Hermoso club de playa. Muy limpio, tiene piletas, jacuzzi, DJ, camas, acceso privado a la playa...de todo. Además la atención de los meseros es fenomenal. Vayan que no se van a arrepentir

Excelente atención por parte de todo el equipo de Mandala, el ambiente, todo súper cool, el gerente súper buena onda, pasamos el fin de año aquí y creo que es una excelente opción si vienes a Cancún, tienen Dj que toca muy buena música, sin duda volvería.

Un excelente lugar para pasarla en familia con la playa, muy buena atención por parte del personal, y vistas a la playa increíbles. Además de que cuenta con piscina por si gustas refrescarte. El costo es 1200 por persona que son deducibles en alimentos a la carta, y ese costo es la zona de playa.

Es la Segunda vez que vamos a MANDALA BEACH CLUB y nos encanta todo, la atención, la comida, la vista todo todo. Para el servicio en la playa, comida, bebida pagas unos $1100 pesos mexicanos que serian de unos $50 o $55 por persona. La comida estuvo deliciosa probamos el GUACAMOLE🥑🥑Ceviche de Camarones 🍤🍤BLACKED OCTOPUS 🐙 and SUSHI 🍣 De bebida me encanto la PIÑA COLADA 😋😋😋

El lugar es excelente, la Vista y la decoración del lugar son increíbles. Pagas un cover pero te lo reembolsan en consumo. De los club de playa que he visitado es el mejor x la vista, la comida, la música, la alberca, su costo beneficio se me hace excelente siendo que esta en un lugar privilegiado. Muy recomendable.

Went here as the last thing to do on a rainy day before our flight. An extremely friendly staff, excellent service and the ”tropical state of mind” kept us there even during rain. When it rained, the staff put us up covers so we could keep enjoying the atmosphere indoors. Special mention for the shisha guy - what a sunny and happy guy he is!

Friendly staff, they allowed us to keep our big luggages in stored. Very good service, our waiter took care of us very well. Even it started raining, the whole staff quickly made nice space inside to hangout. Even it was raining, party kept going on! Totally recommend!

We left our resort due to the beach being covered in seaweed. We wanted to enjoy the nice clean and blue waters from Cancun. We headed to Playa Forum and since found this place. They provide super nice chairs and umbrellas right a few feet from the beach. The food, drinks and service was very good. I would definitely go back.

What vibe. the Beach Party was "banging". $80 US, include lounge chairs, drinks, food, DJ / violinist / Pool and VIBE (drinks/food to match your entry) I had points left over and gave some to others... security ensured a safe environment, upon entry and premises. I came here in 2022 and had such a fun time! A group of us were in Cancun for a bachelorette party. We reserved a booth and had access to a mini below ground jacuzzi in front of us. We ordered shisha as well. The music was great. I was in Cancun last month and wanted to come back here, but I didn't have the time. Would definitely try again next time!

Great place to get beach beds for a decent price. Paid $60 total, however you get about $50 back in food/drink credit. Music was good taste but loud at times. Service and food were average. Shout-out to Said for the reservation!

Great energy, nice attentive staff who aren’t pushy to get you to order. Good amenities and great food and drinks. Most of the entry price goes to credit so well worth the value, food and drink selection was excellent Also had a great 1 hour deep tissue massage that was excellent. A great day!

I had an absolutely great time here. Perhaps the most fun I've had in recent times. All guests seemed determined to enjoy the party atmosphere spurred on by the amazing staff and dancers. Service was attentive, which meant we didn't have to wait long to get our drinks and food. I'm already looking forward to another visit!

3 of us got a day bed and a few bottles and had an amazing time. The staff were very catering and security was great. They made us feel like regulars. When we go back we will definitely get a day bed every time we go.

We went here on a Friday afternoon. It took a while to pick up but once it picked up it was fun. It wasn’t too crowded and the staff was friendly and attentive. Drinks were pretty good. I would say the music could have been better but the dancers tried their best to get us all in the mood. I would definitely come back here on another day or time.

Super cool and fancy place, its a little bit expensive but its worthy for every dolar, it has nice chairs and beds for your relaxation, nice pools next to the sea so you can choose sweet water from the pool or salted water from the sea, always good music and great service from the bar waiters, its just perfect i love it a lot and i would be back again soon. Highly recommended

The food is good and the view is spectacular. They have beach beds and a VIP area. What I dislike is that I had to pour out my water out of the bottle I had in my bag. Just to go though the building as we ended up on a public beach anyways. Senseless.

This is a really nice place and concept, I’ve been to other mandala beach clubs before. Unfortunately the staff make it unbearable to enjoy, there are too many people standing around, they try to consistently sell something to you and mention that tip is not included every time they serve something to you. It’s just too much!

El servicio en general fue bueno, la ubicación es buena. Sin embargo; en el momento de darle la propina al mesero fue super despectivo y arrogante. Eso hace que la experiencia no sea memorable de principio a fin.

El servicio es muy lento, la.comida no es buena nos salió un cabello en el ceviche. El mesero tardó 1 hora en atendernos. Las bebidas son buenas, la música también, el show de media tarde era un poco aburrido. Volvería por la música nada más.

It seems that the employees do the price they want so you kind of feel robbed sometimes - they started by asking us 1250 pesos, and then they closed the deal by 1000. Unfortunately this is the only place in that beach that rent spots. Positive points - the food is good and the prices are fair when compared to hotel bars. Also the service was good. Negative points - don't wait to get rest here as the sound from Mandala pool party mixes with the Coco Bongo Beach party and you feel like you're in the middle of two soundbars.

Based on the reviews, I had higher expectations. I was expecting a more lively experience, but it ended up feeling a bit underwhelming. Despite advertising a variety of music, it was EDM the entire time. The food menu was also very basic. Wasn’t worth the spend and def skippable.

Me.fije antes de venir a la playa los precios de los camastros solos, salen 600 pesos por persona, cuando llegamos nos atendió un aprovechador que estaba en el cartel del menú de la playa y nos quería cobrar 1100 a cada uno, le dije que en la página estaban 600 y me dijo que era para residentes lo cual yo vi que hay 2 entradas, uno para residentes y otro que no decia que tenias que ser residente, me dijo que entonces si quería lo compre por la página, aca por ser extranjero te quieren robar, no vengan sin comprar su entrada antes, decepcionada porque quería pasar un lindo dia en en beach club con mi novio, vinimos desde el centro y nos llevamos un disgusto. Fíjense que no los quieran estafar cobrándole el doble.

Very disappointing experience. I paid $65 USD for an open bar, only to find out after paying that red bull wasn’t included. This important detail was never communicated. When I brought it up, even the manager, Yair, didn’t seem to care at all. Terrible customer service. Also, be aware: the open bar only includes basic soft drinks from a machine—no soda cans, and very limited alcohol options. It feels like a complete ripoff. Avoid thoses sellers at all costs. Una experiencia muy decepcionante. Pagué 65 USD por un bar abierto, solo para descubrir después de pagar que Red Bull no estaba incluido. Este detalle importante nunca fue comunicado. Cuando lo mencioné, ni siquiera el gerente, Yair, mostró interés o preocupación. El servicio al cliente fue pésimo. Además, tengan cuidado: el bar abierto solo incluye refrescos básicos de máquina—no hay latas ni muchas opciones de alcohol. Se siente como una estafa total. Eviten a esos vendedores a toda costa.

Just look at all the other reviews and you'll understand why the beach is so disgusting. We spent 2 hours here and didn't stop picking up plastic and garbage from the shore and beach; not just Mandala beach, the public entrance next to it has a lot to do with it but also the hotels next to it too.
