Had a great time here. My friend and I came here for the lunch special and it was great, but during the 2nd around, the meat looked like it was frozen for awhile, but our waiter Leo did great recovery service! We enjoyed our meal and will definitely come back!
Good food, good vibe. Lunch special price worth the try. $24.99 include soup base, one choice of meat, one choice of veggie, rice or instant noodle, one coke or sprite. I think it's good place for lunch gathering. Our server JENNIE she's superrr friendly and nice. Highly recommend!
Great experience. All the goodies (hair ties, eye glass cleaner, snack, wipes) you get in the beginning is above and beyond. They also provide an apron, not just a bib. Service was great, broth choices were good, the sauce bar had a pretty large selection, a little intimidating and maybe feel a little rushed when a line starts forming behind you. I liked the dessert bar, although it's pretty simple. Be prepared to spend quite a bit on food. Alcohol on the other hand seemed pretty cheap compared to other places.
We have been here several times. We love it here. The food is great. Servers are so friendly and fun. It's loud, but so worth it! We always have a great time here. I love the little snacks too and how you can make your own sauces.

They refilled our broth before we even noticed it was low, adjusted the heat for us, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. It felt effortless but intentional. The food was incredible. The broths were rich and comforting, and every ingredient tasted so fresh. Watching the hand-pulled noodle performance was such a fun moment — it made the whole dinner feel special instead of routine. It’s rare that a meal feels like an experience, but this really did. What stood out to me most were the thoughtful details — the sauce bar where you can fully customize your flavor, the little extras like aprons and hair ties, and the overall feeling that they truly care about their guests. It didn’t feel transactional. It felt welcoming. I left feeling happy, full, and already planning my next visit. Haidilao isn’t just hot pot — it’s comfort, fun, and exceptional service all in one.
Always an amazing experience here! I came right before having my 2nd child and they treated me amazingly. I came again after having my baby and they offered us a free kids meal and little toy! They’re so friendly here and helped us when we ordered a really spicy soup base. 1000/10

January 2025: Came here for hot pot lunch and had a very enjoyable meal. I liked the chicken and black pepper soup. Broth was very flavorful and the chicken was tasty 😋. Meat and vegetable selection was very good. Liked the hand pulled noodles that were pulled by the worker at our table. Overall, I was very happy with the hot pot. Will be back again for more delicious food and soup.

First time at Haidilao and it was a nice experience. I got the spicy pork bone soup base and it was the perfect amount of spicy and the tofu pudding was very good too.

I loved the huge selection of meats, seafood, veggies, and dipping sauces you can customize your meal exactly how you want it. The attention to detail is unbelievable, and the table-side noodle dancing and complimentary snacks add so much fun to the experience. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and perfect for both date night and group dinners. The wait time was worth every minute, and they even provided snacks while we waited. If you want amazing food, top-tier service, and a memorable dining experience, Haidilao is the place. Absolutely deserves 5 stars I’ll definitely be coming back!
Decided to try Haidilao, and it was pretty good! There were several choices for beef and seafood, different kinds of broth, a sauce bar wherein you can customize your dipping sauce, and of course, a dessert bar for after your meal. We received free snacks upon arrival and leaving the store. They even give free hair ties, aprons and wet tissues to use. The meat and veggies were delicious, and I especially enjoyed the fish cake with cheese in it. The staff were very pleasant upon our arrival and during our stay. Restrooms were easy enough to find. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at here at Haidilao Arcadia. Hopefully I can try more options next time.
I have to say first of all, happy holidays! We had a huge family dinner reservation. Not knowing they will allow me to bring in my dog. The staff was great and was inviting. Service was on top and food was being deliver at a prompted speed. I want to thank them for hosting my family and my dog as this was our first time at the Haidilao hot pot. Will definitely make another trip when possible! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
When i arrived at the restaurant it was a easy process they had a variety of food and the flavor was actually really tasty it has a lot to offer and the waiters here are very welcoming. Specially waiter park he has a welcoming presence and he brought a nice vibe to the table he is also very nice
I frequently visit Haidilao with my family for hot pot. Happy hour after 9p Sun-Thurs and 9:30p Fri-Sat! This location does individual pots. Meats and veggies are decent portions for the price.
This food was delicious!!! I finally understood the hype! The quality of the meat was unmatched! It was sooo tender! The variety of sauces was perfect! I need to go back because the menu is huge and I only tried a few of their items!

First time at the Arcadia Mall Haidilao Restaurant. I have been to the City of Industry a few times prior to this location. As I understand, this is actually the 1st Haidilao Hot Pot location in the U.S.! As I walked in, I noticed the openness, design, and ambiance right away. Spacious tables with burners was a big plus! The meats were not cheap, but if you become a member, you will accumulate points and get discounts. All meats are thinly sliced, fresh, tasty. All free snacks, potato salad, sweet deserts are great too! Different soup base to choose from as well. I will come.back here again. Oh, it can get very crowded at meal time hours, so reservation is recommended. Also, located on the 2nd level of Arcadia Mall next to Macy's makes it difficult to find parking on weekends!

This is the second Haidilao I have been to and it did not disappoint at all. Everything across the board was top tier. The interior is so large and clean and well decorated. The food quality and amazing and delicious. The staff go above and beyond to provide you with an amazing experience. They have noodle dances, lots of happy birthdays, and ever another Chinese mask-changing dance show.

I love the food here, there are many varieties of broths. I got the spicy pork bone broth, which had a nice kick to it! Speaking of variety, the sauce station and the menu. There is just so much to pick from, and there is even a sauce guide for popular sauces. There are so many meats to choose from, and the seafood is high quality as well. 10/10 service, the people are so nice here! The enviroment is clean and wonderful. We travelled from the east coast to LA for travel, and the first restaurant we stopped by was Haidilao. I had a call in advance with one man from the store and was told that we’re eligible for $19.99 or 24.99 (3 proteins) for our dishes if we come before 5, but I learned when we got there that they stopped that promotion the day of. This was very disappointing. I’ve been to Haidilao in Korea and China, and Haidilao in the US was by far the worst experience in terms of service. I would rather go to Happy Lamb or a local hotpot restaurant as $140 for two people (not even AYCE) is too much, even in LA.

I went to Haidilao today to celebrate my birthday. We drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga to Arcadia because my daughter has been craving hot pot like crazy (we just came back from a cruise and she’s had more than enough “American food”). But the experience was extremely disappointing. There was basically no service — we had to do everything ourselves. It’s nothing like the Haidilao service back in Shanghai; the difference is night and day. Other tables got birthday songs and celebrations, but after 1 hour and 45 minutes, mine never came. We left without anything. Honestly, never again. If we want real Haidilao service, we’ll just go back to China. Based on the reply from Haidilao on Nov 28, I would like to say that this kind of template response does not address the actual issues I experienced. It doesn’t provide any resolution or meaningful follow-up. Frankly, it’s no better than not replying at all.
