I had breakfast here at Illy in the Arese shopping center. The croissants were good, but the highlight was the cappuccino! Creamy, and with a decoration that left me speechless! In short, it's not something you can have every day! The staff was friendly and helpful, but above all, knowledgeable and professional! I was satisfied, and I recommend it!

Caffè buono. Fila per pagare. Personale particolarmente stressato a causa delle molte persone e del banco piccolo. Pulizia approssimativa ma con tutta questa gente purtroppo non credo sia possibile fare di più in sole tre persone.

The best café inside the "Il Centro" shopping center in Arese: if you're looking for a quiet place, if you want large tables and comfortable chairs, if you prefer a bright atmosphere, if you like Illy coffee, if you want breakfast (with a variety of pastries, cookies, and croissants), if you need to concentrate or work (the stools are exceptional, with the option of using a laptop and charging devices). Also, the service was excellent; I didn't notice the name of the person serving me, but it was efficient and impeccable. I recommend the coffee-flavored Baci di Dama, to keep with the Illy theme.

Metto una valuta mediocre a causa della poca professionalità e scortesia dell’addetta al banco Fioribella..esperienza da dimenticare!

Già alle 8.30 coda lunghissima per fare colazione, solo due persone a servire lentissimi. In cassa una persona inesperta, a fare i caffè uno frettoloso che serviva cappucci tiepidi perchè scaldava il latte raramente peccato che il cliente vede tutto.

The coffee is very good, but the pastries are so-so. Not recommended for the price. On one occasion, I found a dirty cup, which was immediately replaced and the coffee remade. Recommended only for a coffee break.

We drank a simple Illy coffee at the counter, after queuing for the receipt, perhaps because it was Sunday. I'm sorry, but the coffee wasn't good, it had a burnt aftertaste. The lady next door also complained, like us. I'm sorry, because the girl and the guy serving were working frantically and were very kind, two good guys, but the coffee 😏

This morning I had breakfast here for the first time, drawn by the croissants and the opportunity to sit down at large, comfortable tables. I ordered two cappuccinos and two croissants. They'd forgotten the cocoa, which didn't really matter. I tasted the croissant, and it was stale, my husband's was the same. The cappuccino was barely warm and poorly frothed. I didn't mean to be rude, but at least the croissants were worth taking back!

Servizio scadente, caffè normale decente (questo grazie alla qualità del caffè). Decaffeinato preparato con la macchinetta a cialde... Credo sia una vergogna, fatelo pagare di più ma il deka deve essere vero, non finto, altrimenti me lo berrei a casa. Inoltre enorme lentezza

Esperienza veramente da non riperete sono stata oggi 12/11 da illy verso le 21 capisco che e in chiusura tra un ora ma il caffè nonostante li ho chiesto di rifarmelo perche latte era freddo il mio caffe era ristretto e melo ha rifatto normale ma macchiato per non parlare del atteggiamento della barista vabbhe ultima volta era il bar preferito.

Pessimi! Maleducati e poco accoglienti! 2 volte che vado ed entrambe le volte non andava il pos… se la prossima volta che vado non andrà di nuovo! Procederò con una segnalazione.

Ho speso 9.5 € per due crodini e un thè alla pesca serviti con un bicchiere di plastica e con un sacchetto misero di patatine richiesto e non dato spontaneamente, senza vassoio e senza salutare. Questo non é tollerabile, una vera vergogna.

Confident in the Illy brand, I try a coffee at this kiosk. Avoid... The milk nozzle is crusted, the espresso was made without cleaning the group, and the old coffee grounds still remain inside the arm.... The result is that I pay and leave without any coffee, obviously. I think it needs more cleaning and more attentive staff.
