Anytime I'm in Astoria visiting family I make stop at LOB they've been around for a very long time and I love the family salt bagel with olive spread now I'm hungry again.

Nice bagel shop. They makevtje bagels in the back so they are nice warm and fresh. Prices seem a bit higher than the corner bodega. They have a wife assortment of sandwiches and bagels available. Always clean

This place is Great! Ive had take out from here about 30 to 40 times now and will continue to come. I usually get an omelette and it is is usually good...yes there gave been a few times when something was slightly off but otherwise...great.

Lots of bagels has a great spread of flavored cream cheese made fresh daily. Bagels are also unique flavors like asiago, chocolate chip or jalapeno! They also carry day old bagels for $2/5 which is a phenomenal deal instead of being wasteful! The decor is very cute with wooden accents and hanging lights. Seasonally they have bing-su (pictured) which is milk snow ice cream! The large feeds 4 people so be wary of that! Friendly service!

Not sure why anyone else gets their bagels anywhere else. Bagels are tasty, great texture, dense and yet not too big. Staff communicates well and coffee is great.

Always fast and friendly service. I've never had a bad bagel there. They are the perfect size and they have all the fixings you could want to put on a bagel. It can get crowded really fast as it's a tight space so just be patient and maintain your distance.

Excellent bagel place that makes amazing breakfast sandwiches. They've become a weekly visit for me and my partner that I really look forward to. My order is an everything bagel with bacon, egg & cheese but they have a full deli selection. If you're looking for a neighborhood bagel place you can't do better.

I've been going to NYCBCH up the block and I really wasn't feeling it since moving into the neighborhood. So I decided to check out this place. OMG. How I love this place. I come in three days in a row and the staff have gotten my order memorized. They smile at me and greet me. This is the kind of place I look for when eating. It just makes the experience much better. I'm very happy coming here and plan to continue to come.

This place is always on point. Super friendly staff. Only thing I wish they had was pork roll for some bangin breakfast bagel sandwiches. I tend to like their bagels a bit better than the joint across the street. And when I order delivery, their time estimates are pretty spot on.

When I moved to Astoria a year ago, I went to a different bagel store for 9 months. However, I decided I wanted to try something new. Then, I found out about Lots O Bagels. Best decision I have made in my whole life! Words can't explain how much I love this place! The staff is amazing compared to other places I've been to. The food is amazing. I recommend everyone nearby to check this place out! (Btw the HungryMan sandwich is the best sandwich ever).

Don't understand why there are so few reviews. This place makes the quintessential bagel. Always fresh warm and delicious. The line in store moves very quickly. Worth waiting for. I've never been a bagel lover...till now. Love, love lots o bagels. I won't eat bagels anyplace but here. Seriously!

Absolutely the best bagels in all New York, maybe the world! I love bagels and have had them from San Diego to Halifax; I simply won't get them any where else because it is always a let down. The only downside is I can only eat bagels in Astoria 😔. Lots of LOB!

my favorite bagel spot. the service is great and usually quick. everyone is also friendly — the spreads are so good too!! i wish they had a tofu garlic spread. i recently had to cut out dairy for health reasons but my favorite spread here use to be the garlic & herb cream cheese!! now i just get the tofu scallion which is still good!! i recommend!

My favorite regular bagel/coffee stop. Very affordable ($8 for 🥯 & ☕) and friendly staff. They have a good selection of sandwiches too. Sometimes I see an auntie or grannie working who are super welcoming. There is very little seating, so you'll likely need to take it to go. Wish they could have some sidewalk seating, but might not be possible.

Great selection and very good bagels. Had the French toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a cinnamon raisin bagel with blueberry cream cheese. They were quickly prepared. Both were very good so I will be returning.

A decent bagel, and they make a decent sandwich. I just feel that it is a little bit pricey. And while everything is fine when you're hungry and want a snack, it never feels worth the cost.

Best bagels west of the NW on Broadway, so great for a pre-commute snack or a lazy morning. Not the best bagels I've had in the neighborhood, but can't beat the convenience of not having to cross 31st St traffic.

Some of the best bagels in the area when judged on bread alone. The bagels are dense and chewy and generally very satisfying. Better than Brooklyn, not as good as Astoria bagel. Go at a busy time and there's a decent chance you can get a still warm one. Shop itself always seems a bit dark and uninviting (though it's nicely decorated) so it's not my favorite for staying to eat.

They only put cream cheese on half the bagel. So get a knife so you can spread it. Also likely won’t be cut all the way. They taste great though

Food is ok, no restroom and i didn't feel very welcomed, not a friendly staff, the girls were too chatty with the ups and postman when they were walked in. They were too busy on their phones also.

This place is hit or miss most of the time but if keep your order simple then you shouldn't have a problem. I consider Lots O Bagels a cash only establishment because they had a $9 minimum for CC charges. They seem to have a healthy Seamless ordering clientele.

Bagels are a decent, but can be a little inconsistent (misformed/slightly 'damaged', under/over cooked). Staff seem friendly enough. During busier times, it is a bit chaotic and i worry if they will make a mistake on my order. Based on some of the reviews, i have been lucky. I would push the rating to 4 stars if/when the bagels become more consistent.

It’s a *honky* bagel for $1.75!! However, where it falls short is that the inside is dry. There’s a nice density and pillowy texture but it’s bland. I threw out a fourth of it.

This place used to be on point, but lately experience has been subpar. Something is wrong with an order every other time. Usually it’s something small, but today they managed to do it wrong twice. And the only thing i wanted is for bagel to be toasted. That wasn’t done even after i went back to complain about first order and they offered to “make it right”. Time to look for a new bagel place

Normally i would praise this place especially because this is my breakfast spot before work. But, unfortunately the last two days i have not been to happy with them. Yesterday i walk in for a 2 egg whites and bacon on a whole wheat bagel and i got 2 egg whites with bacon and cheese. So, i let that one go and then this morning i asked for the same thing and instead i got two eggs on a whole wheat bagel. Seriously!!!!!!!

Nope. First order here was a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel. By the time I was done building the order - 2 eggs, a sausage patty, and cheese - it was $16. For pickup. And the paper they use to wrap the food is too flimsy. It was soaking wet and I had to pick bits of it from the actual bagel. Very messy. Second visit was today, just for a bottle of water. I went to the fridge, grabbed one, couldn't find the price labeled anywhere, went up to the register. Only employee near the register was on the phone briefly. Then some woman who previously ordered a coffee went up to the counter, right next to me, complaining about her coffee. The guy helped her with a new drink, ignoring me. I put the water down and walked out. You lose the customers you ignore 💁‍♂️

The cashier who handles cash, customer's cards, etc. also handles and cuts up bagels using the same gloves.

i ordered 2 chicken cutlet on a roll and one with avocado and i expected a chicken cutlet with lettuce, tomato and cheese (and avocado) and all i got was chicken cutlet AND mayo on a roll, which i payed $16 on it i want a refund!!

TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE THE GIRL WAS VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL, KEPT GETTING MY ADDRESS WRONG AFTER I REPEATED IT THREE TIMES, SHE THEN ASKED ME APARTMENT NUMBER AND I TOLD HER IT WAS A BUSINESS AND SHE GOES TO TELL ME HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW, UNCALLED FOR. I THEN ASKED FOR THE OWER/BOSS AND SHE SAID YOU WANT TO TALK TO HER SURE SHE IS RIGHT HERE AND HANGS UP ON ME, I CALLED AGAIN AND THEN SHE HANGS UP THE PHONE AGAIN. WE WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM THE PLACE. FOOD IS GOOD BUT WHO EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

They always get my order wrong. Service has become awful. I gave up on this place i Will not go back. They are also very expensive. Hash browns are disgusting. They taste like old oil. Disgusting and disappointing.

Food was delivered way late and was cold when it arrived. When I called for a partial refund they blamed it on the delivery guy and said it is their policy to not give refunds. Very rude about it too

Avoid this place. Used to be our top neighborhood spot for bagels, until the city's restaurant inspection forced the place to close temporarily in June 2018 due to violations! As of today, the store seems reopened and grade says, not "A" , not "B" but "pending review"...! Anyone interested to see what those violations were in detail, can check out the restaurantinspection section of NYC.gov. Was shocked to see the results of the two last inspections.

Good Bagels, pretty awful delivery experience. I ordered 3 separate deliveries to different family members that all live next door to each other on the same block, but only 2 of them made it. The shop claimed absolutely NO responsibility after blaming the issue on a Grubhub/ Seamless printer- only issue was that I called TWICE to confirm that 3 separate orders (all going to different apartments on the same block) were being prepared correctly, of which the restaurant confirmed. When I asked for a comp of the one missing delivery (as a make-up/ apology) to be sent the next day, they weren't willing to offer anything more than an "I'm sorry, it's Grubhub's fault," let alone anything for the inconvenience. The total of the 3 orders was well over $250. GROW UP, PETER PAN!

First time ordering last time ordering I put in an order they have this build your own bagel I ordered a plain bagel toasted with spinach and put in the special requests eggs scrambled hard I got nothing but bacon and spinach I called and was told you didn’t ask for eggs well I don’t know but if someone said eggs scrambled hard in special requests what does that mean 🤨🤨 and didn’t even offer to correct the order and send a new sandwich NEVER AGAIN!

The bagels were ok. Nothing outstanding about it. One of the front girl has an attitude problem for no reason. If you are having a bad day, stay home? No need to take it out on the customers. She looks the youngest. I think I heard her name is mahnin or mynin. Never going back. No need to feel disrespected.

I ordered a cheese omelette. And the eggs were not scrambled. There was still white in them. and just slapped a slice of cheese on top of the eggs and charged me for this. I went back a second time to get an omelette and they just scrabbled more eggs and slapped cheese right on top. The cook started waving his hands and speaking Spanish. This indicates that the staff of this isn’t properly trained in cooking breakfast meals. And this is breakfast store? What other aspects of the food and beverage industry training are the employees not properly trained In.

This food was horrible. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a roll thinking they can't mess that up. My food was done in 30seconds after I ordered so I'm thinking wow this is fast service. As I drove off, i checked my sandwich and the egg wasn't cooked all the way and the sausage was cold. I wasted 10$ on breakfast there. Horrible. They need to do better and put some time into making there products properly. This is food people put into there bodies. Worst.

She proceeded to give me a dirty look and say “we just sell water we don’t just give it” even though I’ve asked this place before and had no issues. Paid $15, waited 15 minutes as 5 customers who ordered after me got their order, and they messed up my order. I wish I could get a refund as I requested no cheese due to an allergy and they put cheese on it.
