Buffalo Wild Wings in Antelope is a mixed bag. Many enjoy the lively atmosphere for watching sports and the variety of wing sauces. However, slow service, long wait times, and inconsistent food quality are recurring issues.

Everything was pretty awesome, food, service, drinks. 😊my favorite place to order the best fries.
Jason was the bartender and what a great human. He was attentive, conversational and efficient. He told me about the rewards program. My experience from start to finish was wonderful on and otherwise pretty lousy day.
Was told it was only a 15 minute wait ended up waiting about 30 to 40 minutes because one of their server was on break which is no problem my family and I finally got a table and enjoyed food and drinks.
When I first arrived, it was a bit warm inside and the bartender wasn’t at the bar, so I had to wait about five minutes before receiving service. However, once she arrived, everything was excellent — from the service to the food. The air conditioning also came on and cooled the place down nicely. Overall, it turned into a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back again.
Buffalo Wild Wings never disappoints! Their wings are absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sauce options are out of this world. Whether you’re into something spicy like Mango Habanero or something more classic like Honey BBQ, there’s truly a flavor for everyone. Their food in general is just so satisfying. The sandwiches are stacked and flavorful, the nachos are loaded and perfect for sharing (or not!), and everything always comes out hot and fresh. It’s the perfect spot whether you’re there for a game or just craving something hearty and tasty. The only downside I’ve noticed is that their prices have gone up a bit recently, but honestly, the quality of the food and the great atmosphere still make it worth it. The environment is always upbeat and fun, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to relax, hang out, and enjoy some seriously good food. Definitely a go-to spot when you’re in the mood for wings and more!

First time coming to this location for their BOGO 50% Traditional Wings on Tuesday. Service was great and our server is friendly. The Beer-Battered Onion Rings came quickly and tasted great as usual but quantity wise is less than I expected. Wings came a little overcooked but tasted decent nonetheless. Overall, pretty decent experience considering there's a lot of bad reviews on this location.

Was my first time ordering here for takeout a month ago and I don't know what it is about this place but I feel like the service here isn't all that great. When I got there walking in to the front door there wasn't anyone in the front counter to help me out. I waited about 10 maybe 15 minutes until someone finally helped me. On top of that my order that I've gotten which was the 10 piece boneless with fries and let me tell you the fries were not fresh at all only a little warm, seemed like they were some fries that was just sitting for a long time until an order came up. If I were to rate the fries they're about 4/10 and for the boneless wings I've gotten seemed a bit on the small side but they were fresh though. If I were to rate the boneless wings by itself it's about a 7/10 since the size wasn't that great but the taste and freshness was there. Overall might not come back here again but if I were to give it another shot I might just have to take my chances at another location
Very disappointing visit. I usually go to the B-Dubs in Roseville by the mall which has always been great but I went to this one today. Got in around 445 on a Friday before the dinner rush and there were maybe 9 tables sat total. Ordered 20 wings and no apps or drinks and it took 34 minutes to get my wings. When I did get them, they hardly had any sauce and were overdone. Not sure why the huge discrepancy in quality of food and service between the two locations but I recommend going to a different location.
We didn't have a very good visit.... waiter was trash.....only things he did right was split the bill and got our orders right..the cooks 'messed up' our kids order which was 15 bbq and 5 plain boneless wings and fries....so the kids didn't get thier food for another20 minutes...then needed refills he wasn't around for 20 min n was talking to someone at another table..we never got a refill.. We were all finished waited 15 min until I waved him down..then took our cards and was gone for another 15 min. I told the manager n took him 10 more min to finally get out of there...it was not that busy. Hopefully..it was just a bad day.. food n drink was great tho 👌
The burger and fries were good. The mozzarella sticks were cold (being the first food item we ate) but had good flavor. The wings were also a low temp and the garlic/parmesan boneless wings were way too strong and over-seasoned. Overall a disappointing experience for a couple of friends looking forward to some wings.

They have a ghost kitchen operating out of this location called "Wild Burger" - it's terrible, DO NOT ORDER from there. Way over priced for a burger the size of a McDonald's cheese burger and they left out half the order. For comparison, the photo shows the size of the burger and what I can only assume is supposed to be chilli tater tots against the size of a slice of pizza from a small dominos pizza - pathetic. Two thumbs way down, terrible takeout fun.
Buffalo Wild Wings has fallen off hard. What used to be a go-to spot for decent food and solid service is now a disappointment almost every visit. The service is slow, unorganized, and feels understaffed or just careless. Orders come out wrong, drinks sit empty, and you’re left wondering if anyone actually cares. The food quality has dropped drastically. Wings are smaller, overcooked or soggy, sauces are inconsistent, and sides taste like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp way too long. Nothing feels fresh anymore, and it definitely doesn’t feel worth the wait. What makes it worse is that while quality and service keep going downhill, the prices are going up to an absurd level. You’re paying premium prices for fast-food quality and subpar service. It’s honestly wild how much they charge now compared to what you actually get. To make situations worse, the volume on the TVs were unnecessarily loud. We couldn't hear each other talk Overall, Buffalo Wild Wings is becoming a place I actively avoid. Until they fix their service, improve food quality, and bring prices back to reality, there are way better options out there for wings and sports bars.
Was told by the server I could get a free burger with 15+ purchase and that it would be comp'd. After tipping in the mobile AP and again at the table. Manager came out said it was our mistake and burger wouldn't be free. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake but I did. Would not have purchased the burger if I knew they were going to charge me.
If I could give zero stars here I would. We decided to eat here for my mom's birthday tonight. When we first walked in the restaurant was basically empty. We were a party of seven and it took almost 10 minutes for us to even be acknowledged. When we were acknowledged the girl at the counter, let us know that she could not seat us because she was going to give her waiter a break and that it would be about ten minutes. I thought that was odd, but sure i've worked in restaurants. We waited about 15 more minutes before we were seated. If you are keeping track, were at around 25 minutes before being seated in a mostly empty restaurant. That happens so we were fine. I only note it because of how ridiculous the rest of this visit went. Waited another 10 minutes for our waiter to come even offer us water after being seated. He didn't introduce himself so I dont know his name We ordered drinks and appetizers, which took another 20 minutes to get the drinks. The entire table got the drinks with the exception of me, because I ordered a pepsi zero and I guess you can only get that at a bar. I waited an additional 10 or so minutes before I flagged down another waitress and asked her to get my drink which she promptly did. Mind you in the meantime, we watched our server do absolutely nothing. He stood around and socialized with his coworkers and only after he saw the other girl bring me my drink did he promptly poured another drink and brought it to me. So at this point we had been there for over an hour and our sever still hadn't even taken our order yet. When he dropped off my drink, he almost walked away before we stopped him and let him know that we were ready to order. We placed our order and a few minutes later our appetizers arrived.....cold like they had been sitting under a heat lamp while our server stood around. At this point we were hungry and again it was my mom's birthday so we tried to remain in high spirits and patient. My mom ordered a salad but it hadn't been brought out. We waited and waited and waited watching other tables that had come after us be served, pay their checks and leave. At the hour and a half mark most of us had empty glasses and still no food in sight. All while still watching our server do nothing and certainly not checking on us. We ended up flagging down another waitress and asking for my mom's salad. That was finally brought out. We were approaching the 2 hour mark and now every person at our table was watching our server walk in the kitchen and out with other tables food still hoping it was ours. Nope. Finally we set a 5 minute timer and decided we would leave if our food wasn't out by then. You guessed it. Time ran out. We flagged down the same girl from earlier and asked to cancel our order and be brought our check. She went and grabbed our server and he came to let us know he would be refunding our meals that we never received as if that was some how doing is a favor. He then brought us our $65 bill for the apps and drinks. We payed and left.....hungry.....on my mom's birthday. 2 hours later with no discount offered, no manager, nothing except a ruined birthday and expensive cold appetizers. My nephew cried, my mom thanked us for her salad and honestly I left absolutely horrified for this disaster of a birthday celebration. I feel robbed. I not one to complain. If a restaurant makes a mistake, I'll pick stuff off my plate instead of alerting staff. Long waits are usually opportunities for conversations. But this........was ridiculous. Easily one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Thought someone should know about the disappointing service here.
Hello so I came in on Tuesday November 24th! I tried calling for a to/go order several times no answer. So I decided to come in, sit down and eat. I spoke with the Asian looking lady that was at the Togo counter. I told her that I’ve been calling several times no answer. She told me that the ladies who do the Togo station were probably busy. Went in fact they weren’t. I seen a couple of them walking around doing nothing! I still was polite after that the Asian lady helped me get my togo order in, but to eat it at the bar so to dine in basically. That went well I had ended up getting all flats bone in six piece Parmesan garlic wings plus fries and also an appetizer was the chicken buffalo ranch dip. Then I proceed to go to the bar the lady that was there I forget her name white heavyset lady anyways she was friendly asked me for my ID complimented me on my skin and how I don’t look 31 years old blah blah. Anyways she made me a fire lemon drop everything was going well. Here is when things went left I was waiting for my food almost 30 minutes later for a very simple order. Not one time did the bartender ask do I want water, she never communicate with me that they are short staffed & my food will be out shortly, no communication pertaining to my order! I had to ask smh I am a server of 10 years their is no reason I should have had to ask for my order. So I asked for my order & it’s cold it’s been sitting under the kitchen warmer, so I asked for a refund for the appetizer It was nasty and cold. The point of me ordering an appetizer was for me to eat my appetizer drink my drink while waiting on my entrée that's how the steps of service goes. I had that right too ask for a refund & remake! It’s my money so I asked for a remake for my entrée that's when the attitude started. When the food is done, you’re supposed to stop what you’re doing all hands on deck and grab the customers food not let it sit rather if it’s busy or not. Servers definitely need more training! So I go up to the togo counter ask for a refund for the appetizer the bartender who serves me walks up & ask what was going on I told her then SHE goes to say are you okay I said yes I’m fine I wasn’t pleased at all my food was cold service horrible I was finally baby free & that was the service I got! She walks sway from me in the middle of me talking but I was rude & disrespectful no that was rude & unprofessional like I said servers need better training! After that I sat down & the bartender still walked passed me while I was at the bar & didn’t make sure I was okay no nothing, but kept asking the white man next to me was he okay how’s everything not one time did she check on me I was their for over an hour she checked on me about 4 times that’s it! Then the Mexican male manager that was on the day time shift was horrible and accused me of being rude and disrespectful because he mistaken my body language and me being very direct for rude when in fact I was very calm & respectful! Not only did he accuse me the CUSTOMER not one time did the manager or bartender offer me anything for my inconvenience for my food being cold & service being horrible! Anyways the entrée & drinks were fire 🔥 & the bartender and I did apologize to each other for the misunderstanding, but still none of that shouldn’t never happened! Anywho I usually don’t go to the Natomas location because of this exact reason! I haven’t been to that location in years because something similar happened to me before! I went back to see if the service was the same & in fact it has gotten worse. I will not be back at that location that location will never get my black dollar ever again & I’ll be going to the Arden location for now on like I’ve been doing btw that location is wonderful I don’t have these problems at that location! Natomas location do better! ✌🏽
** review from my experience in 2022, but when I order here the wait time is still extremely long. Customer service could be better on the phone. And I get different policies every time I go, apparently this location can no longer serve you all flats. Some days they will some days they wont. ** Ridiculous experience here, not sure if it is the new managers or cooks. Pretty lengthy review, be warned. Long story short, my order was DRENCHED and my wings were practically floating on top of the sauce, manager was "mansplaining" to me that customers like it that way, and then I had to drive to the location to get a refund which could have been done on the phone. Ordered wings, extra crispy & extra wet. Usually when they are extra crispy they are a little dry, never had ANY issues ordering this way. Got my order, drove all the way home to find my wings were DRENCHED in sauce. I tried to eat one or two but it was so salty I couldn't. Called the location and talked to Joseph or "Joey" as he introduces himself on the phone. I explained my concerns he did say once "sorry bout that" but when I said I wanted them extra crispy he told me "yeah customers like it saucy, and usually it can be x3 x4 times extra wet". I was shocked truly. Then I told him that I always ordered this way and never had issues and he again was trying to tell me that that's how they come. I told him that I "COULD" come drop off the wings if I needed to but I did not want a remake (which he did offer) but a refund. I drove all the way down there and I forgot my card because I was so upset, and when I got there he couldn't issue me a refund because I needed the expiration date. WHAT A JOKE, but then he said he can give me a refund over the phone. He had me come down because "oh, you said you were already coming and I wanted to see the wings". I DID NOT SAY I was coming , I said I could come. Then when he saw the wings, he admitted it was way to much sauce. I asked when a customer requests "extra wet" is there so recipe for how much extra there is ie: 1oz, 2oz, etc. He told me no, I asked if it was just up to the cook on how much sauce extra to put and he said yes. I also asked for these customers who like their wings so saucy, dont they indicate that on the order? and he said yes, so I told him if I never ordered then "really" or "two times wet" why was it so dam saucy? A big thing people miss too these days is to be aware of their tone when they speak and their identity. It felt like because I was a women he was trying to find every reason as to why my order was the way it was. Also his tone was not really empathetic and instead of just taking accountability and being understanding again he tried to tell me that's how customers like it. Please tell me, would you eat these?
Total disappointment food wise the wings were dry and over fried the tried to use the sauce but wings tasted hard and was not seasoned properly. The fries was kinda cold a over salted and pepper no good balance. Plus was out of most beer. Don't waste your money here. The only thing is good customer service however the food is not worth the waste of oxygen or time going here
I went to Buffalo Wild Wings almost after an year, mainly stopped going because they would (most of the time) mess up on my order. We started going to other wings spots and decided to try them today, hoping for better results. When I went in to pay I told the cashier 2 times to make sure my wings have extra sauce. When I went back in to pick up the order I asked him again if it had extra sauce he said yes. Attached are the pictures tell me where is the extra sauce it barely has any sauce. We didn’t even eat it messed up our whole lunch vibe. Will definitely never be going to Buffalo Wild Wings, again without a doubt. This place deserves negative stars.
These tables remained liked this for our entire visit, no wonder it was not busy on the dinning side. They only bussed beer glasses when the bar ran out. The hostess just moved dirty plates from one table to another to seat people with the help of the manager. Our server was slow, took 30 mins to get my beer. The food actually beat my drink to the table. Food was great. Just makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is if the dinning room looks like a kitchen. The staff seemed more interested in hugging each other and talking about their upcoming weekend plans rather than seating customers, cleaning the tables or getting drinks to the tables timely. I was going to speak with a manager.. on the way out, I seen that she was involved in some of the things mentioned above and thought it would make no difference. All in all, the sunrise location is the best out of the sacramento locations.
