Piccolo bar nel cuore dell'Aprica. Il locale è piuttosto piccolino, ma ricorda molto i bar tipici dei piccoli borghi di una volta, con un personale molto cordiale, che conosce per nome tutti i propri clienti, creando così un'atmosfera quasi familiare. Il latte macchiato era buono, seppur mancasse uno strato di crema corposa, e golosa, in superficie. Lo stesso dicasi per le brioches: nella loro semplicità, buon impasto e buona farcia (nonostante la nomenclatura non così chiara, laddove ordinando una brioche al pistacchio, con impasto alla crema di pistacchio, il ripieno si sia poi rivelato di crema alla nocciola, comunque molto golosa). Prezzi decisamente onesti. Da menzionare la comodità del servizio di acquisto biglietti dell'autobus, la cui fermata dista solo 30m dal locale.

A definite plus is the **Dog Friendly** philosophy: our four-legged friends are welcome, making it a convenient destination for those walking their dogs in the area. **In summary:** Don't expect special effects or sophisticated gourmet options, but if you're looking for a quiet, well-heated place with friendly staff for a coffee or a quick aperitif in Aprica, Bar Moderno is the place to be.

Good croissants, good cappuccino, too bad it wasn't as hot as we asked for. The lady who served us was very friendly and helpful.

A nice bar in the center of Aprica. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I went there with friends for a sandwich before a night skiing trip. The prices are fair, although I think the sandwiches could be a little more generous with toppings. The bar is easy to get to and close to the ski slopes.

We stopped for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We weren't sure if they offer table service or not, because after 10 minutes my companion went to the counter to order and brought me breakfast. The croissants weren't from a bakery, but the frozen ones. The cappuccino was good. The location was truly beautiful, with its farmhouse-style wooden interior.

On the main street, the bar is small but well-maintained, with a well-sheltered outdoor area. It's spotlessly clean, and the staff is attentive and friendly. I recommend aperitifs, but they're best enjoyed in the late morning or late afternoon; otherwise, they serve the classic chips, all for a slightly higher price than average. In the winter, however, they serve excellent hot chocolate, and with the Christmas lights, it's truly unique.

Il bar è carino e la vetrata panoramica davvero bella. Ho abbassato il voto in quanto personalmente ritengo un grave handicap non potersi lavare le mani dopo aver utilizzato il bagno. Su pulizia e igiene nei locali pubblici sono esigente.

The food and sandwiches are excellent. It's a shame the waitresses are very slow and unpleasant, as mentioned in other reviews. A real shame.

We've been here several times for breakfast, always excellent and truly 5⭐️. Unfortunately, each time the experience is ruined by the service of the waitress with the bob haircut and glasses, who proves to be completely unkind. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves a much higher level of hospitality.

I came to this bar for a beer with my husband and my dog. We ordered two Weiss, but only at our request did they bring us some appetizers (included in the price). Two pieces of pizza, two thin slices of bresaola, and two small slices of bread. My husband then ordered a piadina, and we both ordered two coffees. When we paid, we discovered that the beers were €9 and the piadina was a whopping €7, and we ended up paying a whopping €27.60 for extremely slow service. Absurd.

It was a very unpleasant experience. I mean the human factor. You don’t expect much from a street bar. But when I told the girls at the bar that there was no toilet paper in the toilet - the container was not even charged, they just giggled in my face in a nasty way. It’s called bad service.
