The food is ok, delivery is good, and their customer service is great. Placed a big order during the last snow storm. The food was late (understandable) and missing 2 slices of pizza. I called in to let them know, they were very apologetic, I said not to send anyone back in the snow just for 2 slices, and I'll just get a refund from GrubHub. Two days later 2 delivery girls showed up at my door with a free pizza pie to make up for 2 missing slices. Customer service 💯

Their prices are great, food is great, customer service is great, this place is clean and neat delivery is always on time and delivery person always kind and friendly. Finally a place my family and I look forward to every Friday were we all agree its delicious!!

This place outdoes themselves every time. We started ordering from them at home to switch it up from the usual pizzerias nearby who have fell off in their own ways. They have become our go to spot for not just pizza but all the plates they offer. I recently suggested them as a lunch option at work and they’ve quickly become one of our new spots over there as well. Customer service is phenomenal both over the phone and in person. Sofia, Keep doing what you’re doing! You’re giving the other places in the area a run for their money!

My son and I love their pizza. I also like their breadsticks, and their garlic knots are extra garlicy, which I love. Normally we have no issues with the food, prices, or service. However, one visit we had a huge issue: they accidentally overcharged my credit card by HUNDREDS of dollars on a Friday. The mixup put me in a financial bind over the entire weekend. I also had to wait quite a while at the restaurant for someone to arrive and fix the issue because the manager on site could not, and i had other things to do. Although they were apologetic and fixed the problem as soon as they could, they still charged me for the meal. Considering the inconvenience it caused- including leaving my account overdrawn- they could have AT LEAST put my $9 meal on the house. For that, i took away stars for poor business etiquette. Otherwise the food is great... I just always make sure I have cash now.

My granddaughter came over a toddler and ask for pizza upon arrival the pizza looked like they was skimming over what part of the pizza cheese should been placed onlooked dry. Well me not feeling like creating a problem but decided to talk to the manager instead upon feeling better . I called the manager his words was so you did not feel like talking about the pizza that day but today you called to talk bout it I just hung up the phone Well that type up service will close this spot down because whether he like the conversation or not his rudeness was not right .I been in the area for many years seen a lot of business fail you next. The worst part was when drove past there to say what i had to say in person being a past regular customer and in the window the health department gave them Grade Pending status dirt running down the windows in the front
