We had such a wonderful experience at IHOP thanks to our amazing waitress JOVEL. From the moment we sat down, she was so kind and attentive. We have a toddler, and without us even asking, she offered to bring out her fruit first so she’d have something to eat right away — which as parents, we truly appreciated! She remembered our entire order perfectly and made sure everything came out just right. One thing that really stood out was how she adjusted the height of our daughter’s straw so she could drink more easily. It may seem small, but those thoughtful little details meant so much to us. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. We really value the level of customer service she gave our family, and I’m sure she treats all her tables with that same attention and kindness. Thank you for making our meal so enjoyable — we will definitely be back!

Randi was great, we got sat promptly once we arrived. The place is clean and smells great. Our food order was taken quickly and the food only took about 10 to 15 minutes to arrive to our table. Our order was done correctly, and the food tasted amazing as always. Randi was very attentive to us and let us have a great time!!

Penny was our server today and she was so sweet! I asked to customize my order after she had already submitted it to the cooks, yet she was able to still accommodate my wants and my order came out better than expected. Although we came during a breakfast rush, she was attentive. Highly recommend her!

Five stars isn’t enough for Penny! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She checked on us just the right amount, made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it, and kept such a positive, upbeat energy the whole time. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. Penny turned a regular IHOP visit into an amazing experience. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in great hands!

Our server was Penny. All I can say is awesome! What exceptional service! I particularly love her attention to detail. My wife is allergic to onions. Penny knew exactly what to do. She promptly relayed the information to the chef and the chef started up a second grill as to not contaminate our food with onions from the other grill. You'd be surprised how some people miss this very important steps when it comes to food allergies. We most definitely will be coming back!

Miss Penny was such a pleasure as our waiter, this morning.. very nice and made my family feel very welcome.. she made us laugh and did very good job with suggestions about menu.. also kept checking on us to make sure that we had everything we needed.. The service keeps my family and I coming back frequently. The pancakes are tasty, but they are smaller than they ever were and they appear to be smaller each visit. The avocado toast is good. The coffee is always good. These waitstaff women work very hard. No matter how busy or short staffed they are, they’re always very pleasant waiting on you. I would give 5 stars when the pancakes get to be a hearty serving size and not so skimpy a portion.
