The service is good, the food is always very good, however I think I had bad luck with the onions as they were a bit overripe and tasted strange. My recommendation is that they use fresher ones. Also, it's very hot inside; they should have air conditioning.

The service is always quite fast, they rarely run out of products, the chicken is fresh, and the sides are good. A downside is that they don't play music or anything to make you feel more comfortable.

The service, the food, everything is perfect, the only problem I have is that on the first floor, there are a lot of flies on the window, and it's unpleasant. I understand that it's open, but even if it's just to scare them away, because they're a nuisance when you're eating. As for everything else, it's perfect. The staff was super friendly. I hope they continue like this.

The place is basic, but the problem is: the waiter service is very poor, as is the wait time. The restrooms don't have toilet paper or hand soap, which leaves much to be desired, especially considering its location across from the main square.

It was very busy, but we arrived earlier than expected, and they gave a table to a family who arrived after us. The chicken was cold and they reheated it. Very disappointed and quite annoyed. To top it all off, it's much more expensive than other locations in the same franchise. I will never return.
