Kayla was our server, she went above and beyond. Made the whole dining experience a breeze. I had the brisket baked potato, husband had the meatloaf, both delicious. Peach cobbler tasted a little off, but I’m sure it was just the batch. Will definitely be back, and will definitely be requesting Kayla again.

We really enjoyed our visit today. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Angela did a great job she suggested I try the blackberry sweet tea and she was so right it was delicious. It is so hard to find a good server these days and I would say cotton patch is very lucky to have Angela, she was so sweet and great at her job.

Raylee was absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend Cotton Patch Cafe more. It was my daughter's birthday and we had driven from out of town in two separate directions to meet and she absolutely made the meal of last. The food was excellent as usual but her service was above and beyond. Not sure I spelled her name correctly but if you ask for her, you are guaranteed to get the best.

Cotton Patch is my go-to spot for lunch! Angela always takes great care of me and Sammy always swings by to check in and make sure everything’s good. The food is always fresh and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommend!

We, the family, stopped for a late lunch and were very impressed. First, our server Amity was very sweet and helpful. We tried the Chicken Fried Bacon, and it was so good. Along with the Fried Mushrooms, Pickels and Green Tomatoes. We all ordered something different and loved our choices. All the while, Amity kept up with our drinks and needs. We loved the place and will make plans to return.

This is really a 3.5 stars. We had a fish meal and a brisket baked potato and soft drinks. The fish meal was better though the fillets are very thin -this one is recommended. The brisket baked potato was really disappointing: enormous baked potato with scant toppings, especially the brisket, which was chopped in tiny pieces and too fatty. Can't recommend this meal. The service is great here, very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean, bathrooms too.

Our party of 20 came in on 8/11/2024 to celebrate a birthday. Although arrangements were made a day prior, we still waited approximately 20 minutes upon our arrival to be seated in 3 different areas. This was the kicker, for a party of our size, I watched how a few of the employees (ON DUTY) appeared to reject working our area. Instead, we had TWO total staff members to serve all 20 people their drinks and food. Ridiculous!!! I MUST admit those two did exceptionally well. 🎯Cayden(I hope I’m spelling it correctly) went above and beyond displaying true customer service and NEVER appearing to buckle under pressure. This, is just why we made sure to give him a nice tip to show our gratitude 🙏 These attached pictures were taken at 2:51, 3:01, 3:11, and 3:32. These were the various staff members that NEVER lifted a finger to help our two servers, yet they had plenty of time to converse. In case you’re wondering 🤔 yes, I took this ALL to the manager on duty. He honestly made me feel like he could care less about what I was expressing to him. I was sharing in hopes to possibly avoid more reviews like this in the near future.

Party of seven. Was seated promptly, pleasant server took our drink and appetizer order and returned quickly with the drinks and apps. We placed our food order. The server soon brought two of our party their entrees. The remaining members of the party did not receive their orders for almost an hour and then only after inquiries with our server. Mine eventually arrived cold. The server did comp 50% of our ticket.

My Christmas dinner for 6 was the worst meal I habe ever had for a Christmas dinner was undercooked and the turkey was not like a real turkey!! It was like rubber. Dressing tasted like someone crush up a bunch of aspirin and put in it. Left a very bad taste in your mouth and couldn't hardly taste any other entree and only thing was decent was the green bean casserole. The broccoli cheese and rice was undercooked and broccoli was like raw not cooked broccoli and the rice was hard. Ruined our Christmas dinner. Never again!! $107 wasted!!! Don't get the catering bull corn. It's nasty!!
