As always, Ruben and his awesome team, totally rocking it at the pizza game! Ruben runs such a tight ship, keeping the store pristine and spotless, always tackling extra projects when they have "downtime", the things that most other places just ignore. Ruben is such a dedicated worker, it's clear that he is well-liked, by his customers and his employees, that he's more than just a "boss". He is always working and doing tasks himself and I think that that's one of the things that really makes him and his Sbarro location stand out! Great people with excellent work ethic and personality! What an awesome crew you have! Thank you, Ruben and crew, for another great lunch and dining experience!

Our son's birthday celebration was catered by Sbarro. Ruben, the manager, was a pleasure to work with. He saw to it that everything was prepared flawlessly and delivered without a hitch. The salad, breadsticks, and pizza were all really great! Sbarro comes highly recommended! Thank you, Ruben!

We had Sbarro cater our son's birthday party. The manager, Ruben, was awesome to work with. He made sure everything was cooked perfectly and delivered smoothly. The pizzas, bread sticks, and salad were soooooo delicious!!! We highly recommend Sbarro! Thanks, Ruben!!!

I ordered two full pizzas and 2 pastas to take home. I called in the order and the woman I spoke to was very nice. The food was ready at the time they said it would be. I liked that they even confirmed everything was correct before sending me on my way. Nothing sucks more than getting home go find something wrong. Tasted great, no complaints!

Slice of pepperoni pizza side salad side noddle and bottle soda $14 .. the pizza is a big slice, its ok kinda greasy, noddle was cold, the salad was good . The place is clean. the tables aren't like bolted down this kid pushed my table across. . Friendly customer service. .

The gentleman that was making the pizzas was so kind and very loving. We felt like we were speaking to our grandfather. We loved him and his beautiful hospitality. He took the time to explain each item and according to our liking. What we loved the most was his amazing service and the kindness and joyful hospitality. The restaurant was not even open yet, and he said the others may not be open, but for us, he was, and was no problem. Then we got to the cashier, and she said to the gentleman, "Aren't you early for selling already, sir? All in Spanish with an unpleasant attitude. We asked if it was ok, and she replied by saying well I guess, since he warmed your items ."" Talk about yuck attitude 🤦🏻‍♀️ We made sure before we left to thank him for his beautiful hospitality, and he turned around saying thank you for brightening my day. Let me tell you, we need more ppl like him in the customer service industry. He did not let the ugliness of the cashier ruin his day. She can learn so much from him, and sadly, I believe she was the manager.

I like that this restaurant has seating within. The woman behind the counter (9/01/21 @ 2:30) treats everyone as if she's just waiting to snap, like the verbal version of two fighters bumping their chests together, provoking the other to throw the first punch. The pizza is crunchy rather than crispy, I don't know how to feel about that, it's just new to me.

Honestly this place has good food, nice service but cost is kinda expensive for a slice of pizza and a drink. The Atmosphere is kinda cool. The Music is Great. Wish it was kinda cheaper.

Decided to order some pepperoni pizza and settled on this place. The pizza has a thicker crust but tastes a bit doughy and not much flavor. The sauce tasted okay but decent amount of pepperoni. Ordered a small bowl of spaghetti that tasted average but the sauce was chunky leaving the noodles plain since there was no sauce to stick to them. The noodles themself were over cooked. The delivery service was timely and the food was arrived hot.

Yesterday we were at the mall celebrating Chinese New year watching the performances, got hungry and decided to visit the food court. Decided on a stromboli from Sbarro. I believe it was the manager that served me...lady with red dyed hair wearing black. She clearly was having a stressed day because her demeanor was very off putting. I felt as tho I was bothering her by ordering food. The biggest problem was stromboli comes with dipping sauce and she didn't give me any...then when I came back to get it she was rude and again like I was bothering her. I will not return to that place of business and I highly recommend to be prepared for under par service if you choose to patronize this place.

If your into crumpy pizza this is the place for you. I got the veggie baked roll and it was drowning in thick chucks of garlic. Luke warm inside and meh. Then my pizza was cold not even cooked. Staff member was very rude to me. I will never buy there again. When we spent over $35 for poor service. In today's economy can you afford to loose customers.

Got told multiple times in under a minute that they were closing and we couldn't stay, but customers after us were welcome to stay, and no one else was told to leave. It was completely unprofessional, so I got there early enough to buy food, but I couldn't stay to eat it like everyone else. I'm unsure of his name, but I appreciate the young guy who was cleaning the tables trying to comfort us. However, the Hispanic woman who spoke to my younger brother instead of me as an adult should be ashamed as well as who I believe was the manager.

Foods great but the customer service here is literal trash. The lady there kept rolling her eyes everytime we asked about the menu. My wife traded from one pizza to another and she literally pretty much tossed the pizza to the tray and started heating the pizza my wife wanted. My mistake for not going to the manager but a well worthy 1 star for that experience
