Ordered a pan pizza for lunch. I love Dominos and know what I'm getting when I order it. The La Crescenta location was fab. The pizza did not disappoint nor did the speedy delivery with a smile. Definitely will order from here again.

Brian the assistant manager is awesome! He straightened out issues with a horrendous delivery driver and not only replaced the pizza he gave a credit toward a future purchase. Then over 2 months later Brian remembered in detail and had a perfectly cooked pizza waiting for me! Brian is a total asset to Dominos!

In a city with tons of wonderful, local pizza stops, Domino’s is bringing its “A” game.

They were attentive in letting me know when my order was close to being ready. Clean & orderly. Safety procedures were posted on the doors & floor

The food is good, but the deals are not the same as the other dominos pizzas, service could have been better, but the food was delicious

I ordered online pick up and it wasn't ready and had to wait 30 minutes and was missing drinks and ranch pizza was undercooked to add to it it killed my lunch snd i was late to work dominos isnt was they used to be

DOMINO’S CORPORATE SHOULD BE NOTIFIED!!!! Ordered six large three topping pizzas with hardly any toppings on any of the six pizzas. Most slices had thin layer of cheese covering. THIS STORE IS COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!

Very rude delivery driver! He yelled at me and demanded tip, which i did give him. He also took 5 dollars worth of dipping sauce. Never ordering here again. Do not order at this place! Very disappointing.

This place has horrible service. We waited over 40 minutes for a pizza. The wife tripped on their uneven entry way, fell to the floor and Noone cared. We tried to contact the owner to no avail. Luckily wife was okay.

This is far from the end of the world but receiving bbq chicken wings instead of parmesan bread bites just means people didn't pay much attention. Anyways, maybe their website is broken.

This Dominos wins the award for the worst customer service on the planet. The phones are rarely answered during busy time, waits are always outside the usual time promised and their employees are severely undertrained. The management is very argumentative and also completely untrained, it’s a shock this place stays in business. If I have to starve I will in order to not deal with these people anymore. The only caveat to this is the drivers who have always been polite and appreciative of their tips, the rest of the staff is horrendous.

This Domino's Pizza place is horrible "SCAM". They charged my credit card, then canceled the order and NEVER refund my money. I placed an order last week Sunday night over the phone and they charged my credit card right away. They called me after 15 minutes and canceled the order because of broken oven (?). I asked them to refund my money back, the person said call tomorrow and ask my manager. I called the next day and asked the person for refund. He said, call customer service. I called customer service being on hold for 40 minutes, the rep told me that store is franchised and you have to call them back and talk to manager. I called them back and said whatever customer service rep had told me. The guy got my contact info and said his manager will call me. I never received any call from them. Yesterday, after about a week I called the store again and asked why the manager didn't call me, the guy started to be rude and disrespectful, and was talking over me. I asked his name but he hung up on me. When I called them back they never answered my phone anymore. Better to starve than order food from this store with rude and unprofessional employees.

Normally a reliable source for good pizza. We received our pizza but it was wrong. So sad here. my 4-year old granddaughter was excited to open the box to see her pineapple pizza until we saw pepperoni. Epic fail for the vegeterian in the house as well.
