We've become loyal customers and return every year. The restaurant, like the entire hotel, is enchanting and the service impeccable. I loved the parmesan ice cream that accompanied the duck carpaccio. Every dish is meticulously prepared down to the smallest detail. We felt pampered, as always.

A very quaint family-run hotel, furnished with antiques from the past (family heirlooms), as well as art! Enjoy excellent, refined traditional dishes. After a day of skiing, the intimate wellness center, complete with a pool, whirlpool, sauna, Turkish bath, and massages, is also excellent. A shuttle takes you to the nearby ski slopes. We'll be back again! I highly recommend it! We were there in 2015 as well.

I'm writing about the restaurant: We came here with high expectations, but the experience was disappointing to say the least. The service was handled by very young and completely inexperienced waiters: one of them greeted us with a "good morning"... at 8 pm! It seemed like a joke. They brought us dry bread without even oil, and the portions were ridiculous compared to the exorbitant prices. To top it off, the dessert was inedible, and after sending it back, we still found it on the bill. Unbelievable! Congratulations, you managed to lose three customers in a single evening. We definitely won't be returning.
