All the works are so pleasant, cheerful, easy to talk and joke with. It’s nice to know you can spend a couple of hours at a table and no one cares! I especially love the raspberry cones!

Got a mint condition mocha for my daughter for her birthday yesterday & it was delicious as always. Service is always great at the Austin Caribou. Everyone is so friendly.

Our Austin store usually stays pretty busy, workers are pretty great about getting customers served quickly. However on my last visit I came inside to order. I mentioned I was a caribou member, I was told we'd get to that after he got my order placed. But i never received my points. Other than that I have no complaints about this store or the hard workers inside

Always enjoy stopping in here. They don't have a lot of seating area but always are very speedy. The iced matcha latta was recommended by a friend but I wouldn't get it again.

So glad I tried this coffee spot in Austin. We ordered matcha ice, pumpkin ice pressed and strawberry mango smoothie. All the drinks were really tasty and refreshing. Definitely will try again the pumpkin ice pressed.

I love caribou, food is only 2 stars because they never have the bacon gouda souffle(its delicious). And it's my favorite food item. If it's being sold out so quickly more should be ordered to compensate. I shouldn't be told they don't have anymore nearly every time I order. Which is often, multiple times a week. I love caribou, food is only 2 stars because they never have the bacon gouda souffle(its delicious). And it's my favorite food item. If it's being sold out so quickly more should be ordered to compensate. I shouldn't be told they don't have anymore nearly every time I order. Which is often, multiple times a week. It's very disappointing.

The coffee was good, but I don’t think I’ll probably come back because the price paid for the quality was just not worth it in my opinion. Additionally, the service was pretty disappointing. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes before someone came over to help me, which if they were busy, I understand, but nobody acknowledged me to say they needed a minute, etc. They just stood in front of me, looking at me but never taking a second to just say they were busy or explain what was going on. I was super confused because I didn’t know if they thought I’d already been helped or if they were annoyed by me standing at the counter, etc. It was just very weird and a bit frustrating to have no idea what was happening (if they were busy, confused, etc.) I was planning to get lunch, but everything in the case looked old and stale and I ended up getting food from the gas station next door because it was much cheaper and was better than what my friend bought. The space was cute and decorated with festive accessories for winter/fall! :) Not really many places to sit, though.

I asked for pup cups for our dogs and she says, “We don’t do that anymore but here’s some dog treats.” I asked why because every other Caribou we have been to gives the dogs cups of whip cream, even McDonald’s does that! And our dogs look forward to that every time. It was a huge disappointment and not to mention her attitude and tone was very rude. I was unable to read her name tag as she moved so fast and spent little time tending to us customers. I was not pleased with the customer service we received at this particular location. Even Albert Lea and Owatonna hand out pup cups with dog treats, Albert Lea charges. My drink also had very little whip cream, a pup cups worth. Such a disappointment after a long day of work, school, and kids. Sometimes it’s these little moments in our days that make huge differences.

Ordered a large, but got a medium. Instead of just making a small to compensate, they made a new one and threw the old one, the new one was not even the drink I ordered. Overall was just a bad experience. They also dont take any of the app deals for perks members, so what's the point of being a perks member if you won't honor all deals?
