I order the Italian sub and when I tell you it’s the BEST sandwich I’ve ever had .. and so filling !!! Got the regular size and it was just enough !! I don’t know where this has been all my life !! Only two miles away LOL from home and I just have to say 10/10 I love you Italian sub and I love you fire house subs . Please never stop making LOL

Delicious subs served by friendly folks in a timely manner! They also now offer a few different sizes of subs which is a good idea. We've been to this location 3-4 times over the past year and each experience has been positive. Just be sure to be specific about which toppings you want and if you're like me and don't enjoy pickles, ask them to keep the pickle that is included with every order. We go here mostly on Saturdays and after the lunch rush and always have prompt and friendly service. Definitely stop in here if you're looking for a tasty sub sandwich!

It is hard to believe that this is the first time I've ever tried a firehouse sub. Ordered a med Cajun spicy chicken sub. Apart from drowning with Cajun mayo, it was a very good sub.

I really appreciate the gluten free bread option and that they switched from Udi’s to schar because the Udi’s had canola oil so we couldn’t eat it due to autoimmune and autism in the family. Thank you for switching to a better option! The veggie sub option for my kids was excellent. It’s hard to find good veggie options at fast food places. Hopefully they will continue to improve the quality of items! Also, shoutout to the people working there. The lady was really helpful to my son as he tried to navigate the drink machine. She was very kind and everyone greeted us very professionally.

Not sure why they have bad reviews. I have been going since they opened and I'm always treated right by employees and ownership. I like a turkey with pepperoni sub that isnt on the menu and they always make it work for me. Bread is always fresh compared to other locations in other cities.

I love firehouse subs and this store is no exception. I've ordered pickup from here about 3 times in the past few months and each time the food was ready on arrival, still tasted fresh and never had an issue with any of the orders being messed up. Recommended for anyone who likes sub sandwiches.

First timer here. Atmosphere was great. Customer service was excellent. Location was clean. I ordered a med tuna sub. Had the med tuna on wheat. Tuna and bread both were fresh and neatly made. Sorry no pics I devoured the sandwich.

Im only leaving this review to hopefully help the owners make things better. Staff was somewhat ok I would not say friendly but not rude either. Food did not taste fresh at all for just being made. Tea containers were not covered after the tea was made but it did taste good. When my food was ready they did not bring it to the table like they do at other locations when you are dinning in. Not that I mind getting up to grab it just a nice gesture considering they ask for a tip on the card machine. I am one of the few that do not mind tipping, I know the job can be thankless at times. Although the inside of the restaurant did not seem dirty the front glass door that you use to come in looked like it had not been cleaned in months as well as all of the windows were just as dirty as the door you enter. Again not trying to bash just hopefully helping the owners see they need improvements! ( Update )I am adjusting my review from a 3 star to a 4 star because someone did take the time to respond and they seem to care. I will give it another shot on another day and see if things have been addressed. I am hopeful because of the responce.

Everyone is friendly and subs are good but I am never ever coming back here during lunchtime again.. It took at least 45 minutes to get my order of two Italian subs. It wasn’t the employees’ fault — there were sooo many Uber Eats orders in addition to everyone in the building and they were just doing their best to keep up. 45+ min for a couple subs was just a little too long for me.

Have been going to Firehouse for awhile now, and have noticed the prices in Apopka are higher than other Firehouses, so I finally asked. The lady working said yes, prices are higher here but it's her boss/managers fault because they won't change/update the system so there is no such thing as combos at Apopka Firehouse. Uhh..what?? If you order a sub, chips, drink, it's all rang up separately, which is about $3 extra per meal...per person, everyday, all day. Their menu on the wall doesn't reflect actual prices customers are paying. That's a lot of money there making with unaware customers. Shady. Would not recommend. P.s. Its been like this for over a year. Sketchy sketchyy

Employee's are very disrespectful, my bread sat on the toaster for minutes before they came back out to make my sandwich so the bread was cold at that point, The soda machine and drink station all around was disgusting, the bathroom was as well. I do not recommend this location.

Customer service is a joke! Cleanliness is not a priority at this place! Owner should shut this location down! I will drive to Publix and get a better sub! Gave this place way too many chances to do right and always coming up short

I'm actually sitting outside of the restaurant writing this review after picking up my order. I'm at the 1608 w blossom trail location. This has got to be the worse crew/shift ever to work at this store. The young lady taking my order talking very low where I had to keep askher to repeat herself, then had a bad attitude when I did. When my order was done the young man just put the bag on the counter and walked away, I had to ask is this for me, he said "yeah" and walked in the other direction. Time is 1900, and if this crew is on, PLEASE do not come. Totally lost my appetite.
