En los personas son mis pizzas favoritas en Autlán. Recomiendo ampliamente la pepperonisima. Lo que pudiesen mejorar es su servicio a domicilio, me han entregado pizzas que no son las que ordene.

Very good service, good food, and affordable prices. With 200 pesos per person, you can easily make a tip. It's not like I was interested, but I don't know if the waitress was looking at me because she liked me or because I looked worn out since I had just gotten off work. The best pizza I've ever had. Great service. They cook the pizza from the dough up. You can see how they make it and flip it in their hands. They have good photos of the best bands of all time, but I'm taking away a star for not having background music. I asked if they could play rock music, and they said yes, but didn't play anything. Still, excellent pizza.

The pizza is delicious, the place has a good atmosphere, excellent music if you like rock, very nice decor, and a pleasing view. But since it's February 14th, they weren't organized. Since it's a holiday, they should have anticipated there would be more people, but that wasn't the case. The service was excessively slow, and the waiter was already stressed. I imagine it was due to the pressure he was under. I recommend they be more organized for holidays. Besides, everyone deserves a second opinion. So I'll be visiting again soon.

The delivery service was the worst I've ever experienced. Total indifference. The order was finally placed correctly, after a two-hour wait and contacting them to inquire about the delay for a simple pizza. I was assisted by someone else who responded, "We don't have your order in the system." After I placed another order, which they handled with complete indifference despite pointing out their mismanagement of their staff, there was no goodbye, no estimated delivery time, no friendly solution to my dissatisfaction (for example, a discount on a future visit to the restaurant, a complimentary drink, etc.). There was certainly no apology for the inconvenience. They simply reiterated the cost, and that was it. There was no thank you for your patience; they just left me hanging on the phone. Seriously, if they don't have a passion for the restaurant business and customer service, they should leave the establishment in the hands of those who truly enjoy the profession. It's not just a business; it's a commitment to a fundamental need in our society, a need that is growing due to the increasing lack of time. If you can make a business out of that need, that's fine, but dignify the noble profession.

Terrible service. They serve you reluctantly, and the service is incredibly slow. In the end, you just want to leave and never come back. I tried again to give them a chance because the menu looks good, but this time I called, and the service was even worse. They truly lack basic customer service skills and clearly have no training for their jobs.

I ordered a pizza by phone. It arrived at the time they told me. The waiter tried his best but couldn't. (Because he was the only one.) When he finally served me, 20 minutes later, he brought me a cold pizza. I asked him to heat it up, but he told me it wasn't possible. I don't know how difficult it is for them to heat a pizza, but oh well. Very poor customer service.
