i had just left Wonder Works after spending a few hours there and i was really hungry and wanted taco bell, and let me tell you something , IT HIT THE SPOTT!! service was quick and good. the girl at the window got me a cup of ice which i really appreciated. overall 10/10! i love yall

Ah, the Crunchwrap Supreme from Taco Bell - a culinary masterpiece that never fails to amaze! And let me tell you, folks, I've had my fair share of Crunchwraps from various Taco Bell locations, but none compare to the one I received yesterday around 12pm from the incredible staff at this drive-thru. As I pulled up to the window, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "how's your day going?" from the team member. I could tell they were genuinely interested in making my experience exceptional. And then, they handed me the most glorious Crunchwrap I've ever laid eyes on. The tortilla was perfectly crisped, the beef was seasoned to perfection, and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and crunchy. But what really took it to the next level was the generous drizzle of that magical red sauce. Oh, the sauce! It tied everything together like a harmonious symphony of flavors. I took a bite and closed my eyes, savoring the delightful combination of textures and tastes. It was love at first bite! The staff at this drive-thru truly understand the art of crafting a Crunchwrap Supreme. They're not just making fast food - they're creating joy in every wrapper. So if you're in the area, do yourself a favor and swing by this Taco Bell. Ask for the Crunchwrap Supreme, and tell them I sent you. Your taste buds (and your soul) will thank you!

I haven't eaten in the dining room in quite a while. The air conditioning was cold (so nice on a hot day). The Enchirito is back for a small amount of time. It's my personal favorite, so I highly recommend it. It's Taco Bell's version of an enchilada. YUM

My order had a mishap when I first went here around 130am on Dec 18th. I didn't realize it was the completely wrong order until I got home. I called and the young man said he was writing my name down and next time to just drop my name and they would replace the order. It seemed too good to be true...he hadn't taken any info from me but my name. But I went with it. Today I went through for my replacement order and SHOCK there was nothing written down. The manager Mark was super gracious and once I showed him my call log from my phone call on Dec 18th, he replaced the order free of charge. Mistakes happen, completely understand, so I appreciate Mark for working with me. The rest of the staff was also kind and pleasant. The food is always good.

Me and my friend came in today to get some food. We were craving Taco Bell 🛎️ and we didn’t want to spend too much on food. We bought a bunch of stuff, but I got blown away The Grilled Cheese Burrito is AMAZING! The one in the silver wrap, was so good 😊 OMG. I recommend that one if you don’t know what you want to get when you come here. Try that one it’s fabulous! The total for 7 food items and one drink was under $30, can’t beat the price and we got full so full that at least me, ate again 10 hours later. Great customer service and friendly staff, thank you.

I like how you can order through Taco Bell’s app or at the touchscreen machine to make all of your selections that a cashier would do at the order station. Taco Bell has new selections of vegetarian options. The nacho party pack is off the chain. It’s a large box of food to feed maybe four people. You can add many toppings.

Just moved back to this side of town and this location has had some upgrades! Much nicer than back in the day. I love the kiosk ordering because I can easily customize my order without feeling “extra” and get it the way I like. Everyone was friendly and it was clean, neat and organized. So happy we chose to dine in today!

The customer service was absolutely Wonderful! I gave 4 stars because I bought $39n change in Tacos. The tacos didn't taste fresh (stale). However I was pleased with the chicken power bowl. I will be going back 🌮 Tuesdays.

It's Taco Bell. The standard can only be so high LOL I will say they have a tendency of checking everything into the same bag even if you have box meals. Which I ordered for the most part for convenience not having to figure out seven people's orders. I've learned now to ask ahead that if they don't have the boxes to do separate bags. To be honest the food is pretty good as far as Taco Bell goes

I went through the drive-thru late at night, around 1 or 2 AM on a Saturday night. The drive through was surprisingly empty, although it still took a while to get our order. There is only one lane, compared to other fast food locations that usually have two drive through lines, at least at the newer locations. The inside is closed but you can still do a mobile order on their app and pick it up via their drive through. The food was made fresh, although they made my friend's burrito incorrectly (he asked them to make it without one of the main ingredients, which was still his order even though it was on the receipt,). Similarly, we asked for a side of mild sauce, which they also forgot to add. Other than that, it went pretty smoothly.

I asked for a Beef Burrito. Jessica wasn't sure how to enter it so she asked a young, stocky African American girl (a manager of some sort) who quickly cut me off and said we don't have those anymore. What?? You have burritos, beef, cheese and onions. After some coaxing she told her to ring a bean burrito minus the beans add beef and onions. See how easy that was. Instead of arguing with your guest, be a problem solver. Her attitude turned me off to the whole experience. Jessica was extremely friendly and engaging. She even came out into the dining room and asked me if it was the way I ordered it. A male (presumably a District Manager came in as this was going on. He went into the back several times and called the manager out to his table several times. It would have been nice had he come over and asked about my experience. That's what real guest service looks like. The restaurant was very clean, I'm sure because they were expecting a visit from the DM.

I mean, the staff almost always seems like they don't want to talk to anyone. I know they have the kiosks for people to order and I actually prefer using them but sometimes people may need help or question from a physical person. Also they get my order wrong and don't substitute when I order for it making some stuff I paid for inedible. Also there's times when you make an order online and it doesn't show up in their system you could potentially end up losing money because your order never showed up for them and that may think you're defrauding them.

Good for fast take out. Food is ok not fantastic or anything. No personality at window what so ever. So don't expect pleasantries. We had grilled ranch chicken burrito. Barely any ranch on it. Lettuce was very fresh along with tomatoes. Chicken actually good.

The line was zero which means not very many people go here. I ordered crunchy tacos and they were absolutely great! I do feel however if you stop to get some frozen blue icy they should have it they did not have blue they did not have the Cherry they only had mountain dew and I specifically stopped to get my girls the blue icees so if they don't have it they should not advertise it.

Always good for a quick bite… except on Thursday… the drive thru was very difficult… just a lack of listening (focus) it seems. Six crunchy steak taco supremes took about 10 tries… she continued to ask if I wanted a country taco… but I’m guessing that’s the speaker translation gone bad… $21 for just the six tacos… yet the next day the drive thru went smooth and the gentleman was easy to understand and I had two meal combos and an extra taco and drinks in a minute and cost $20.95…. :-/

The cashier who took my order was rude. I asked to use the restroom before placing my order bc I wanted to wash my hands and use the bathroom bc I have a bad kidney and I'd been on the city bus for almost two hours. She was hateful to me and refused until I placed my order first. They are lucky I didn't have an accident on the floor to clean up. She gave me the code to quickly that I didn't hear her and when I asked her to repeat it she didn't. The male worker came to help me and apologized. The food was cold and it took 10 mins to make a soft taco and cinnamon balls.

Everything about this location is terrible!!!! I drove over a curb that sticks out on the side entrance. Drive-thru is so narrow with high curbs that it takes a miracle to not ruin your tires. I wasn't impressed with the people, she short changed me my penny, which is just weird. Soft Taco was soggy, lettuce was mushy, shell was stale. Will never go back!

It was not what I ordered. The person did not want to take my order; she wanted me to use the kiosks. I don't like kiosks; so they added some type of sauce to my burito supremes that did not belong. I didn't take the order back because I was the only person in line; it wasn't like they were being rushed. They just acted spiteful since I refused to use the kiosks. I will not be going back to that location - ever!

They messed up my order and instead of fixing it they were spiteful and had me stand there and ignore me . Nasty manager ,I was patient and nice and she was still nasty ,didn't even have a name tag . Been a customer for years and I will never go back because of her and her disgusting behavior. She ruined that location .

I went yesterday afternoon to purchase 2 double Chalupa boxes. After work feeling tired Went back home and findout it was cold and when I took my first bite the flavor was horrible. I do live very close from that restaurant. It was a waist of money and time. Really a bad experience ending throughout the food. I Do work for a restaurant our managers do not allow Us to serve food in such a bad condition. That food is not for free People are paying for a good service. You can loose costumers.

First off I can understand if there is no decaffeinated coffee because you have not made it yet but to boldly say we don't carry it because our customers don't buy it? Then don't offer or automatically initiate senior discount. I've been to other locations where they have even applied it in the drive thru. The next employee coming in had no problem applying to the next customer. I forgot about it because it's usually automatic. I guess the employee I had was just having a bad day and I got him unfortunately.

I wouldn't eat there to many my complaints will seem petty. There was no menu on the wall any more and your only option for ordering is from a kiosk. When staff was asked about a senior discount she said she would do that at the register but couldn't take our order at the register so we left and went to el potro an had real Mexican food.

Its times before when the server or clerk employee makes a mistake with the order and i complained about it , the manager politely apologized and mended their error by refunding the money or giving the right meal and more for free or both for my trouble of having to drive back from home, well not snymore, manager ins now at home or somewhere not un the restaurant , I've been eating from there often till this last time i ordered a power bowl with chiken, when i got home started eating it an couldn't find a sigle piece of chicken in it , they gave me a vegie bowl for the price of a chicken one, im not vegetarian so i expected to eat some chikenout the bowl ,so the next day i went back with the receipt and the woman in charge told me i was suposed to go back right away instead of the next day, and said its new policy because homeles people do that to get free meals, I told her I'm no a homeless I'm a plumber who comes home tired and hungry and if i buy food out its because adding it to other thing's on that trip so i don't waste time nor gas; I asked to speak to the manager and she called jim or her on the phone she looked like explaining my problem to someone on the phone and told me the manager said the same thing she told me and there's no refund nor correcting the order for me THE CUSTOMER, ; there were many other customers there in line snd hearing all the ordeal and since i was treated like a homeless person a said I don't want todays meals and wantwed a refund but now in cash because i don't trust them anymore with my card loosing about $20 dollars , all i wanted was the right meal i paid for ; well , taco bell lost another customer due to the nasty attitude they now have , ; i used to love its food but now its diferent...

Cheesy beef gordida crunch had sour and rotten tasting sauce on it. The sauce they used must have been spoiled. It took everything for me not to puke as I spit it all out. One of the most strange and disgusting tastes I've experienced. We went back through the drive thru and told them and exchanged it for some nachos. I figured they cant really fumble with the simplicity of nachos. I wasn't impressed with them either they seemed sort of stale. I won't be going to this location anymore. Just being honest.

Hadn't been to Taco Bell in quite a while. When in on National Taco day, expected to have some special deals. They had one, a box with for tacos I upgraded two Taco Supremes. Very very disappointing. Three of the four taco shells were broken there was probably a tablespoon of meat the rest was filled up with lettuce and sour cream probably got eight to ten little pieces of tomato and probably 10 to 15 strands of cheese. It will be a while before I go back to Taco Bell. With the prices they charge they could afford to put a little bit more meat on the tacos. I also got a side of beans. I don't remember for sure but I think they charged me $0.79 for the beans and $0.39 for cheese on top of them and if you put them in a measuring cup there probably wasn't even a fourth of a cup. The manager has happened to be at a table next to me I showed them the beans and ask if that's really all I got for that price. They were like no no you got the wrong size will fix it will go get you the right size. So they did bring me out a different side of beans that was probably still overpriced for what I paid. But I did get more beans and cheese. If you go, go at your own risk.

After a long day at work I just wanted to order some food and Call it a day, however even though there a time was to close not until 2:30 there was no answer at the driveway or anyone at the window. I drove back around to the front to see what was going on and to see if at least the inside was still open and sure enough there were two employees just sitting around doing absolutely nothing in the dining room. This was a waste of my time and gas and what was supposed to be A nice relaxing meal has turned into a frustrating and unbelievable disappointment.

The lady taking orders is rude everytime I come here. Loud, ghetto and unprofessional as ever. While she’s taking your order she doesn’t respond to you. When you get to the window and get your food and say thank you, she just looks at you and ignores you. For her to be so old you would think she would know her manners but some people just don’t care. Taco Bell, you can do better with your employees.

The service was terrible.😡 I went through the drive-thru, ordered me a chalupa, the sandwich was cold and running. They forgot my extra sour cream that I had paid for so I had to turn around and go back and they still was nasty. So I'm saying to all the people that love to go through drive-thru PLEASE check your order before leaving. It doesn't matter who doesn't like what I'm saying in this post, This is the truth!!

Order is NEVER correct 80% of the time the customer service is trash and just received food that wasnt fully cooked. Ive never gotten Jalapeno sauce in my borrito that was an interesting twist to the mix lol never coming back and im someone who lives close by and kept giving it a chance hasnt gone good but once.

My card wasn’t given back to me at the drive-thru, and minutes later someone at this Taco Bell used it and only the staff had my card. I literally came back and they had it in the back. I called customer service and when they called me back, they said the cameras showed nothing unusual. I can’t argue with their footage, but the charge came from this store One minute after I left, and the staff are the only ones who had my card. I work hard for my money. This is not right. On top of that, they rounded up my total for a “donation” without asking. I had to cancel my card and the whole thing just felt wrong. Customers deserve better accountability and basic security

Was unaware the place was closed. Was just tryna grab a bite to eat after work. The door was unlocked so I stepped inside and I was greeted by a very angry rude lady. She said the lobby ain't open yet and you just stepped on my freshly mopped floor! I just said I was sorry I didn't know and left. It's just sad that's how customers are greeted when the door was unlocked so I had no way of knowing the place was closed.

Pretty much every time I come here I have to double check every food item I order to make sure it isn't made wrong. Tonight I got a cheese quesadilla and added beef and supreme. They gave me a chicken quesadilla with no beef and no sour cream.

I showed up for breakfast as I do once or twice a week at this location, I arrived about 7:05am. I go to drive thru and a lady yells from across the parking lot that they are closed. So I pull around and ask her what time they open. Which I asked on purpose already know they open at 7. She said we open at 8, I asked is that all the time? Also asked that on purpose knowing that’s not the truth. She then says yes they always open 8, I then tell her that’s not true and she just stared at me and said nothing. Don’t understand the need to lie instead of just saying we are running late to open.

They screwed up my order, service really sucked to get it done right bc there's NO CASHIER OR ANYONE TENDING TO THE FRONT COUNTER AT ALL. Just touchscreens w card readers. It took nearly 9 minutes to get a question answered to enter my order. Yet the drive-thru is humming smoothly while i stood there watching them ignore me & the 6 customers standing at the front corner needing assistance. They screwed up my order which I did get entered correctly. It took several minutes to get someone's attention to get the issue corrected as well. All together, just a rotten experience that taught me drive-thru is the quickest & dont expect enough staff here to do anything for you.

I showed up for breakfast as I do once or twice a week at this location, I arrived about 7:05am. I go to drive thru and a lady yells from across the parking lot that they are closed. So I pull around and ask her what time they open. Which I asked on purpose already know they open at 7. She said we open at 8, I asked is that all the time? Also asked that on purpose knowing that’s not the truth. She then says yes they always open 8, I then tell her that’s not true and she just stared at me and said nothing. Don’t understand the need to lie instead of just saying we are running late to open.

My card wasn’t given back to me at the drive-thru, and minutes later someone at this Taco Bell used it and only the staff had my card. I literally came back and they had it in the back. I called customer service and when they called me back, they said the cameras showed nothing unusual. I can’t argue with their footage, but the charge came from this store One minute after I left, and the staff are the only ones who had my card. I work hard for my money. This is not right. On top of that, they rounded up my total for a “donation” without asking. I had to cancel my card and the whole thing just felt wrong. Customers deserve better accountability and basic security

came in waiting 4 an order could not get help by employees who could not even give me the bathroom code so I can use it while I waited terrible service

Was unaware the place was closed. Was just tryna grab a bite to eat after work. The door was unlocked so I stepped inside and I was greeted by a very angry rude lady. She said the lobby ain't open yet and you just stepped on my freshly mopped floor! I just said I was sorry I didn't know and left. It's just sad that's how customers are greeted when the door was unlocked so I had no way of knowing the place was closed.

Placed the order on the app, picked it up and it's all cold. Cold taco bell is GROSS, close up and go home if you're not going to do a good job.

Pretty much every time I come here I have to double check every food item I order to make sure it isn't made wrong. Tonight I got a cheese quesadilla and added beef and supreme. They gave me a chicken quesadilla with no beef and no sour cream.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Taco Bell location. I visit here at least three times a week, but the customer service has consistently been the worst I've experienced — especially from the manager, Sushi. On my most recent visit, I was told by Sushi through the drive-thru speaker that they were closed. Moments later, I heard another employee say, “Ma’am, we’re not closed.” That kind of confusion and dishonesty is unacceptable. To make matters worse, one minute Sushi claimed they were not accepting cash and were only doing credit transactions — but again, there was no sign posted, and other customers seemed to be paying with cash. It was inconsistent and very frustrating. Sushi was not only rude and argumentative, but her overall demeanor came across as unprofessional — even appearing to be under the influence during our interaction. It’s disturbing to witness that kind of behavior from someone in a management role. Based on my repeated negative experiences, I absolutely do not recommend this location to anyone. The lack of professionalism and accountability is truly pathetic.
