By far one of the best Mexican food spots I’ve ever had!! Not to mention the staff is super friendly and a joy to interact with. I’ve tried plenty off their menu but my favorite is the chilaquiles plate! So full of flavor and so delicious paired with their mango orange agua fresca :) will definitely keep coming back

Honestly, this place is great. I’ve had their fast burritos, breakfast croissant, breakfast muffin, and drinks and they were all delicious for something so simple. The horchata is hands down some of the best I’ve had ever. Also, the staff are always very cheery and happy to help. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I come to the mall.

Food is amazing! Honestly, anything and everything on their menu. Here once a week and my top go to are the breakfast burritos, steak fries, any breakfast items. The employees are ALWAYS friendly! Always recommend it.

Their burrito is delicious and its not drenched in oil like many other places. They're also not stingy with the food and give portions accordingly with the price. Phenomenal food 🙂 will come back

Had a big order for my birthday, the people inside were super nice and the guy behind the counter hooked me up with some of the new hot ones sauces. They forgot my biscuits but it was a big order and people make mistakes so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall love the people working there and the food was what you’d expect from a fast food chain. Will come back!

Don't let appearances fool you, I had the spicy chicken + cajun fries Spicy chicken sandwich tastes great, the sauce and pickle complement the chicken and sweet bread. A must have. I have to say better than the other chick a' place 🤤 Plus service was fast and friendly 👍👍 Fries are tasty (taste even better with the sauce in the burger) ÷ do they sell the sauce thats in the burger? This is the cleanest Popeyes I ever seen! The chicken is perfect n freshly cooked. The staffs are clean n very polite to my surprise. I think the awesome manager "Gonzalez" should go around the other locations and train all other Poppeys staffs how proper business is done. First time I really enjoyed n finished eating all 4 pieces!

Love Popeyes, solid fried chicken & a bunch of other delicious items. We got the family feast that came with fried chicken, two sides and two chicken sandwiches. The fried chicken in spicy was delicious and the sides were also great. Solid customer service. I’d definitely come back here for all my Popeyes related food cravings. ***update*** The new garlic Parmesan wings are delicious and the strawberry biscuit is phenomenal!

Two days ago I had the 4 piece chicken platter with mac and cheese and cole slaw. At over $13 it's not cheap but the chicken and the cole slaw were very good. The mac and cheese was ok. Today I tried the $5 shrimp box. While not big, the shrimp are good. Overall I think their food is fresher than KFC.

Their Agua Frescas are really good! Nice selection of flavors too! And fairly affordable! Always a plus in my books! 👍🏻 My friend ordered their Siu Maai & Haa Gow of all things, AFTER having had Dim Sum too! Sadly, as of Labor Day 2025, I just found out that they no longer serve those items. It's OK though, everything else I've had here has been pretty good, and I can't complain! On average, food takes about 8 minutes to get to you from ordering it. Best of all, if you get their cute bear containers that you can hang over your shoulders, you can bring it back and get their agua fresca for half off. *Pro-Tip*: If you go in for a re-fill, make sure to take the straw out first. You'll thank me later when you realize how it reduces any confusion.

So this place lives up to its reputation with having bad service and mid food. I ordered a 12 pcs family meal with 2 sides and it took over 25 minutes for me to get my meal. The people on the back didn't look like they cared when I ask for my order and told me "HOLD UP FOR 3 MORE MINUTES". The cashier that took my order was Omar, Nov 1 2025 at 5:50pn and he was impolite and look like he didnt care about the order and wanted to quickly step away. Come to this Popeyes for mid food and awful customer service.

The first time we did deliver from this location, the order was completely wrong. This time we drove through. 15 minute wait to order, they were out of tenders, told us it would be three minutes, and it took 20 minutes on top of the 15 in the drive through. Do not come to this location.

This Popeyes is a joke! I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. There weren't that many cars,I couldn't understand the delay. I finally pull up to finally order- 3 piece wing combo. I'm told " we're out of wings". I know they can't control running out,but why not post a sign near the drive thru? That way I wouldn't have wasted my time, I would have left sooner This is the 2nd time this has happened. No consideration for the customers and their time.. I ask to speak with manager, he wasn't there. I called the next day, again no answer. Never again. They dont care about their customers. To the owner- when I pulled up to wi dow,I asked employee to speak to manager, "Aver". She was completely clueless of the managers coming and going times. I then asked what is a good phone number to call them, again clueless. This took place Tuesday 9/30,afternoon. Yesterday October 1st ,I called the location ( after having to Google it) a female answered. I asked to speak with mgr. Again, very non- chalant says " hes not here i dont know when they'll be here". Never bothered to ask what this was about showed zero interest. Ppl dont care here. The employees are completely useless and inept. Common sense lacks big time. I already added an additional complaint on their web site because trying to reach a manager is a joke. Im never coming here again

This is the slowest Popeyes IN THE WORLD! On multiple occasions they have 1. Run out of food, 2. Taken more than 30 minutes to bring an item to the parked and waiting car, 3. given me the WRONG order. I stop coming for a while, then go back and remember why I stopped coming here! Don't waste your time.

Always the amount of the food is getting very small portion for what you ordered and pay for. Very disappointed with all Popeyes locations . The mashed potatoes that supposed to be full come with half portion . Very disappointed !

I hadn't returned to this Popeye's for over 1 or 2 years because the food was soooo bad. However, I had a taste for the Red Beans & Rice and decided to stop, hoping that maybe things changed. But after removing the lid from the container, all I saw was rice. Then I dug down with a spoon and saw about 1/4 of dark beans at the bottom, that weren't soft. I don't understand why this Popeye's doesn't just close their doors. How can they serve this type of food and continue making a profit off of people that work so hard for their money. Effective immediately, I've learned my lesson and I am writing off this place.

Bad place, I went to this place on Tuesday and I ordered Tuesday special and I order 4 spicy and 2 no spicy = 6 order right? Or 12 pieces because 1 order = 2pieces and total 17.94 + tax 1.84 = 19.76$ I pay with 20$ bill and I got few coins back but when they give me box I didn't open it until I went back home and then open box it's only 8 pieces or 4 small pieces and 4 big pieces and it should be 12 pieces, not 8 and I bought with Jeffrey R at 5:51:59PM 9/24/2019 I called the number on the receipt many time but no one answer it
