I've eaten at absolutely every restaurant in the Huasteca Sur region (Tamaz, Xilitla, Matlapa, Axtla, Huichihuayan, and Aquismón). And of those, this is the best restaurant. The presentation is also the best, with an excellent bar offering expertly crafted drinks, and the prices are very reasonable. The food is delicious; I especially love the tuna tostada, the gobernador taco, and the hamburgers. The pasta dishes are very generous. My only complaint is that they don't accept credit cards. Fortunately, I came prepared, but considering the area's tourism and growth, it's strange that they don't. I recommend they take this into account. Anyway, it's excellent—5 stars for being the best restaurant in the area and having the best drinks.

It's located on the main block of the Axtla garden. Its location and large windows allow for photos overlooking the garden. The place is pleasant, with good music and a small but well-stocked menu. Their strong suit is the drinks. The only drawback is that they don't have a card payment terminal and don't offer a transfer option. They should have informed customers when assigning a table. I had to go out and find an outside ATM.

We were going, not from Axtla, to celebrate a birthday because we saw it on social media, but we didn't stay because we didn't like it. It was nothing like what was advertised. The place was extremely run down, the chairs were very dirty, it didn't make you want to stay and eat. The atmosphere was awful, and it smelled very unpleasant. I hope they can improve.
