Omg! Went to this location. I really like Rubios. But this is my new fave location! Taco salad! Yes plz. Shrimp delicious! Nice staff. Yesenia was kind and helpful in suggesting meals and upselled the drinks. Great horchata y'all!

We just happened to come here while at Annaheim plaza. We were not sure what to order and expect. But every dish was good. We ordered the Coastal trio tacos, langostino lobster bowl, and veggie bowl. They have a self serve salsa station and loved their salsa!

The manager helped me to get my to-go order with the fish on the side so that the tacos wouldn’t have soggy fish when I eventually got home and ate my food. They packaged all the items of the taco separately and I put it together at home. Thanks for the extra mile

Love going on Taco-Tuesday for their Original Fish Taco deal. Love their Chopped Salad too! My all-time-favorite: their salsa picante! In general, their salsa bar, but that chipotle based salsa is fire. This location in particular could do a bit better on their customer service. Staff sometimes are not very welcoming. Expect some wait during lunch rush hour.

The tacos and burritos are so flavorful and made fresh to order. We appreciate the portions have not diminished, since that seems to be the case everywhere. Love the salsa and new flavors that come and go. The customer service person who took our order and brought our food to us was so friendly and extra helpful when we needed something special.

Loved this Rubio's! Food was fresh and fast Staff was friendly and attentive!!! I love the fish tacos I crave them!! Easy to get in and out. Outside dining area was clean and beautiful to eat in the shade of that garden area.

Rubio's takes me back to my childhood and I'm here for it. The bean and cheese burritos are divine-- especially with the salsa verde from the salsa bar. Don't forget to try the churros!

I've only been to Rubio's a handful of times and they have been at this particular location each time. Very good experience and the food was very pleasant. Staff and employees were kind and helpful with the menu which was a little confusing in regards to the price of each item. Would recommend to family and friends for a good lunch or night out for dinner.

Their fish tacos are delicious. I usually visit on Tuesdays when their tacos are $1.75. They get very busy, and it's easy to skip the line and order online. The food is always fresh and the majority of their staff is friendly and helpful. When dining in there's the option to order alcohol, including beer and sangria. The dining area has quite a few seats, and they also have a patio to sit on, which is really nice on warmer summer nights.

I would have gave 5 because the food is clean and has great taste but my small complaint is that it's expensive & gives so little. I ordered my 8 yr old the dipper which had literally 7 fries only & 4 nuggets. I think it's a little bit.

Pretty pricey , but I do come here often , food is usually good. They have good tacos and burritos 🌯

The food is good and the service is friendly. I just can't get past the smell inside of the restaurant. It always smells like dirty mop water... and had for YEARS. Don't know what's up, but it's very off-putting. I love the salsa bar and they truly do have good food... but I have to question the cleanliness.

Rubios messed up my 2 last orders. Why don't their cash registers display your order so you can verify? Then they ask "do you want a receipt?" (Or do you trust me) Finally all of their thermal receipt printers are burnt out as shown by their vertical white lines on the receipts and are years past their replacement dates. I am speaking as a former thermal printer designer. These problems exist across all the Rubios locations I have been to.

We always enjoy Rubios, they have excellent food. But unfortunately, this Rubios is run SOoooo poorly. I came inside and waited at the counter for a solid 5 minutes, with multiple employees walking back and forth in front of me. Nobody ever even greeted me. Including the “team leader” Johnathan. I had placed a mobile order, and I was going to check in with them and confirm I was taking my food, but after waiting, and waiting, and waiting, I finally took it upon myself to grab my food and leave. The restaurant was dirty, the counters behind the front counter were filthy and cluttered. Extremely unorganized, and disappointing to say the least. I couldn’t even get a “hi sir, we’re very busy right now, I’m sorry but it’s going to be a little wait” or even just a “hi”. They ignored me the entire time. I don’t recommend this particular Rubios at all. They have no customer service and are run very poorly.

Decided to take a chance on this location due to the fact I heard a couple of bad experiences. All my food that had a modification came out wrong. I am on a strict diet that doesn’t allow me to consume some of the food. They did not read any of the modifications. I get it’s slow and you guys are still open probably just messing around on the job . But It would be nice if we could still rely on you guys for not amazing service, not great service, but at least okay service. I can’t have chips Due to the excessive salt on the chips. I asked for a sub rice.

It’s very basic… the flavors were very flat and you do t have to worry about it being overly seasoned… it’s not at all. The nachos were stale and the bowls were a good portion but nothing in it was good. But man they need some seasoning and a little zip. Side note how do you make rice so cold yet not frozen…? We spent $50+ the highlight of the meal was the drink.

THERE IS NO AC IN THIS PLACE AND IT STINKS. I came here during the heat wave (over 110 degrees) and was literally sweating while standing in line. I feel so bad for the cooks in the back. It's inhumane treatment. The owners DO NOT care about their employees. I walked out because I could not stand it and immediately noticed that the outdoor seating area was much cooler than inside. Please, owners, help your employees!! Ps. You have emails about this situation, and you are choosing to ignore them. Edited to add: Contact you for what? So you can ignore those messages, too? Is the AC fixed? Please verify that.

First time coming to this place, I politely asked for a menu so I don’t hold up the line since the menu is only infront of the customer line. However, they don’t have paper menu so I ordered quickly to not hold up the line. My order was taken down wrong so they had to redo the order. Out of my observation from the first encounter I had when I asked for a menu the cashier asked this other employee (may be the manager) if they had paper menu to which he replied to me in a mono tone “no, we do not have paper menu”. Maybe he had a long day or had been stressed out I don’t know but I didn’t mind it. Until I waited and waited and waited for my food. Mind you there was at least 5 customers who got there after me and they had received their orders. I was surprised it was taking long but it seemed like they had my food to the side because after all those people got their food, finally I got mine and it was cold. I normally just brush it off but since I am local I can’t avoid this restaurants food so today I am giving them a low star rate. In the future I, as a customer will do my best to communicate better so we can prevent this. The tacos were still good even though they were cold. Every time I go back there I will rate it.

This is by far the worst Rubio's I ever seen. The past three times I ordered from them, something was wrong. I have a pretty high threshold of forgiveness, but they crossed that. The first time I ordered, the order took forever. It came back relatively unscathed and correct, minus the salsa, which was completely wrong. The second time I ordered on Doordash and two drivers canceled because they took to long to make. I had to drive there myself to pick it up. The third time I tried Doordash again. I waited almost two hours and went through four drivers before arriving at the fifth one, who kindly brought the food to my door. The order items were correct, but the customizations were completely wrong. I didn't eat it. No more. This place is absolutely terrible. Rubio's used to be so good, then they reduced the amount of restaurants... down to the worst ones apparently Avoid. You'll save yourself so much time.

You need to fire the cook who made my burrito. He/She has caused a health issue and is not cooking to your standards. This person does not care about what they cook and nearly made a child pass out. There were way too many jalapenos in the burrito, the cheese was burnt, and the shrimp was over cooked.
