We had the most wicked and amazing time at Chili’s! Indiyah and Tony are incredible. We had so much fun. Indiyah is a true professional. We were treated like queens and the food was so good. we will definitely be returning because it’s only a four dollar train ticket from Manhattan. The wicked drinks are so good. We got bubble wands. Tony accommodated our needs and always made sure everything was perfect. Amazing!

Sept 14th 2025, we had the chance to have Ephraïm as our server. He named himself, gave us great attention, nice smile everyhing we needed, gave us time to choose our lunch. He is a 5 stars server. Keep the guy and treat him well, he does a great job. We also met manager Anthony who does a great job also. Came to our table to see if everything was fine, we had a good talk with him also. Congrats to this perfect team!

I came in for some margaritas for National Margarita Day and left with the best experience I’ve ever had a Chili’s! Tahir, the manager, was great and incredibly personable. He made sure to engage with all the tables and was super friendly! If you have Iker for your server, count yourself lucky. Food was quick and margarita cups were cute. I’ll definitely be coming back to catch an F1 race here in the future!

I just wanted to share the past two times I came here with my husband, and today with my Stepson, we are so happy with our experience! On Valentine's Day, we had the pleasure of having Channing as our server, and today we had Matt! Both were just amazing! Both gentlemen were on top of our order and were just so hospitable! I thank Matt for automatically bringing us water... I was so happy!! It makes a difference when your server is caring and attentive! These two gentlemen have demonstrated a care for their customers and we are so grateful! We want to also shout out the manager, Tony, for not just being a manager, but a huge influence in his staff! He is forever cleaning tables and working right along his staff, which that alone speaks volumes! I also notice him always speaking to his staff and interacting with customers, checking in if all is good, which is awesome to see. Yeah, I am so happy with my experience with Chili's and I look forward to our next trip here!

I’m not usually a chain restaurant fan but decided to pop it. The food was good (my medium rare burger was cooked perfectly!) and the Margarita (with top shelf liquor) plus the endless chips & salsa were great. And - the bill was extremely low! Mind blowing. Also- our server - Ephraim - was great! Super cordial, fast, attentive and just really nice energy.

Granddaughter loves chili's bar🍸 & grill 😋 decided to try this location ,for some bonding time with my wifie also, 3 critics cause them two are picky eaters, perfect for a food review. We started with there salsa and chips( slight too much salt) but it came free ,some special they were running,I had the soup and salad 🥗 was good and salad fresn,my wife had the ribeye with broccoli 🥦 and mash,she should've order it medium well cause it was slightly hard but still was very good,granddaughter had chicken fingers w/fries ,side of salad ,and side of mozzarella sticks (3 piece ) they were big with a great cheese pull,she loved her meal, actually gave it 4 out 5, lol , overall it was very good lunch , the server was very polite ,friendly and patient with us. At the time wasn't crowded but had a steady flow of customer traffic, plenty of seating available, quick timely of food coming out didn't have to wait too much, and had some left overs for later on which my little princess never shared, lol ,but it's OK,that's her favorite spot, I just tagalon for the CHECK she told me.

We ate dinner here two days in a row Thursday and Friday and it seemed like a completely different establishment each visit. We had the opportunity to stay an horribly managed over priced Hyat hotel 3 minutes away from this Chillis restaurant. That is the only reason we ate here twice. Our first visit there was a 30 minute wait which took 40 minutes. Our waiter appeared young and frustrated, she had long dark hair and was serving customers at the tables on the side of the bar. She didn’t check on our table much and we had to wait a long time before we ordered and then a longer time before actually receiving our food cold. The two potato soup pictures below had shredded cheese on top that wasn’t even melted because the soup was so cold. Someone in my party had ordered salad they forgot to bring dressing and she had never gave any of us utensils so they weren’t able to eat their salad because by the time she realized we didn’t have utensils ourr entrées had finally came almost an hour later. The only thing good we got the first night was our drinks. I want to note that all the stars are a direct result of our second visit when we had the pleasure of having a waiter, named Nia or Nila. She was the bartender from the first visit. We were lucky to have her as a server on Friday night. She was super friendly and made sure that our food came out to us fast and hot. Even our children mention how they felt like they were in a totally different restaurant just from the way we were treated by our server the second night. I’m so glad we were able to return and have a better experience below our pictures of our food that we received the second night and it taste completely different from the night before which is unacceptable on so many levels coming from a chain such as chilies. Thank you so much, Nia/Nila. Your customer service was outstanding and the best part of our entire trip.

Thought food would be good but absolutely wrong! This location has good service but food is a big no for me. No seasoning or flavor. I have ordered the triple dipper that includes southwestern eggrolls, bone in wings and honey chipotle chicken crispers only good thing were the eggrolls. I love Chili's, but I am disappointed in this location. The quality of the food was not great. The salad was overbearingly spicy, chicken was hard, mozzarella sticks had no cheese pull and weren't warm, crispers sauce was watery, and food in general wasn't tasty. This service was not great either. The waitress kept forgetting our drinks so we stopped asking. The service was also extremely slow. I will not be returning to this location for sure. Everything I ate was below their normal standard, at least compared to the Clark and East Hannover locations.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Sanitation Concerns I’ve been to many Chili’s locations over the years, but this particular visit was extremely disappointing and frustrating. What should have been a casual night out quickly turned into a negative experience due to poor service, lack of attention, and serious sanitary concerns. Our bartender seemed more focused on cleaning than actually taking care of the customers sitting right in front of him. I understand it was getting close to closing time, but cleaning should never come before basic service — especially when there are still guests present. He was wiping down equipment and surfaces right in front of us, touching dirty items, placing things on the floor, and then handling glassware and other items without washing his hands. It was uncomfortable to watch and honestly raised major concerns about hygiene and cleanliness behind the bar. On top of that, the bartender’s attitude made the situation worse. He came across as annoyed and impatient, which made it hard to even enjoy the visit. It took far too long to get our drinks, and when we wanted to order more food, his lack of attention and clear disinterest completely ruined the mood. It’s one thing to clean and prepare for closing, but it’s another to disregard customers who are still trying to enjoy their time. The food itself didn’t help the situation either — it was bland and lacked any real flavor. It felt rushed, as if the kitchen just wanted to get it out and move on to closing up. Combined with the bartender’s lack of professionalism and sanitary care, the entire experience felt neglected from start to finish. What was even more disappointing was the absence of management oversight. No one stepped in, checked on guests, or ensured staff were handling closing duties properly. It seemed like everyone was focused on shutting down early rather than finishing the night strong and taking care of the customers who were still there. Overall, this visit left a bad impression. Between the poor service, sanitation concerns, and bland food, I won’t be returning to this Chili’s location. Management really needs to retrain their staff on proper hygiene, customer service, and professionalism — especially during the final hours of operation. Guests shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience simply because it’s close to closing time.
