Long drive thru line, yet fast moving with easy ordering. Only issue this trip was they forgot to put the sauces in the bag. However, I missed it when I checked the bag. Noticed when I got to my destination. Still love this location. Fresh food, cheerful service, and affordable prices compared to other locations.

Stop by for quick brunch. A little slow service as the sales clerk appear to be new. The dinning area was clean and the soda dispenser was stacked.

They only get my order right like half the time but also I can't be mad because it's always insanely busy here and these people are working their butts off.

I always get a nice hot cup of coffee just the way I like it. In all the staffing is a 8 out of 10. Some really miserable people, but more are on point than those select few.

The girl completely messed up my food and drink that day but normally it's fine. Nice workers considering how difficult the mask make it to speak. It's pretty fast can get crowded very busy!

It's a McDonalds so if you been to one then you know what it looks like inside. Basically clean-ish and service with a smile. The one thing I didn't like at all was the delivery drivers from apps such as Uber Eats and Grubhub sit inside and outside waiting for food orders. When I was there I believe I heard them get alerted of orders but they did not accept it because the tone kept going off on different phones. It looks like if they don't like the amount of the order they will let it go to the next person until they get a good one with high amount.

Service is ok. Food is normal fare for McDonalds, constantly food enough to above average as fast food goes. The lobby is open fron 0600 to 11p, well that's what the hours say. However the lobby is rarely open at 6a. The drive through is open 24 hours, except between 4a and 5a.

Was surprised how clean it was and fast service I got. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was helpful and friendly !!

Dont come here until kids are in school. Couldnt enjoy my meal or my dining experience because 30 somethings kids (looked like middle school) were inside jus messing around, cursing, yelling. One girl was outside by the window next to me banging on the window, sticking the middle finger at their friends while only a foot away from me. Others were walking around bumping into me, one girls hair almost touched my food and i almost flip but sadly i cant beat children. And of course employees did nothing.

I love McD's but honestly worst trip here ever. Went back in to have fries cooked again. They threw out 1st order, gave me 2nd order which were even less cooked than 1st. Threw out 2nd order and gave me 3rd order that STILL was barely cooked. I left knowing it wouldn't get any better, but I didn't think it would get worse. Opened up my no onions burger to find guess what? Yes, onions.

Horrible customer service.few of the items were out.pies were all sold out but didn’t post any sign or told in advance before ordering. Visited this McDonald's drive-through and ordered three McCrispy Spicy Deluxe Sandwiches. Unfortunately, I received McSpicy Sandwiches instead. Upon informing the staff, they corrected the order promptly, although the replacement sandwiches came without tomatoes. A little disappointed but appreciate the effort to rectify the mistake. Suggest more attention to detail for future orders.

I sat in the drive thru for about 6 mins. Then there was an issue with the mobile app. Instead of holding up the line I got in the back of the line to sit for another 5-7 mins. I was late for work and was unable to order my breakfast. Not happy. Next time inform the customers waiting.

Just an hour ago, my friend handed an order to the staff on a note of a sausage egg & cheese mcgriddles meal with hash brown and small OJ. Guess what he got? Just a small OJ. Can the staff read or at least explain the situation? Please make the order machine work again!

Service here is horrible. They don’t acknowledge or greet customers. I try not to come here, but when I do it’s always the same. There have been times I have ordered on the kiosk and waited forever to get my food. Staff here are always talking with each other or goofing around.

They can’t make a simple cup of coffee! Whoever is there right now, 5/7/19 at 6:15a.m, put about 10 pumps of hazelnut in my medium coffee. So I’m sitting here at my desk with a cup of hot syrup. I asked for a hazelnut coffee with 1 sugar. What made them think I wanted a sugar high? Idk! There was no line, I was the only car in the driv-thru, so she didn’t have to rush. I guess it’s worth it to wake up 15 minutes early and make my own.

Whoever works the overnight shift always neglects to complete orders. Forgetting sauces and/or entire sandwiches. This isn’t a one time thing. It happens on multiple occasions.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. If I could give it zero stars, I would! The service is terrible and the food is often not prepared as well or cooked as well as other McDonald's restaurants. The employees are slow and worthless with an average I.Q. of about 60, and that's being generous. The drive thru is slow and you are often told they are not serving at the drive thru because they are busy with mobile orders. There's always a steady stream of pedestrians and bikes standing and waiting at the drive thru window to pick up mobile orders. Often there are homeless bums panhandling next to the pickup window asking for money while you wait to receive your food. McDonald's corporation needs to revoke the franchise license for this location and the town needs to enforce local & state code with regards to pedestrians blocking a vehicle path and vehicles and bikes parked in the fire zone. If you don't want to waste 20+ minutes in the the drive thru for subpar food, lazy rude employees and get solicited by bums, take the 5 minute drive to the other location and avoid this one at all cost!

This is the most ghetto mc Donald’s I’ve ever been too. You have these kids during lunch blasting ratchet music , throwing food , doing things you shouldn’t do in a fast food restaurant. It seems the workers including the manager are concerned with customers in the drive thru waited 20 mins for a latte. Noticed no one is wearing a hair not including the manager and cooks. Makes me wonder how often this location gets inspected and what their ratings are.

Worst McDonald's in New Jersey. Most of the ordering kiosks are broken. Bathrooms locked up. Orders are filled incorrectly. Gangs of violent pre-teens come through and harass customers and kick everyone's cars. Stay away from this place.

Don't expect to get what you order. This is the second time I've ordered an egg and cheese biscuit. Last time I got home to find a chicken biscuit. This time they rang it as an egg biscuit. When I said something to the girl (that it was to be egg and cheese) she hands me the bag as if it's correct. I check this time before going home and sure enough it has no cheese. I go inside, she slaps a cold slice on out of my view and hands it back. With the attitude I feel more comfortable just completely tossing it. I would go to any other branch and avoid this one.

Ordered one Sundae and one Mcflurry here 03/06/2022 at around 5pm today. I picked Curbside Pick-up and parked at the correct location waiting. After 15 mins nothing has arrived so I had to enter the store and ask. What I saw inside their store was: nobody was serving the walk-in and in-store picks. When I finally asked about my order, NOBODY ANSWERED ME! After another 5 mins waiting, finally someone came and started to work on my order, and she moved like a snail with half-closed eyes. It took her one minute to give me a spoon. I'm 100% sure she was intentionally delaying it. If I wasn't in a hurry I would absolutely call their manager to discuss and solve this. She was wearing a pink shirt and she's Aftrican-American. If the store here really cares about the customers, it's more than easy to figure out who she is. Again, 3/6/2022 around 5pm, African-American staff with pink shirt, height is around 5'9. It's more than easy for the store to know who that is.

This McDonalds is painfully bad… Every time I’ve gone here, they’ve messed up my order. Also if you’re going at night, they lock the doors so people can’t come in and force you to use the drive-thru, which gets extremely backed up. You’ll be waiting a MINIMUM of 20 minutes, even if you ordered through the mobile app ahead of time.

Yo idk who works at this place but the night shift is Garbo. I think the cooks are great but whoever’s packing the meals is so bad. Incompetent McDonald's. I ordered today on Uber eats and didn't receive my two apple pies. I ordered 20 piece nuggets and they only gave me 2 sauces. Also, they didn't answer the phone when I called.

I ordered a 10-piece nuggets at 1:20am, 12/13/21, via the drive-thru and asked what sauces were currently available. She never answered. I asked again. She still never answered. I finally said let me get bbq & honey mustard. She said ok. When I got to the window, I said I was asking what sauces you had available. She stayed quiet. Went thru Drive-Thru & Usually I'm pretty satisfied with this location's service. First off my food is Super Cold & Not your typical drive from & to cold NO! I'm talking cold like the food had been sitting out for Hours! My fries are unseasoned cold & stale.... My Nuggets same Cold & Stale plus they taste like Nothing as if they have been sitting so long the flavor within them just died! & last my Quarter Pounder I ask for Mayonnaise & I guess that's code word for entire BOTTLE! The amount of mayo the worker put on This Sandwich is Ridiculous & just plain uncalled for This has to be the most Disgusting meal I've had in a looooong Time!

Some of the workers, females, are very rude. Everytime I come and order for my friends I ask for a cup holder and they look at me and walk away like they never heard me. This place is in the worst location. It’s over crowded at all hours of the day. You have the parking lot full of unsupervised kids leaving school to get lunch fighting & playing in the streets. You have the homeless people/ drug addicts sit by the drive through windows & doors begging ppl for money. I ordered a deluxe Dbl QPC extra 1/4 lb beef, no bun. The extra 1/4 beef is missing. This is a chronic issue. I order from this store one to two times a day, Mon - Fri. 30 of the time a food item I paid for is missing. I have called the manager many many times, the issue continues to the point I am no longer confident my order I pay for will be correct. I have a messenger who picks up my order and delivers to me. Very chaotic, all employees are working on drive through orders and kiosk orders take more than 20 min. Also the kiosk doesn't print receipt at all, so you have to memorize the order number, otherwise good luck finding your food from the counter. Unless other places where you can take a table plate, even for kiosk orders, you have to wait at the counter, what's the point of having the kiosk now?

I don't even think this McDonald's deserves more than 1 star. It has gotten so disgusting! My friends and I have been going here for a while (average of about $30) but won't be going back. Every single day there are so many school kids that jam pack this place to the point of no one else being able to order or eat there. They scream, fight, and yell out the F word! They vape inside. Twice now we have watched them even smoke pot inside. They sit on top of the tables where we put our food! They scare the elder people. The managers do NOTHING! We don't have to put up with this. There are too many other restaurants to go to. It would be nice if this company dealt with this so other people can go here.

No one was allowed inside, so they told us customers that were by the front door to go to the drive through. We went to the drive through, and they made no contact with us after several minutes, And attempts to get food. There was also a line that was backed up very far because of this. My uber rating is at stake because of this poor customer service.

Ordered on app, as i always do. Drive thru cashier couldn't retrieve order, manager could not print receipt. Given order, got home - Had to return to store as order was completely wrong. Manager refused to look at the order on my phone, I began to read it out loud to her. I was asked for my order number several times, it was 2 letters and 2 digits, manager kept pretending she couldn't understand or hear me. Very poor excuse for manager. I wound up canceling the order in the app and advised manager I'd just go to another location in the future. The staff and management are not trained on the mobile app technology. Instead of offering to help, they blame the customer, even though they are responsible for retrieving the order from the system. Manager even yelled that I was wrong when I was standing there showing her my order on my phone. All she had to do was simply give me the food I ordered and paid for. This isn't first time order was wrong, but it'll be the last. Zero stars. Peace out.

After bought my food I went to use the bathroom, then an employee came in telling me that I have to leave the bathroom for someone else to clean it. He was very rude with me. I understand about the hygiene that should be maintained in the place but if a person already inside the bathroom and is already using it; How are you going to tell him to go out and get out fast? Service is terrible. Many times they leave the prepared orders on the side without calling your number. The orders are kinda just dumped there as work in progress so order number is also not entered as complete on the big screen nor in the app. I had to stand there for 10min until I decided to check with them. It’s really disrespectful. They handed me already cold fries and fried chicken nuggets without any explanations or apologies. When I checked with them why it happened they just looked away and left.

Find them highly unprofessional sat in drive through for 30 minutes before they decided to tell me. Their drive through will be closed and only open for ordering onli. Really feel like you should reimburse me not only for my time. My gas and having to find another place to go fine to eat when you guys are supposed to be 24 hours.
