Una experiencia gastronómica maravillosa! Es uno de los pocos lugares por la zona que atiende pasadas las 22 hs lo cual se agradece porque todo cierra muy temprano. La comida es deliciosa, probamos varios platos y todos fueron muy buenos! Además el buffet de ensaladas está incluído y son riquísimas. Pero lo mejor de todo sin lugar a dudas fue la atención, un excelente servicio! Me gustaría destacar la atención de Danique, quien nos recibió varias veces con una calidez excepcional! Nos encanto el sitio! La comida super buena y las porciones muy grandes :-) los camareros son españoles y ademas hablan aleman e ingles (por otras reviews que vi) y el restaurante es muy bonito y nos dieron una mesa a la hora de cenar sin reserva. Las bebidas tambien grandes y los vinos buenos. Definitivamente lo recomiendo si estan por Paguera.

Vaya experiencia! Nada más entrar impresiona, (fuimos en Navidad) y estaba súper bien decorado con temática navideña, aparte de que son alemanes y tiene de por si ese estilo tan suyo. Muy buena comida, algo cara pero hay mucha calidad. Te ofrecen mientras esperas el entrante, ensalada, que es estilo buffet y te la montan ellos y es un obsequio, no la pagas y encima está buenísima. Todo perfecto pero la mayoría del personal no habla español, sólo unos pocos. Super recomendable y en Navidad sobre todo. De 10!!

Precioso lugar con buena atención y comida de calidad. La carne estaba excelente, las spare ribs deliciosas, tiernas y con mucho sabor. Para los amantes de las ensaladas este es el lugar perfecto, tienen mucha variedad y puedes escoger lo que quieras, el lugar cuenta con aparcamiento pero creo que tiene pocas plazas, aún así no es un problema porque hay aparcamientos cerca.

Este restaurante de carnes se ha convertido en nuestro favorito. Desde la primera vez que fuimos, quedamos encantados con la exquisita comida , la carne perfectamente cocinada, llena de sabor y la deliciosa sangría, perfectamente servida a un precio razonable. El servicio también es de primera, con un personal atento y amable que hace que la experiencia sea aún más agradable. En nuestras dos visitas, hemos disfrutado cada momento, y sin duda, volveremos pronto. ¡Altamente recomendado!

El sitio espectacular, el personal encantador y hablan perfectamente el español, la comida de 10 la carne jugosa y se desace practicamente en la boca, una calidad muy justificada al precio, el buffet de ensaladas delicioso y vale mucho la pena, muy contentos con el resultado

Las costillas y la hamburguesa están increíbles. El buffet de ensaladas está incluido en el plato principal, te lo sirven ellos.

Un “10”. La comida estaba buenísima y las raciones eran abundantes. El servicio fue excelente: rápido y muy amable. No es un lugar para ir todas las semanas, ya que el precio es algo elevado (gastamos unos 60 euros por persona, más la propina). Sin embargo, la experiencia valió totalmente la pena y nos sentimos muy a gusto.

La atención y trato de Salomé fue excelente, pendiente de todos los detalles y consejos valiosos. La comida muy buena y el ambiente agradable, así como la decoración del local. Repetiremos seguro. 100% recomendable

Fuimos una familia. Los niños son adolescentes. A todos nos encantó. Definitivamente volveremos aquí.

Si te gusta la carne este es un sitio más que recomendable, además tanto la decoración como el ambiente te hacen estar a gusto. Por poner un pero, en nuestro caso un plato de demoro más de la cuenta, al parecer tuvieron un problema en la cocina, pero nada grave. Y en cuanto al precio, ni barato ni tampoco excesivamente caro, en relación con la calidad y servicios recibidos, en definitiva un sitio recomendable.

Hemos cenado dos veces en la hacienda, descubierta por casualidad. Una enorme sorpresa en todos los sentidos! El local es muy acogedor y impecable. La comida es una maravilla. Steak tartar de primera calidad. Hace tiempos que no habíamos comido uno así. La croqueta de rabo de toro, con aceite de trufas ,es la mejor que he comido en mi vida! Bien Rellenada de carne y con el gusto de trufa… Pan de ajo que supera lo esperado. Y de postre el crep de pistacho,con su helado artesanal, ha sido también un deleite ! En conclusión queremos dar miles de gracias al staff impecable, profesional, muy atento y en particular Kathy y Basi !!! Un fuerte abrazo!

The food is so nice here, we visited twice during our week holiday it was so tasty! If we visit this area again I know for sure we will go back again! First visit I had the lamb shoulder which came with rosemary potatoes a delicious gravy and my husband had fillet steak. Both very impressed. Second time we tried something different, I had a chicken soy rice bowl and my husband had chicken Milanese. He did mention there was a bit too much cheese which was very salty but placed it to one side and ate without. I highly recommend here if you are looking for a special place to dine.

We went out one night whilw on holiday for steak and tried La Hacienda Steak House in Peguera (about a 30-minute walk from the hotel (Fergus Club Europa) — our sat nav said 25). Genuinely the best steak I've ever had! Highly recommend it. Definitely glad I booked in advance — we went on a Tuesday at 7:30pm and it was packed!

The best restaurant we’ve visited in Palma de Mallorca! 🍽️ The service was outstanding, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. My wife & I had a fantastic time at La Hacienda Steak House. The building is a low rise, open plan building with great decor. We were walk-ins, but the staff were very welcoming during a busy evening period and we got a good table indoors. This is a serious steak house, so be prepared for serious beef with serious prices. We had the rump steak and it was fantastic! Highly recommended.

A hidden away gem, if it wasn't for looking on google for steakhouses we wouldn't have found this place and I'm so pleased we did! The food was absolutely beautiful, only slight criticism was we waited nearly an hour for our food but the place was buzzing and it was totally worth the wait when it arrived. The meats were well-cooked, but both the meats, tzatziki, potatoes, mixed vegetables, and mushrooms—basically most of the hot dishes coming from the kitchen—were overly salty. The idea of having a salad bar section was great, but it could have offered more options or could have improved availabe options . However, the dessert we ordered afterward absolutely made the experience unforgettable for us. The crème brûlée and tiramisu were exceptional! The drink offered to us as we were leaving was a lovely gesture, though we couldn’t quite enjoy it. A softer, more refined shot of alcohol might have been a better choice. If you come to Majorca, this is a restaurant you should definitely visit, and a crème brûlée you must try is waiting for you!"

Awesome as usual, great food and a lovely venue. I will add though this time, I think they have changed the way they serve tables, after our main meals were cleared we were asked 4 times in the next few minutes by 4 different members of staff if we would like deserts or coffee etc... Not a big issue but it just was kind of unorganized. Everything else was great 👍👍

Salat, auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, der käme zum Tisch, als das Essen kam und ich nach dem Salat fragte, hieß es, den müsste man sich am Buffet auswählen und dann wird er ausgefüllt...auch das es kein festes Servicepersonal für die Tische gab, wenn man 3x gefragt wird, möchten Sie bestellen, nein danke wir haben schon....auf Dauer schon ein wenig nervig....wenn auch der Abend das Essen und das Restaurant in sehr guter Erinnerung bleibt und wir gerne wieder kommen

La atención buena, el producto fresco, las ensaladas muy buena los postres ricos y bien presentados(adjunto foto) quizás mi elección no fue la indicada pero el resto muy bien.

Lugar muy cuidado, agradable y con un ambiente romántico en las cenas, ya que tiene luz tenue, velas... El servicio muy atento. La comida de calidad y abundante. Incluso dispones de buffet libre de ensaladas para acompañar el plato principal. Es un sitio muy regentado por Alemanes. Lo recomiendo si te apetece comer carne con una variedad enorme de guarniciones, en proporciones abundantes y en un local que merece la pena visitar por su detalle en la decoración.

Esta vez me ha sorprendido la sugerencia de unos amigos al recomendarme este lugar porque son Alemanes y reconozco que el lugar es fantástico el ambiente genial la decoración muy acorde a su principal concepto la carne aunque también tienen pescado y un buffet increíble de bueno y variopinto que te ofrecen mientras te sirven los platos. El precio es a razón de sus fantásticas raciones y calidad de su cocina. Muy recomendable aunque no para cualquier bolsillo pero si te gusta la carne y de calidad has de ir y probar. Agradezco a mis amigos que no siendo de Mallorca me hayan traído a conocer este lugar.✌️

Steak was amazing, absolutely perfectly cooked and seasoned. Interior of the place is well decorated and has a cool vibe. Only downside was service was rather slow. Ordered my steak around 19:30(got timestamp from sending my mate a picture of the huge steak knife they brought me) and steak didn't arrive until 20:30 and hour later. The steak was worth the wait though.

The meat was of excellent quality and perfectly cooked, very flavorful and tender. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt. However, I must mention one downside - the level of salt in the food was a bit too high for my taste. I would definitely recommend this place to meat lovers, but I suggest requesting the staff to adjust the salt level when placing your order. Overall, the restaurant offers a pleasant experience for those who appreciate high-quality beef dishes, with the caveat to be mindful of the salt level in the food.

Los tiempos del servicio no son satisfactorios, excelente presentación, y muy agradable establecimiento. El personal amable, siempre que no haya quejas, ya que no aceptan de buen grado y se siente. La taza de café sucia con derame. Digestivo erroneo con cambio de mala gana, eso si, me cambiaron el café sin preguntar, ya que solicité los dos, el café y orujo al unisono. Lo recomiendo si no eres demasiado exigente por tu no poco dinero. Entrecot presuntamente de USA. 49€, nada que envidiar al producto nacional. PD.- Buffet de ensaladas, quizás sea sibarita, cuando estoy en un restaurante que pretende aparentar y cobrar algo más, de lo que realmente justifican. Our experience of La Hacienda Steak House wasn't as amazing as we had hoped it was going to be. Our first issue was with service at our table where a waitress came over to our table and we thought we were going to be asked what would like to order and were then asked to 'Hold On' and she disappeared never returned. We were then eventually asked by a different waitress if we could order something else other what we were wanting to actually order (papas bravas spicy cream) even though it was on the menu and available to choose from. We then suggested an alternative to which the waitress said 'sweet potato fries' and to our displeasure we suggested we wanted 'corn on the cob' instead and then this appeared to be the wrong answer to what they were expecting us to say? We nearly upped and left there and then. Doesn't the customer always come first? Food wasnt cooked to what we were expecting and even though it still tasted fairly nice, for what we were paying we were expecting better service all round. Shame as it's located in an intimate surrounding area of Peguera itself. Terrible place for parking though, so many cars everywhere and hardly a space anywhere to park.

The food is gorgeous , plenty of choice staff very friendly, lovely environment. Far too many dogs should not be allowed in a high end establishment and it is illegal.

Precios desorbitados y calidad simple

El sitio está bien, las hamburguesas (20€) no valen el precio que cuestan, ni de lejos... y el secreto (20€) menos. El secreto "ibérico" era como un lomo adobado. Carísimo para el nivel que tiene. No volveremos. Pensado para guiris

La comida era buena, pero el staff, un desastre; traían comida que no habíamos pedido, la que pedimos no la trajeron, al final una camarera puso una botella en la mesa sin decir nada y tuvimos que preguntar como 3 veces qué era lo que nos habían traído, y una chica que trabajaba dijo, bébelo y ya esta, mucha arrogancia.

!! Disappointing !! I booked a Christmas dinner with my wife as our second visit to this restaurant, after ordering we waited for an hour to receive our Duck dishes which were dried out and insist gas been sitting there some time to be picked up. When being asked if it was ok we both mentioned that it was dried out and the waitress answered with “I guess you don’t like sauce then”… We have been here before and the duck was succulent and juicy however this time our comments were completely ignored and answered rudely. Secondly I was unfortunately placed under a dripping Air conditioning unit and sat on a drenched wet cushion which I can accept however when mentioning it another member of staff she laughed and walked away without suggesting ashore table or at least a dry cushion. I took the time to show her that I had placed it on the floor and that it was wet. It doesn’t end there, we watched a waiter sweep the floor and take the same broom to sweep off the top of table afterwards. Something I find hard to accept hygiene wise. 😬🫣 We live on this island and we’re both shocked by the behaviour of the staff, if you are asked by somebody how it is and you kindly reply to them that it’s dried out, there’s no excuse for the kind of reaction we received. You either suggest replacing it or a discount because of the situation. You never reply with “I guess you a like said then”

Impresentables estamos una hora esperando la cena. No sé cuánto tiempo más tenemos que esperar pero vamos decepcionante.

Carne seca sin sabor , no controlan el punto y todo con partes quemadas, carísimo por lo que es. Para extranjeros que no entienden mucho.. O tuvimos mal día...

28,50 por un solomillo y no se pueden molestar en pelar patatas?? Para comer patatas congeladas estan los chiringuitos de la playa y los burguer.

Poca comida en el plato y muy caro, lo unico positivo el buen trato. No volveremos

Fui con mi familia y la comida fue deliciosa, pero la camarera de nuestra mesa (ya que ahí asignan un camarero por mesa), una chica extranjera, morena y de ojos azules, solo vino a atendernos una vez. Se acercó muy amablemente a pedirnos las bebidas en alemán, y le dijimos que éramos españoles y que nos atendiera en español, entonces le cambió la cara y nos volvió a preguntar pero en inglés. Le repetimos que éramos españoles y puso todavía peor cara y dejó de ser amable. Desde ese momento hasta el momento de traernos los postres (que además dejo en medio de la mesa sin preguntar de quién era cada uno) y la cuenta no volvió a aparecer, y cuando nos dio la cuenta y la recogió volvió a hablarnos en inglés y a irse rápido para no hablarnos en castellano. Debido a que esta camarera decidió ignorarnos durante casi toda la cena, estuvimos toda la noche buscándonos la vida para que alguien nos atendiera, porque como cada camarero se ocupa de determinadas mesas, no prestaban atención a la nuestra porque creían que su compañera estaba haciendo su trabajo debidamente. Una cena riquísima que fue estropeada porque una camarera decidió que no merecía la pena atender a una familia que además vive en el pueblo porque no era extranjera.

Carne demasiado sazonada con pimienta, que ni te permite disfrutar el sabor ni textura de la carne. El chuletón ha sido una decepción total, imposible de masticar. Ha sido demasiado el condimento con la pimienta que luego tuvimos todos una grave indigestión. Honestamente, demasiado sobrevalorado para lo que ofrecéis…una típica trampa. Lo único positivo es el servicio, el resto nada que valga la pena… os recomiendo ir a otros sitios de cortes de carne de la zona que si vale la pena.

La comida está muy rica y todo muy bueno , pero la decepción y mala atención de nuestra camarera nos dañó la noche por completo! Al llegar a tomar nuestra orden nos habló en Alemán lo cual todo correcto, pero al decirle que hablábamos español su reacción fue respondernos con “for drinks” en inglés en vez de atendernos en español como ya le habíamos indicado, no es un problema comunicarnos en un idioma intermedio pero que no nos dijera en su lugar si fuera el caso que el español no es su primer idioma no hubiera habido ningún problema, al final mallorca es muy diversa. No se volvió a aparecer en toda la noche. En resumen, después de esto nos atendieron sus compañeros los cuales fueron muy amables con nosotros, una vez terminados nuestros, solo volvió exclusivamente a retirar un tarro con salsas y no dijo nada lo agarro y se fue, y esperando un buen rato para que nos preguntaran si queríamos postre y nos atendieron todo muy rico pedimos la cuenta a dos personas distintas y al traerla pregunto en alemán “si eso era todo ” y le respondí que si en castellano y al volver nos dejo el cambio y dijo “thank u” y se fue esa fue su atención en toda la noche. No se preocupó en ningún momento y no hizo ningún tipo de esfuerzo en comunicarse y preocuparse por nosotros los cuales éramos su mesa asignada, la camarera era una chica de pelo negro con ojos azules.

No me ha gustado como me han servido el buffet de ensaladas la camarera morena, me lo tiró encima del plato cuando fui la segunda vez.

Restaurante en España donde hay empleados que no te entienden, increíble. Buena presentación del negocio pero caro para lo que se ofrece. Enfoque y precios para turistas. Alternativas mucho mejores en la zona.

Food quality generally very good, though quantities varied widely between different main courses. For us though, on the day we went the service was atrocious. We had to wait more than one-and-a-half hours for the food to arrive and totally spoiled the evening. We considered just getting up and leaving but the hour was late and we had invested so much time waiting we were worried about the propects of finding an alternative suitable venue.
