Locale situato nella parte alta di Assisi, a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Francesco, tra i vari scorci caratteristici della città. Eravamo in 5, abbiamo ordinato due antipasti (salumi, formaggi, marmellate locali, bruschette con oli artigianali), e 5 primi, pagando al termine un importo più che coerente con quello ordinato. Servizio professionale ed efficiente, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Vista più che unica. Se dovessi ritornare ad Assisi, saprei dove andare!
Ristorante super consigliato! La posizione é fantastica, in centro a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla Basilica, la location é veramente bellissima, molto particolare e tipico l'interno, e la terrazza con un panorama mozzafiato. I piatti sono curati e di ottima qualità, consigliati i ravioli di ricotta con pere e gorgonzola 🥰 Personale super simpatico e disponibile. Davvero una bella esperienza, grazie.

Atmosfera accogliente e servizio attento completano l’esperienza, rendendo questo locale una tappa imperdibile per chi visita Assisi e cerca qualità, panorama e gusto.
Dislocato nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, il locale offre posti a sedere al chiuso e all'aperto. Veramente mozzafiato la vista di cui si può godere da alcuni tavoli disposti sulla terrazza! Servizio rapido e professionale, piatti sfiziosi e di ottima qualità (soprattutto i secondi), prezzi nella media! Per me sono 5 stelle meritate! Consigliato!
Note positive : tortelli con faraona e torcelli con ragù di cinghiale eccellenti Idem il tagliere di antipasto misto (che può essere piatto unico) e il tortino al cioccolato ! Complimenti allo chef La vista è meravigliosa. Il personale gentile Nota negativa : Il fumo in terrazza (coperta da tettoia) infastidisce chi mangia anche se seduto a un tavolo distante. Potreste dedicare un terrazzino solo ai fumatori
La location è decisamente il punto di forza del ristorante perché offre una vista meravigliosa. È adatto ad una cena romantica. Il personale è gentile e professionale. Il menù è ricco, anche se non ho trovato grande rispetto della stagionalità (carciofi ad agosto? Il cameriere è stato sincero e mi ha detto che sono surgelati). I ravioli pere e gorgonzola con salsa al gorgonzola, mandorle e pesto alla salvia (quest'ultimo dà una spinta al piatto) sono buoni, così come le tagliatelle fresche con asparagi (forse surgelati?), pancetta croccante e besciamella di pecorino. Buono anche il maialino alla birra (consiglio di tenerlo un po' meno sul fuoco). Ho qualche perplessità sul tortino al cioccolato con noci accompagnato da gelato al torroncino e frutti rossi. Probabilmente ho sbagliato a prenderlo perché, nonostante la presenza del gelato e l'acidità dei frutti, risulta pesante con il caldo di questi giorni.Il semifreddo al caffè gustoso. Con un'acqua e un calice di Rosso di Montefalco abbiamo speso 89 euro. La cucina, che ho intravisto mentre pagavo il conto, caotica e disordinata . La mia valutazione è positiva nel complesso perché è evidente l' impegno di tutti ed il periodo è di per sé difficile.
L’atmosfera che si respira é qualcosa di unico. Il ristorante é talmente te bello che sembra il set di un film. La vista toglie il fiato. Per non parlare del cibo. Carciofi fritti squisiti, deliziosi.. nei avrei mangiati altri due piatti. Le tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale e i ravioli ripieni strepitosi. I dolci veramente ottimi. Ma una menzione speciale va al signor Andrea che ci ha servito, ma che avremmo voluto con noi al tavolo. Una persona speciale, gentilissima. Assolutamente da ricordare. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo❤️
Posto meraviglioso, ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante mentre stavo andando alla basilica di San Francesco, da fuori ci siamo fatti rapide dalla vista dei tavoli con affaccio sulla terrazza da cui si ammirava tutta la valle, e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di mangiare proprio in uno di quei tavoli, vista mozzafiato e i piatti non sono da meno. Porzioni abbondati e piatti molto buoni in due abbiamo diviso un tagliere di salumi e preso un primo a testa insieme a due calici di vino, con una bottiglia d’acqua e due caffè abbiamo speso 73€
Ristorante ottimo e vista suggestiva, preso il carpaccio di Black Angus con olive e pecorino ed era Buonissimo, idem per il cinghiale servito per secondo, il dolce il tiramisù buono, il sapore è quello ma la consistenza non è proprio quella..... Buono ma non eccelso... Comunque Consigliatissimo.
Un angolo di bellezza e ospitalità nel cuore di Assisi Siamo stati a Le Terrazze di Properzio quasi per caso, senza prenotazione, e nonostante il locale fosse pieno, ci hanno accolti con grande gentilezza, trovandoci un posto comodo e panoramico. Il ristorante è un vero gioiello: la vista sulla valle è semplicemente incantevole, uno scenario che da solo varrebbe la visita. Ma è la qualità dell’accoglienza e del servizio che rende questo posto davvero speciale. Il personale è stato impeccabile: cordiale, professionale e molto preparato. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Michele, che si è preso cura di noi per tutta la serata con discrezione, attenzione e grande cortesia. La cucina non è stata da meno: abbiamo gustato della carne eccellente, cotta alla perfezione e servita con cura. Tutto l’insieme — la location, il servizio e la qualità dei piatti — restituisce pienamente il valore di quanto si spende per la cena. Un’esperienza che unisce bellezza, qualità e calore umano. Torneremo sicuramente!
Un'esperienza culinaria e ambientale semplicemente spettacolare! Il cibo era incredibilmente buono, ogni piatto era preparato con cura e presentato in modo impeccabile. Il servizio era top-notch, i camerieri erano attenti, cordiali e molto professionali. L'ambiente era mozzafiato, con una vista incredibile e un'atmosfera elegante e raffinata. Non posso che consigliare vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza di alta qualità. Torneremo sicuramente!
Abbiamo mangiato in questo ristorante a pochi passi dalla basilica di San Francesco. Bella terrazza, ambiente tranquillo, personale gentile e cibo ottimo. Attenti anche al senza glutine (pasta e pane per celiaci). Super consigliato!
Panorama sensazionale sul territorio circostante con vista tramonto che in pochi possono offrire, personale di sala preparato e cordiale che ti fa sentire a casa. Cibo tradizionale e gustoso per quello che abbiamo preso, cena senza sbavature. Consigliato a chiunque passi per Assisi e dintorni.
Siamo stati con la famiglia domenica 28 dicembre,abbiamo pranzato fuori in terrazzo con uno splendido sole come contorno a una visuale stupenda. Piatti eccellenti. Consigliatissimo! In una stradetta che vi porta direttamente alla basilica di San Francesco, si nasconde questo ristorante con una vista mozzafiato! Cibo ottimo, saporitissimo e cucinato espresso. Il tutto con prezzi più che onesti per l'ottima qualità dei prodotti. I camerieri sono veloci, accoglienti e professionali. Tutti i tavoli sono diversi e particolari, perché prodotti da un artigiano del posto. Consigliamo di prenotare una settimana prima se volete godervi una cena da 10 e lode.
Il posto è bellissimo, la terrazza affaccia sulla valle. Si mangia molto bene (ci sono anche opzioni senza glutine nei dolci) ed i ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi ed attenti. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, pensavamo di spendere di più visto il posto e la qualità dei piatti, invece non è stato così. Consigliatissimo!

So good the 1st time, we stopped in again. Spouse had the Raviolini 1st time & it was excellent, so I had the same dish on our 2nd visit. The bruschetta was the best we’ve ever had. Wine selections were wonderful & service was superb!
Perfect for a date! The raviolis were very tasty. I recommend making a reservation if you want the perfect view but even if you don’t have one the whole restaurant is beautiful.
About the restaurant . Wonderful place nice terrace to see the Assisi town . Excellent menu and food we enjoy the salad the veal steak with tartufo and excellent ravioli with Gorgonzola cream with almonds
Enjoyed a wonderful meal on two occasions, cannot say enough about the food and service. The lentil soup was the best I EVER had in my life. Vegan friendly but also a carnivores paradise. Generous portions and fair price. Highly recommend a reservation in advance.

Had a really nice lunch and we were seated on the upstairs terrace and was nice. I recommend you make a reservation in advance to get the table with the view. Food The food are good. We enjoyed every dishes and ended with a full of happy belly. 😂 Service Service was friendly and efficient.

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Assisi. The food is delicious, the menu offers plenty of choice. Aside from the very extensive wine list they also have a few curious beer options. The staff is very friendly, polite and speak english very well. If this wasnt reason enough, the view from the terrace is astonishing. Make sure to be here at around 20.30 to watch the sunset while enjoying good food and drinks.
Amazing view from the terrace. If you time it right, you can watch the sunset. Really friendly and super efficient service. Best to reserve but we were lucky with a walk in for two immediately as they opened at 7.15pm. Lovely food and an excellent bottle of Orvieto Classico for a very good price. One of the most enjoyable dinners I've had in a long time.
AmaIng location, amazing service and amazing food. Especially the ravioli di gorgonzola was amazing, also the tiramisù. Points in all levels, keep uo the good work. Of ciudad the price is a bit higher that in other restaurants but still inside some limits.
Stunning views and great food. We arrived without reservation and they were booked, but offered a short meal option if we could finish before the reserved time. A great kindness. We enjoyed a single course, some wine, the views, and very pleasant service.
Beautiful place for dinner. The terrace overlooks the countryside and the menu is full of local favorites. I highly recommend the meat and cheese plate and local cinghiale stewed meat.
The most beautiful views and the food was delicious. Service was wonderful too. If you are in Assisi you need to eat here at least once. Reservations highly recommended.
This was a really great experience. The view is incredible and the food and wine were great. Make a reservation. Staff is competent and helpful but in a very Italian way, so (for my fellow Americans) don't expect the constant checking you might get in the US. Ask politely for what you want (seeing the wine list again, ordering another dish, etc or you'll be waiting a while.
This is definitely a "Must go to" restaurant! My wife and I were looking for a place to eat while in Assisi, and we found this place. Honestly, the view on the patio is breathtaking and made us feel like we were in a movie! The view on the terrace makes this place one of a kind, so get here early or make a reservation because they have limited seats. Service was more than 5 stars! The servers were super helpful and friendly, spoke far better English than we spoke Italian, and made us feel right at home. Finally, the food was outstanding. I'm not exaggerating that this is either the best or second best food we had in Italy in the 10 days we were there. Between the excellent food, service, and view, this is a life altering experience and one of my best dining experiences in my whole life! Seriously, don't miss out on going here, you will not regret it.
Absolutely fabulous place! It is perched on top of the hill and offers an amazing view of the valley. The service is attentive, quick and super friendly. All of the guys and the girl that were waiting the outside section were knowledgeable and suggested local dishes for us to try. We tried the antipasto - beware - it is a large portion and every bit of it is delicious. Make sure you leave room for the other dishes - the wild boar was mouthwatering, the ravioli was good as well. The desserts - phenomenal! Do try the local sweet - pacciata - so good! The presentation of the food was another photo op! We had a fabulous time and enjoyed every moment of it. Put it on your sightseeing map and enjoy!
Such a wonderful place for dinner in Assisi. In March, after 7 pm so we did not have any of the great views. The hours are incorrect, called at 7 to confirm when they opened but was already open seating guest. Just an incredible atmosphere and good food. We started with the mixed salami “charcuterie”, I had the sliced beef and my wife had the grilled pork chops. If I could do it over I would have ordered the wild boar stew. For dessert I had the biscuits and sweet wine and she had the panna cotta. Highly recommended this place while in Assisi, well worth the up hill climb.

Dopo una visita Assisi abbiamo pranzato in questo locale viste le ottime recensioni. Panorama stupendo, piatti squisiti, prezzi nella norma, ma una nota dolente a mio avviso è il servizio: il primo è arrivato dopo 20 minuti e ci può stare visto che se il piatto vien cucinato al momento, necessita del suo tempo per essere fatto bene. Ma aspettare 25 minuti per un caffè credo siano troppi. Infatti stavamo andando via senza berli e siamo stati intercettati durante il pagamento con le scuse delle cameriere. Consiglio per vista, piatti ma dovete avere pazienza.

It was solo traveler and the only Japanese(Asian)person there, so I felt a bit out of place. However, the service staffs were very friendly and helpful, so I was able to enjoy my time comfortably. View was amazing and I really enjoyed food and environment.

Purtroppo non posso dire come si mangia in questo locale perché non ne ho avuto la possibilità. Ieri sera ho provato a prenotare ma era già tutto pieno. Questa mattina ho richiamato e mi è stato detto che non serviva prenotazione e che avremmo potuto presentarci senza problemi. Al nostro arrivo, invece, ci è stato comunicato nuovamente che il ristorante era al completo, oltretutto con un tono poco cortese. Ci siamo trovati male e pensiamo che un po’ più di organizzazione e attenzione verso i clienti non guasterebbe.
Very rude manager - at 14:45, I very politely asked if he spoke English and then asked if it's possible to order a coffee and he said, quote, "we're not a bar, we're a restaurant and we are closed." Sign posted outside says they're open until 15:30. He could have at least shared sorry, that's not possible as we're a restaurant. It's possible you'll receive service if you're white (I'm not). I visited years ago and was warmly welcomed and had an early afternoon coffee on the terrace, unsure if the manager was having a bad day or if it's the rise in hostility towards non-white people. Either way, I'd avoid. Update: my partner was there and heard the entire conversation, the manager's reply is not true. He was very rude and smirked and me, it was 14:45 (I have a Google Maps timeline to show we arrived at 14:42) and we would have been happy to order lunch if he shared that as an option but didn't even invite us to come back later, he definitely did not thank me and definitely did not suggest ordering food or lunch, he outright said we are not a bar and we are closed. He clearly did not want my business. This is the complete opposite of other businesses in Assisi that warmly welcomed us for coffee and dessert, and several that went out of their way to hand me a business card and invite me for dinner. I don't recommend eating at Le Terrazze di Properzio.
