!

Portions are on the small side for the price, but mostly OK because we could probably all return to what a proper portion should be. The flavors were good and the presentations were nice. Try their unusual drinks; they're good. The Haunted Mansion/Disney theme is really fun and upstairs is wonderfully decorated. It helps contribute to the whole experience! It is in a historic building, so if you want to dine upstairs for the whole experience, you must be able to go up and down the stairs. Parking is the toughest part of it all. We had to find street parking.

Good was cold when it got to us probably because of having to go up those stairs …. The whole vibe in there was very quiet it didn’t feel to welcoming also going down those stairs and the railing being decorated with Christmas decor may have not been smart it was hard to hold on to anything .. wall art needs to be nailed in better so it doesn’t fall and maybe a bathroom up stairs would be nice … idk felt disappointing tbh especially since the bar next door had good music

When the hostess walked us up to the second floor she said, "Sorry you're going to have to share a table with another group." There were plenty of open tables so I wasnt sure why they'd make us share a table with strangers. The strangers were a group of girls having a girls night and we are a family of three with a child... I'm sure they would've loved having us sitting with them. The tables were two 4- seaters pushed together. The hostess said, "sorry, we need the other tables for reservations." ...I Made A Reservation! And paid over $200 in advance for this meal. Very awkward. At first, we asked if we could just move the tables apart. The host said they couldn't do that and then pushed them apart. She then ended up allowing us to have our own table...and then the waitress came over and said we'd have to move back to the shared table and then they decided to let us stay. I felt like we were an inconvenience by being there (hindsight, I should've just asked for my money back and left). The first course was a very stale cracker with a scallop on top. The other courses were good but not nearly enough food. We were there for two hours because they took forever in between courses. The waitress would drop the food and take off...no interaction no questions. Horrible service. There was also a party of about 5 or 6 ladies having a birthday party a couple tables away screaming and ringing a bell over and over. Another customer had to get up and find an employee to send someone over to talk with them. We ended up going over to Villans next door to get more food... next time we'll skip Broken Spirits and go straight to the brewery. Much better service. Also, give yourself plenty of time to park! We had to park pretty far away. Super bummed out because it was such a great experience last year.

I've been here once before and was super excited to take my partner, however, this was the worst experience for my birthday/valentines dinner date. We arrived at 5pm when it opened and while the server was great the entire experience was rough. We were told that they didn't have the filet mignon or sour cream, which we decided to work around. We ordered the broccolini, baked potato, brisket tacos and brisket pizza. Every one of our plates/ food items came out cold which super weird as we were the first party (they opened at 5) and only guests. I'm confused as how you don't notice that even the baked potato was cold! They took our food back to reheat and then another staff member came out to tell me that they didn't have any more baked potatoes, without an apology or anything. There was a severe lack of ownership, apology, or acknowledgement for the food literally being cold. The server did bring us out a shot to "make up for it" but the service and experience lacked. I shared this had ruined my birthday dinner and there was no acknowledgement. We left not even finishing our plates. It was unfortunate and I wish the staff had shown more empathy for our experience.

I don't ever need to return to this location which is really disappointing because I have wanted to go for a while. First we had a reservation and finding the check in / host desk was a challenge. Then there was some special chef event upstairs and frankly they should have only focused on that event because the food, service, and overall experience was subpar. I am a very forgiving patron but having to ask for a water refill 6 times is a problem. The food portions and quality were lackluster and not worth the price. The tables were not bussed and we asked for a table setting including a napkin when our appetizer was served and it took over 10 minutes to get silverware, let alone a napkin. The sides were not worth $7 each. The portion of mac and cheese was dismissal and the brussel sprouts were raw. I was really looking forward to the cocktails but, again, I think the focus was upstairs. The drinks were watered down and had little to no flavor. My friend actually questioned the taste of her drink. The restaurant and bathrooms were unkept and I don't plan to return. The fact that I am writing this review was to exemplify the disappointing experience. Do better! I will not be a repeat customer.
