Getting there is an adventure, BUT it's worth it. A fixed menu with no choice: 5 appetizers, three cold, two hot, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, desserts, wine, coffee, and liqueurs. Everything is plentiful, and you can get seconds or triples. And it's all incredibly good! The waiters dart kindly between the tables and are friendly and answer every request... even the Coke. The atmosphere is the only flaw: lots of people and a lot of noise. All in all, a place to go with friends to eat well (a lot) and have fun. Maybe don't drink too much because then you have to go downstairs!!

Excellent trattoria. Quality food and plenty of it. The price is truly excellent, €33 per person. The road is narrower in the last few kilometers, but it's easily passable even in winter. Highly recommended.

Everything was very good and plentiful. The place is beautiful, you're in the middle of the woods. It's a shame the road to get there is very narrow, and with snow and ice it scares me.

The restaurant is not actually located in Prarostino, but in a hamlet accessible by a single paved road a few kilometers further up. There are few signs indicating it, and there is ample parking next to the restaurant. The menu is good and plentiful, with the option of seconds or thirds. Excellent service. The only downside is the chaos in the main room, which has many seats and many private parties. The loud noise sometimes makes it impossible to talk.

Nestled among beech and fir trees in the foothills of the Alps near Pinerolo; quite a challenge to reach, but as we all know, precious things are rarely immediately within reach. The restaurant is very large and divided into several rooms. The cuisine is traditional Piedmontese. Five appetizers, among which I particularly enjoyed the cured meats, especially the pancetta, and the Alba-style meat. The risotto with radicchio and the tagliolini with mushrooms were very tasty and well-prepared. The main courses were also excellent: leg of lamb with fried potatoes and roast with walnut sauce. Followed by a variety of traditional desserts. Always ask for seconds for every course. Everything is well-prepared, with high-quality, authentic ingredients. The wines from two San Damiano d'Asti wineries: Ri Da Roca and La Ribota are also excellent. The staff is extremely kind and helpful: 10 stars for them.

The perfect restaurant for one of those Sunday lunches where you know when you'll sit down but not when you'll get up!!! Course after course, all very tasty!! Absolutely recommended. Incredible value for money! €30 and you'll be rolling out of bed! The girl serving our table was very kind! Congratulations and see you soon!

Trattoria I PIANI is a wonderful place where the entire staff makes you feel at home without missing a thing. The food is 100% delicious, authentic, and traditional Piedmontese. The location is perhaps a little inconvenient because it's not close to town, but it's worth the trip for everything explained above. More than fair prices. Highly recommended.

Lunch for three on a Saturday in August. Extensive fixed-price menu with four appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, dessert, coffee, and digestifs. Wine and water included, all for €25 per person. Excellent products and authentic cuisine. Homemade agnolotti. A great find for a quick escape from the city.
