No les doy menos estrellas por que no se puede La peor experiencia que he tenido en un restaurante, tardaron en atendernos, atendían primero a los que llegaban después, pedimos la comida y una hora después aún no sabíamos nada de nuestros platillos, ni siquiera el agua nos llevaron, preguntamos y que aún no estaban listos, el peor servicio no volvería jamás a ese lugar

Deja mucho que desear este "restaurante" si se puede decir así. Estuvimos 1hra esperando la comida, la cual nunca llegó y ni se diga de 1 jarra de agua que igual pedimos, decidimos irnos ya que a parte de la 1hr perdida preguntamos cuanto más tiempo tardaría y nos dicen que 15 min más aprox. Pésimo servicio de personal y de todo además de que pedimos que nos cancelaran la orden (porque repito, ni el agua llegó) nos hacen mala cara

Hello, I am sharing my experience at the Puente Nacional restaurant, El Real de Asientos. Terrible service, it takes a long time to serve the food, it is cold and tasteless, you have to keep asking for everything, salt, tortillas, lemon, etc., and the coffee is served lukewarm, they do not bring you a spoon or sugar, much less cream, and they threw us out before we finished eating because a group arrived that was supposed to be waiting for them and they asked us to leave the restaurant and wait for the bill outside. We had a very uncomfortable and unpleasant moment. I hope my comment helps future visitors to this magical town and they can avoid an unpleasant moment.

Today, September 1st of this year, we went to this place which initially gave us a lot of confidence because of all the awards it has, but that was the WORST MISTAKE (trusting them). It took them an hour to serve the dishes. Besides that, the food was very cold, and the customer service was terrible because we had to ask for everything—spoons, lemons, tortillas, etc.—and they practically threw things at us. But that wasn't the worst part; they even kicked us out because a group of tourists arrived, and the place isn't suitable for so many people. The thing is, we hadn't even finished eating when they invaded our table (before we'd even finished eating). I asked for the bill, and to make matters worse, they told me, "I'll bring it to you in a moment, but you have to leave. I'll give you your bill outside." Everything was awful, the food and the service. Don't let this happen to you.

Terrible service. My family and I went and were treated terribly. The waitress was very unfriendly, the food took an hour to arrive and was completely cold and unsalted. Furthermore, my family and I were asked to leave the premises because a group arrived while we were still eating. They made us stand up from our table and told us to wait outside for the bill. I will never return and I hope no one else has to go through what they did to us, as such poor treatment is unacceptable.

Terrible service. They took forever to serve our food and charged us extra. It was just me and my dad, who's elderly and got really angry. I'm going to write down exactly what he said as we were leaving. "If we ever come back here, I'm going to come back with a bottle of vinegar, and if they charge us extra again, I'm going to drink the whole bottle, stand up, and walk up to one of the waiters and say, 'Look, this is what your food does to me.' And I'm going to go up to the other customers and..." Then he made vomiting noises. It's outrageous, such terrible service. I wouldn't go back so my dad doesn't end up throwing up in the restaurant out of anger...
