Customer experiences are mixed. Some praise specific employees like Andrew and the morning lady for excellent service and picture-worthy salads. Others complain about slow service, rude staff, restroom access issues, and inconsistent food quality, especially during busy times.
Tip: Try to visit during off-peak hours to avoid long waits and potential service issues. Consider bringing cash to tip the morning employee.

Muy amable las señoras
This subway just seems to do it better than other subways. Very good.
Great service. Not fast enough but they make a great sandwich.
Picked up my online order on time and it was delicious
Got my online order correct
I like the lady in the morning she opens and as she sets up she makes my breakfast sandwich by memory, fantastic, however,...there is no tip option on the pay pad so I have to bring cash... I think we should all stop in and tip her on Fridays for the whole week.... Severely underappreciated. Come on subway no tip option, I'm so sure.

ANDREW the best costumer service fast and reliable he tool care of several sandwiches all different sizes at the same time Thanks a lot you did great!!
We were helped by Andrew! Not only was he super kind, and we didn't have to repeat ourselves for what we wanted (he is an exceptional listener) but he also made my salad picture worthy! :) Loved this store because of him! Thank you!
Food is good but there's only one lady there and she don't understand much
Will definitely go again .. shout out to Juan - sandwich artist

Good service
I love their flatbread breakfast sandwiches with egg whites and bacon and all the veggies on them my favorite I go almost every single day

Ehhhh.. it's subway... no ice tea ..ever. and it's a Hit or miss on the sandwiches sometimes... You'll be better off making a sandwich at home.
Poor quality
How do you only have one person working on a Saturday during lunch time? I guess you just don't want business or you want people waiting over an hour.
Lady helping me was nice but was not wearing her mask over her nose, so it was useless. Worker came in for his shift NOT wearing a mask at all, walked in the front door, past all the sandwich toppings at the counter, went into the back to probably clock in, AND THEN put on a mask. This is unacceptable, especially for a food establishment. Workers should KNOW how to wear masks properly and when masks are needed. It's not that hard to grasp. Stay away from this Subway, especially if you have immunocompromised loved ones.
Costumer service isn't that good, the employee there cut the subs 70/30 , they have about 60% selections of vegetables vs other subways. Ingredients are fresh. Just wasn't impressed over all
This franchise didn't provide any option for a to go bag when I ordered a sandwich to go and the bathroom we're conveniently out of order. Not sure if this is a constant issue, but from this experience I'll be doing my best to about this Subway location

I love subway but this one wasn't a good experience the veggies were not fresh at all
I had to use the restroom and the lady that works here said I had to hurry, she kept knocking on the door while I was still using it
Bad service, staff not polite at all.
horrible customer service
Make sure you speak Spanish if you go to this one. No offense to the staff or owner, I am first generation Armenian and speak English and Armenian, but dont know Spanish. Its was pretty difficult to get my order across, so I myself will have to go somewhere else if I want subway.
This subway is a 1 star because I was getting my food and I had a $5.99 discount and the employee took 5 minutes to try to make the discount go though and it also expires tomorrow so I paid for it and left so she wasted 10 minutes plus on a 5 minutes on a phone call.
I just left this Subway, and although the person who attended me, was nice, the food being great, I must say I am very disappointed and the way the workers work between each other. There was somebody in the front attending customers and someone in the back I'm assuming prepping and restocking probably making orders to go. But there is no teamwork the guy seems new and very nice and trying his best. The girl in the back didn't seem to care that there customers were piling up and the guy needed help. Every time she would come to the front to "help" she would take what what the guys was about to finish, and have him help the next customer. Instead of helping the next guest herself, keeping the flow going. It was super unproductive to the point where there was only two customers in front of me and I was waiting there for 20 minutes before I was helped. When in all reality I should have been in and out of there 10 minutes tops. I have worked in customer service and fast food for many years and just see what all the errors are. The manager or the owner of this place should speak to the employees that have been there longer about helping out and training properly the store would probably be more efficient. The new person is definitely trying and has a great customer service attitude.
Terrible customer service around 4:22pm November 9th. The girls were so unbelievably rude. Do not reccomeded this subway. The worst part is my child peed her pants because they were cleaning the bathroom and refused to let her use it. You can stop for 30 seconds. Have some compassion.
The posted closing time was 6PM today. I arrived at 5:55 needing to place a to-go order of 2 basic sandwiches. The door was unlocked. Upon entering the store, the employees behind the counter informed me they were closed. I pointed out that the sign says they close at 6. Their answer was, "Well it's 5:55." I took my business to another Subway nearby where it took them less than 5 minutes to make my sandwiches.
Not a nice person. Won’t let people use the restroom even if they offer to buy something.
The staff here are incompetent and can't answer questions properly. Sandwich maker was slow and skimpy with portions. Had to tell sandwich maker multiple times to add more items to the footlong as it was lacking more than usual. When it came time to pay, the lady at the front could not answer questions properly when I asked about the cost. Instead of telling me the cost, she didn't say a word and pointed with a straight face at the menu board, making me look like an idiot, expecting me to look for the price of the footlong. I asked about the pricing again and she just repeated like a parrot the cost of a combo, when I asked about the cost of the footlong. She again told me to look at the board. Absolutely ridiculous. At this point I had enough of her games and left with no food and wasted time. By far the worst service I have ever experienced at a Subway so far. Trash service. Highly recommend going to another Subway location as this one did not meet basic expectations.
Needed to use the restroom urgently. Juan did not let me use it and then buy something and instead made me wait 7 minutes to get to the front of the line and then use the restroom. Unprofessional.
Might been my worst subway pick up so far. The guy was rude, he lays ingredients at random, u can’t even ask him to fix it and won’t follow online order instructions. Do better
I wanted to use the restroom, already noting the sign that says for it’s for customers only (my coworker was ordering something) and when I asked for the key, the person said the restroom is closed. I then asked for a water cup and he told me to wait which I thought was unusual but at the same time I was thinking he was going to charge me—and sure enough he said that’ll be 3 dollars and something cents for a water cup. I said no a water cup. I pointed to a small white stack of white cups behind the counter and he said oh no those are for coffee! To reiterate—no bathroom and no water even though the fountain drinks has water selection. I will never be coming here again. The employees name is Jason and the district manager, Jesse Giron wouldn’t even offer me the drink that I wanted.

Algunos puntos a considerar incluirían:
