Arona, September 17, 2023 A very beautiful location, the café is located right on the lakefront... in the center of Arona. The café is very well-maintained and tastefully decorated. The small outdoor area is suitable throughout the summer and for smokers. The owner and the rest of the staff are extremely kind and helpful, offering organized and friendly service. The breakfast we had was excellent: an espresso with a vegan raspberry croissant and a ristretto accompanied by a delicious apple pastry. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality of the product. Parking is convenient, just a few steps from the café, and free in the early morning. I would say a very good rating. Highly recommended!!!

Bel posto e bell'interno. Io ho preso una piadina che non era proprio il massimo... I miei amici hanno invece preso il caffè, cioccolata e il cappuccino (che non mi ispiravano molto)

sono andato domenica in compagnia x un aperitivo. l'ambiente è vecchio stile. cocktail buoni ma 8 euro solo con olive e patatine industriali tra l'altro contate non esiste.

Storico bar da padre in figlio! Provate è sempre un bar centrale x vedere Arona!

A lovely bar on Arona's main street. Outdoor seating overlooking the lake. Very cute and well-kept interior. Kind and friendly staff. The only downside is the croissants. The coffee is good.

Al pagamento mi è stata fatta una tanto dettagliata quanto insensata spiegazione del perché non sono previsti conti separati. Si sarebbe potuto usare quel tempo per fare come richiesto, ma i clienti ci devono rimettere perché il personale è scarso a usare la cassa e il pos. Il ginseng era ok

We stopped for a coffee. The staff was in a terrible mood, not a smile, and practically annoyed to have customers. The coffee wasn't great; you could tell by the pale color. It's a shame because the place itself isn't bad. But you know, people always make the difference.

Semplicemente ripugnante. Individuato corpo estraneo all'interno di un prodotto servitomi. Inoltre, segnalasi condizioni igienico-sanitarie disumane. Ispezione HACCP doverosa. Cordiali saluti.

Servizio pessimo personale che non saluta e pensa a fare chiacchiere con il collega. Caffè pessimo. “Modifico la recensione per rispondere alla sua risposta imbarazzante” Sono stato da voi circa una settimana fa e c erano due ragazzi. Mi auguro appunto che uno di quei due ragazzi non sia il proprietario per L appunto……..è giusto per precisare non lascio recensioni a caso ;)

16 euro per 2 spritz metà bicchiere ovviamente,insieme abbiamo chiesto 2 taglieri e ne hanno portato 1 dopo 1 ora e mezza!abbiamo specificato che ne erano 2 altra attesa di mezz’ora e niente!dopo 2 ore ce ne siamo andati.Il tutto per la modica cifra di 28 euro!alla cassa il tizio voleva farci pagare 2 taglieri,alla mia contestazione si è giustificato dicendo che il cameriere era giovane,(minimo 30 anni)e non ha saputo scrivere 2 anziché 1!pietosi!ve lo sconsiglio ovviamente

Aperitivo scarso, mi dispiace che sia diventato così e non come tempo fa che era molto meglio non si puó pagare quasi 10€ a testa e come aperitivo due paratine da busta, due olive e due pezzi di pane con due fette di prosciutto crudo in 3 persone… dopo averlo fatto notare che mancavano le pizzette mi e stato detto che non c’erano a quel punto li ho incitati a portare almeno altri due pezzetti di pane con prosciutto al momento del pagare ci ha fatto pagare un altro tagliere nonostante ho fatto notare tutte ste cose, in maniera arrogante e maleducata mi è stato detto che non erano due robe e che c’erano anche le bruschette quando io più del pane sfuso e due fette di prosciutto con olive e due patatine che non ho visto…

In questo bar la maleducazione regna sovrana, sembra quasi che gli dia fastidio che entri. Location super centrale, arredamento del Carlo Cudega, servizio lento, tavoli fuori sporchi. A mai più

BEWARE very clever ordered a scoop of ice cream with whipped cream for a child 3 they show up with a huge cup of ice cream immediately reported the mistake to the waiter.... the waiter speaks with the owner I assume I read the lip writing correctly which says NO WAY result ice cream cup left almost whole price paid in full €9 at the cashier I pointed out they are not interested in anything what can I say lost a regular customer here in Arona..... never mind there are other places that deserve more

Rude staff, almost superior and rude. A bit of ice cream on the menu (which we could have easily cleaned ourselves) caused chaos. We apologized, but it didn't seem to matter. Not wanting drinks, we decided to order two Cokes, but even though my friend had also ordered water, they decided we couldn't sit down because there were four of us and not all of us had ordered. The bathroom was also very dirty; it didn't seem to be cleaned.

Asked for two hot chocolate. Waited 15 minutes to arrive. They were both not hot (tepid) and did not even taste of chocolate. Probably a powder mix from a cheap supermarket. When I paid, the woman at the counter said I was lying. I told her that was an unjustified comment and that I would be leaving a review on Google. Her reply was “ I don’t care” I will never go there again even though I live in the area and I do not recommend it as a place to visit.
