They were patient with me as I asked a lot questions and ordered a lot haha the restaurant was also really clean and had a comfortable vibe... Will definitely be back again! =)

Joy and Bobbi were great! They helped me get to know the different food choices Cava offers. Joy offered me a lentil sample because I was interested in it! Overall 10/10 experience. The two ladies made it great!

Izaak was amazing!! He was friendly, patient, and very attentive while preparing my order. Izaak made sure everything was just right and had a really positive attitude the whole time, which made the visit even better. It’s always nice to be greeted with great customer service, and he definitely delivered. Thank you for making my meal experience enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience at CAVA thanks to the excellent service I received from Izaak.

Izzak and Kyle gave exceptional customer service. My kids never eat their vegetables but Kyle and izzak were talking about how yummy they were so my kids got them on their bowl and ate them. They were very helpful and fast and made our experience at cava AMAZING! We will definitely be coming back to this location.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The service was truly exceptional, the dining area was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. On top of that, the food was beyond delicious—every bite was amazing. I will absolutely be coming back.

Eli at CAVA was an absolute standout today! From the moment I stepped up to the line, he greeted me with a huge smile and real energy that instantly made my day better. He was patient while I debated between the harissa honey chicken and the lamb meatballs (classic indecision), offered great recommendations without being pushy, and built my bowl like a true artist — perfect portions, everything neatly placed, no skimping on the good stuff.

This place offers healthy options — mostly Mediterranean based cuisine! If you’re tracking calories, be careful with the different sauces, which can add up! The only reason why I have removed a star is because I’ve been here about four times, and they are usually missing an ingredient, whether that be cucumber or avocado or the powder greens I requested. Also, most (not all) employees behind the counter are not very friendly or welcoming. To be fair, these experiences have been around 7 PM, towards the end of the day!

Got the Grilled Steak & Harissa Honey Chicken bowl ($16). It’s a good spot to get your veggies since you customize your own base, toppings, and dressing. Flavor: The spicy items have a good kick and different flavor profiles. Portions: Decent size bowls, though the meat portions felt a little light for the price. Setting: Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Was really really excited to try this place out for the first time, but was very disappointed. For the price I paid I would expect more food in my bowl. Don’t know that I will be back to this location, will maybe try another store.

Not impressed: You have to first be a member of their loyalty program in order to place an online pickup order. You can't call in an order - they don't answer the phone. They told me that directly once I got there. When you get there, it's basically Mediterranean style Chipotle. They were out of feta cheese... whoever heard of a Mediterranean/Greek restaurant being out of feta cheese?! ("We're out of feta for your steak and feta pita and Greek salad. That's okay, right?") The guys working there were, frankly, a bit clueless. Among other concerns, part of our paid order was not included in the bag. And it's sort of expensive for what you get. They couldn't make change, so I couldn't pay cash. I don't join loyalty programs for places that I haven't tried before, and I certainly won't be joining this place's program at all. As you can see, I hardly ever post reviews, especially negative ones, but this was really a drag. Pass.

I haven't left reviews before because I actually like CAVA when they do it right and think it could be great if they fixed these issues. But this meal cost $14, and the quality and quantity don't match the price. Look at the marketing photos on their screens, the food is filled to the top, they don’t even try to get close. Anyone has any alternatives you can recommend? CAVA seems more focused on profits than customers now. I hope they go back to how they used to be a few years ago when things were better.

Almost every serving tray was practically empty when I came in, yet they were still taking orders like nothing was wrong. I paid extra for the harissa honey chicken, and instead of a proper scoop, I was given the scraps from the bottom of the container and barely any chicken ended up in my bowl. For the prices CAVA charges, the portions are shockingly small, especially when you are paying an upcharge for a protein. It felt cheap and careless, not fresh or generous like it is supposed to be. If you are out of food, restock it. There are always employees hanging out behind the counter, not doing anything. Definitely not worth it, and I will not be coming back to this location.

I won't be going back. I got a chicken Shawarma Bowl. It started bad and ended worse. First, they only gave me about a table spoon of rice. The Shawarma they put in was dry. Oddly enough everything else they put in the bowl they used a large spoon with no slats/openings. So for every other item I put in, I received liquid. By the time I mixed my bowl the liquid thinned out all of the sauce. So I ate a grainy tasting bowl with no flavor and a ton of liquid at the bottom. Worst restaurant experience I've had in maybe 30 years. I can honestly say I will never go back to Cava. Lastly, I think the people serving me were zombies. They were not helpful and could care less about my experience. Goodbye Cava.
