I called this branch by mistake wanting to speak to the new one in Palmas, the person who helped me at this one did not tell me which branch I was speaking to, I requested the menu and she sent it to me, without me knowing as a new customer that the prices at the base branch are not the same as the new one, so I called the one in Palmas with prices in mind already based on the menu they had already sent me. In conclusion, they charged me more than because the branches have different prices because they are different owners (this without the other lady from the other branch having mentioned it) and as if customers should know that even if the restaurants have the same name, they have different costs and different menus 🤦🏼‍♀️ The lady from Palmas was very kind and the service at the base branch was very bad, but details like this make me not buy from them again

The food is tasty, but the delivery time is ridiculously long and terrible. I ordered for pickup and they told me it would take an hour. I arrived 15 minutes before the hour was up and they told me my order, number 8, would be ready in 5 minutes. Then they delivered order 17, and 5 minutes later they delivered order 22. I waited another 15 minutes to go and ask, and they told me it was almost ready. It took them another 20 minutes to deliver my food, well past the hour they supposedly took.

My order took 50 minutes to arrive. I only ordered a hamburger and some small boneless wings. I placed a call, arrived 5 minutes before the estimated delivery time, and they told me it would take about 10 minutes, which was fine. Fifteen minutes passed, and I saw orders being taken out that had been placed before I arrived. So, I went over to ask if my order was going to take much longer, since the time had already passed and they were already delivering orders placed after mine. The owner (who I assume is the owner because of the similarity to the business name) told me that my order was still within the delivery timeframe. I asked him what the estimated timeframe had been (I knew he didn't know because the time had already passed), and he said, "They told you an hour." I replied, "No, they told me 40 to 45 minutes." He then turned to speak to the kitchen, as if to have them prepare my order so I could leave. In 5 minutes they gave me my order and I thanked God it was all over, until it came time to pay. I saw they accepted card payments, so I told the cashier I wanted to pay by card and she said, "There's just a commission." I firmly asked, "A commission for what????" She was silent for about 2 seconds and then said, "It's about 2 pesos." I was about to leave because I was desperate, so I said yes, I just wanted to get out of there. The customer experience left a bad taste in my mouth. However, the food tasted acceptable for the price; the burger was 119 pesos, a good size, and some ingredients seemed high quality, while others, like the burger patty, were clearly the typical bagged kind. On top of that, they didn't even put ketchup or dressing on the fries. The boneless wings came with everything, but they were just some of the boneless wings that didn't stand out compared to the competition. I came from far away because it had been highly recommended, but I doubt I'll buy from them again if I have a similar experience. UPDATE: One of the boneless wings was half raw, my wife couldn't finish them.

Pésimo servicio realize un pedido a domicilio de 5 órdenes de tacos, me dejaron esperando en el teléfono para al final no resolver nada, y solo decir es que de acá salió completo el pedido. Y mientras ya me cobraron por algo que no recibí.

The food is very good except for the steak, which was completely burnt. As for the service, it takes way too long. The people taking orders are confused; they all do things however they want. There were two brothers and me; we were orders 91, 94, and 95. The first two came out on time, but the last one took more than an hour.

This place is perfect if you're NOT hungry. Almost a two-hour wait for some boneless wings and tacos—you be the judge, but for me, that's excessive. I've never waited that long for more elaborate food. And to top it all off, they gave me the wrong order. I had ordered one order of boneless wings, one order of "piratas" (a type of taco), and three carne asada tostadas. They gave me two orders of boneless wings and the "piratas." It was takeout, and I wasn't going to go back to change it, nor did it seem fair to have to make the trip back. The service from the entire staff was terrible. The food is okay, but honestly, I'm never coming back here.

I placed my order at 6:50, it's 9:00 now and they haven't delivered it. The order was already paid for. The delivery driver said they forgot. It took two hours. Terrible service. You call and they redirect your calls and don't give you any explanation. AWFUL SERVICE

First and last time I bought at the Pinos branch. It took a long time to deliver the food and, as another person said in the reviews, I called the Pinos branch thinking it was Palmas since the lady never told me which branch it was. A very bad experience.

It's not as good as it used to be. The boneless wings are awful now; if they're not just breaded, they're either hard or raw. Plus, they don't even taste like chicken; they taste like pure sour sauce. The burger is okay, but it's frozen meat, just like the boneless wings. Obviously, a charcoal-grilled burger with homemade meat is better for the same price. But the worst part is the customer service; almost all the staff are incredibly arrogant. 😂 What a lousy food.

The food is delicious, without a doubt the roasted potato with boneless and chipotle is one of the most delicious I have ever tried, however the wait time is too long, I waited almost an hour and forty minutes for them to deliver my order to the place, it seems that they lack organization and the place is too small for the demand, added to the poor treatment that we had to witness from the owner or manager to his employees, without a doubt, no matter how delicious the food was, I would not frequent it again.
