We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Miss Nicki at IHOP on Christmas Day, and she truly made our holiday extra special. Working on a day like Christmas is never easy, yet Miss Nicki greeted us with a genuine smile, incredible warmth, and the kind of kindness that instantly makes you feel welcome. Her service was outstanding from start to finish. She was attentive without hovering, friendly without feeling forced, and incredibly patient even with how busy the restaurant was. Our food was perfect, refills were always there before we needed them, and she checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was great. What really stood out was her attitude. Miss Nicki brought positive energy, humor, and a sense of care that turned a simple meal into a memorable holiday experience. You could tell she truly cares about her customers, and that kind of service is rare and deeply appreciated. Please recognize Miss Nicki for going above and beyond on Christmas Day. She represents IHOP in the best possible way. Thank you for making our holiday meal feel truly special!

Our server was Penny & she was an absolute darling. She was very thoughtful by putting my daughter’s butter on the side & very attentive if we needed anything else. She was in a good mood & very nice. I hope when I come back to this restaurant, she’s my server.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service From Cynthia at IHOP! I had such a great experience today at IHOP thanks to my server, Cynthia From the moment I sat down, she made me feel genuinely welcomed. She was kind, attentive, and had such a positive energy that really brightened my day. My food came out quickly and exactly how I wanted it, and Cynthia made sure I never needed to ask for anything — she was always one step ahead. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it truly showed. I also want to give a shout-out to the whole staff working with her today. Everyone was friendly, professional, and created such a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you, Cynthia, for making my visit amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back because of you!

Penny welcome us verry friendly andgive us good advice of items in the menu. My husband wanted to make his own selection. Penny smile and said I can order just the way you wanted. Food was served fast and tasted fresh. It's been a long time since I have received a warm welcome a good customer service in a restorante. IHop do it better!!!

Came in on a Sunday morning craving a meatless, high-protein breakfast. I ordered the egg white veggie omelette with hashbrowns, and it was great—the avocado on top was a nice touch and the portion size was very satisfying for the price. Coffee was solid as well. It was understandably busy, though service was a bit slow on the intake and the check, so give yourself some extra time if you’re coming during the weekend rush. Still a good experience overall

The service keeps my family and I coming back frequently. The pancakes are tasty, but they are smaller than they ever were and they appear to be smaller each visit. The avocado toast is good. The coffee is always good. These waitstaff women work very hard. No matter how busy or short staffed they are, they’re always very pleasant waiting on you. I would give 5 stars when the pancakes get to be a hearty serving size and not so skimpy a portion.
