I understand there’s a limit how much toppings on a pizza but the beef on the large I ordered was like 4 pieces in each slice and it had more tomato sauce than cheese. I’ve never had a problem with dominos until last week when I ordered.

I’m writing this review at 11:30 PM. As you can see by their hours even right now, takeout is open. Someone claiming to be manager very rudely denied us service with no actual explanation besides “no staff”. But we both saw two people in there so how much staff do you need to make a pasta?? When I asked for a manager, they said they were the manager. When I asked for their name, they refused and then blatantly ignored me. When I pointed out the fact, there’s no sign on the door saying they’re short staffed and closed early, I got a shrug and mumbled “sorry”. What’s most frustrating is I just had oral surgery the day before, so the only food I can eat is pasta and mashed potatoes right now. This place, at this time of night, is literally the only place I can get food right now and I am really hungry being on a mashed potato diet for two days now. But for no actual reason, I’ve been denied service and food from the only place that I can even eat. Extremely disappointed, not only by the refusal of service, but to be treated the way we were, to be refused to even be given a name or have a conversation with us. The most unprofessional “manager” that I’ve ever met, whatever his name is. I do intend to go during open hours, again, to speak to someone. Hopefully someone will be far more professional with me.

Ordered a large pizza composed of half vegetarian and half pepperoni jalapeño. Very disappointed in the aesthetic of the pizza. Slices were not symmetrical and pizaa just was lacking in presentation.The pizza was slightly warm. Very disappointed with food.

Spent over 50 dollars only 1 other person was waiting inside.. I waited for 25 minutes in my car after I parked for curbside, i placed my order 30 min before going to Dominoes. I got 3 8pc of chicken the other 2 boxes had so only small chickens in them... Wow!! I will be ordering Pizza Hut from now on!! Lol, Somehow I was charged for 9 sauces I didn't place in my order on the app.. Weird how that happens... 🤔 These places are starting to overcharge so much on a little thing of ranch 😳 They checked me out way sooner than I realized in the app like they had brought me my order out but I was already waiting for over 20 min.. look I get ya'll work on a time crunch maybe standing around and not talking to each other and then glancing over to me now and then.. Rude!! ya'll could have brought my order out a lot sooner after placing my order that it was already complete!!! I have 2 hungry children but also you can't help what chicken you grab. Honestly, if I am spending about 27. Dollars for 3 8pc chickens sheesh you could've at least thrown some bigger pieces and not just some tiny ones..

Poor costumer service, employees lack training. My order was marked as completed on the app, when I got down to get my food and tried to open the door it was locked. I waited for the door to be opened for several minutes. I could see One of the male employees with long black hair kept touching his hair and not washing his hands. There was 4 employees in the front just staring bothered and did not bother to open the door. I assumed they were still working on my order so I waited 30 min and decided to start knocking, until one employee came to open up the door. When asked why they would not open the door, he denied any of them seeing me through all the glass windows. The food quality was okay except for our brownies. Burnt and not edible.

Ordered extra cheese, paid for extra cheese, got no extra cheese. Money is tight and I don’t like paying for things I don’t get. Asked for pie cut didn’t get it like I wanted. Why ask online how I want it cut when nobody cares? Ya’ll need to go to Carlsbad Dominos and see how it’s done.

Managers definitely don’t act like managers now a days. Kindly asked for extra oil on an order and the so called manager literally threw a fit and slammed my order on the counter because I questioned him. Manager acted like a complete CHILD and I got second hand embarrassment for him.

I recently attempted to place an order at Domino's Pizza, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of one of the employees. Despite my attempts to order politely, the employee seemed disinterested and was outright dismissive. It was disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially from a well-known chain like Domino's. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and professionalism. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder for the importance of courteous service in enhancing the overall customer experience.

The woman at the counter really tried but the 5 other people (cooks etc) got everything wrong on my order and then acted as if I was inconveniencing them by requesting what was ordered and on the receipt. By the time I received the order the only thing that was warm was the one thing they forgot to make.

Total garbage. Ordered a large extravaganza and the crust was as thin as a potato chip. Toppings were minimal and the whole thing was dried out, overcooked and couldn't be eaten. I think it was an old pizza they had under the counter. I will never order from this disgusting place again. Frozen pizza from Wal Mart is much better. They are a rip off.
