Siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti da questo locale, piccolo ma accogliente. Cibo squisito e gentilezza ne fanno da padrona. In sala Francesca è preparata, accogliente e attenta alle esigenze dei clienti, oltre ad essere super simpatica. In cucina il cuoco è una macchina da guerra, escono piatti uno più buono dell'altro! Abbiamo preso antipasti, primi, secondi e dolce, tutto perfetto, siamo usciti dal locale sazi e contenti. Sicuramente torneremo per provare altro. Top!

Recensione rivalutata a 5! Siamo tornati dopo 2 anni ed abbiamo trovato lo stesso locale ma con una nuova gestione giovane ma veramente in gamba. I piatti squisiti, dall'antipasto con un ottimo mix di salumi valdostani e lo spezzatino ricco e gustoso. Da provare!

Sono stata qui a pranzo con il compagno ed il nostro volpino, abbiamo mangiato divinamente, piatti studiati, ricercati, prodotti di qualità e l’ingrediente che spicca di più è l’amore. Accoglienza, gentilezza ed empatia caratterizzano questa trattoria. Torneremo presto a provare nuovi piatti.

Tutto ottimo, dal cibo gustosissimo al servizio gentile e attento. L’atmosfera è meravigliosa con vista sul monte Rosa, musica perfetta per l’atmosfera. C’è un comodo parcheggio lì vicino e davanti. Un posto davvero accogliente! Consiglio al 100%!

Prenotato all'ultimo momento di sabato 6 settembre per pranzo. Gentilissimi ci tenevano il tavolo anche dopo le 13:30. Pranzato all'aperto (molto bello). Gentilissima la proprietaria che ci ha accolto e spiegato i piatti (preparati dal marito chef, laureato in bio tech.). Piatti già invitanti a sentirli raccontare ma che quando giunti a tavola ci deliziavano letteralmente. Ottime anche le idee e gli accostamenti delle preparazioni. Una portata meglio dell'altra fino al dolce. Veramente tutti ottimi! Gentilezza e bontà a braccetto. Molto carino anche l'interno del locale. Ottima posizione. Prezzi più che in linea con quanto ordinato. Torneremo il prima possibile.

Trattoria fantastica gestita da una coppia giovane e di grande valore. Atmosfera bellissima, cibo di alta qualità e grande cortesia e professionalità da parte del personale. Bravissimi!!

What an amazing place - this is what you call a culinary gem - the service is just extraordinary: the lady gives full attention to every person in the restaurant, full description of the menu and great insights on the plates; the chef & the food mouthwatering ;) like visiting a best Italian family. The interior, the music - all just perfect. We will come back every time we are in the valley. Just remember to book a table in advance - it is always full in evenings ;) !

4 of us had dinner at the Trattoria Hirsch Stube. The food was superb as was the service. Very well presented , imaginative and delicious. Wine recommendations were also very good. We ate Sunday evening and went back again on Monday as it was so good. Francesca was a charming host and explained the menu choices very well.

We ate here on our last night in Gressoney and wished we had tried it earlier in our stay. It is exactly the type of small, friendly, local restaurant where all the food is fresh, locally sourced and cooked from scratch. The food was the best we had in the area, the couple running the place were warm and welcoming (& thankfully spoke very good English), I can't recommend this restaurant enough. Try it.

What is not to like. Exceptional good food and exceptional friendly service. We have been here several times during our stay and every time it was lovely. Dishes are traditional italian/Aosta with local and homemade ingredients. My personal favorites were: the steak tartare, the housewine (barbera) and the pork. One tip: make a reservation. It is a small restaurant which was fully booked every time we were there (and you can fully understand why).

I do not like to write negative reviews, but it is better if we know in advance where we are going. We planned to visit a restaurant near this place, but it turned out to be busy and we had to look for another option. This restaurant is run by a couple and has a short menu which is good in my opinion. But in this case it did not work, a lot of pathos, played out and food is not as good as could be.
