A nice place, the staff are very friendly, the buffet is currently $160, and there's a good variety of dishes, including a dessert bar with fruit, gelatin, and flan. The only downside I would mention is that the food is very greasy, more so than usual for this type of food. But overall, I liked it.

Comida riquísima, les recomiendo la malteada de vainilla, a mi me trataron bien, quizás no se pasan de amables pero tampoco con groseros, es un increíble lugar.

When I went I trusted the schedule, they ended up opening half an hour later, the food had a good variety (buffet), the soft drinks are mini mini, I didn't see a bathroom I think you have to go around there, they should put on more atmosphere and some music, the place looked clean, they do have takeout food.

The staff are friendly, the food is varied, hot, and delicious. Although they don't have their own restrooms, they give you a ticket to use the one in the plaza. There's plenty of space both inside and outside. To avoid using Styrofoam containers, you can bring your own. Highly recommended.

Delicious, tasty food! My experience during my visit was that the octopus dish I ordered was overcooked, and the sweet and sour chicken was too dry. They should be careful! The food was somewhere between medium-hot and cold, but I imagine it's due to demand or the buffet wasn't keeping the food warm. The rice tasted like it was mixed with the previous day's rice, even though I arrived at 2 p.m. The portions are large, and I recommend it.

Ya había visitado antes este lugar, por eso volví pero esta ocasión me decepcionó. Hay que esperar para entrar y no hay ningún tipo de atención a la fila de espera. La formación es a pie de banqueta, no hay una lista ni asientos por lo menos para las personas mayores. Fuimos a desayunar, la mesera no nos ofreció los paquetes de desayuno que desconocíamos, pedimos a la carta. Me llevaron mal mi omelette de champiñones que pedí, era de queso. Tuve que decirle a otro empleado porque la mesera no regresaba a nuestra mesa, pedí que le agregaran los champiñones pero me decepcionó pues eran de lata. Las enmoladas regulares al igual que los molletes. A los chilaquiles les faltaba salsa aunque fue el platillo de mejor sabor. La jarra de agua del día es de 1 litro, me parece insuficiente y tuvimos que esperar a que la mesera fuera a preguntar de qué sabor era, me parece que para las 11 am debería de saberlo. Los cafés lecheros que pedimos nos los llevaron al último después de recordarle y casi ni sabían a café. Lo único que sí me gustó y es justo como lo recordaba fue el pan de naranja. También pedimos pastel de moka y es una verdadera decepción, tiene buen aspecto pero es de muy mala calidad, creo que ése lo compran a un tercero.Honestamente creo que el lugar ha decaído y deberían invertirle en modernizar su infraestructura y capacitar a su personal para ofrecer un mejor servicio. Tienen clientela, fama y muy buen lugar, pero no deberían dormirse en sus laureles.

No sé si siempre es así pero probamos este lugar y el día que lo hicimos no había tanga gente, optamos por entrar al restaurante y nos dejaron la carta. Hasta acá todo bien, pero el servicio fue muy muy muy lento y me atrevo a decir que no era tema de los meseros que andaban corriendo y atendiendo lo mejor posible si no, fue tema de cocina. Vi como una pareja de señores mayores se levantaron después de esperar al menos media hora su desayuno sin que llegara, algo que tampoco fue muy afortunado es que después de eso escuché muy enojada a la mesera que atendía esa mesa quejarse de que no la habían atendido en cocina atrás de mi. Dejando este tipo de situaciones desafortunadas, yo no considero que sea el mejor lugar para desayunar de Azcapotzalco, la variedad de alimentos es limitada y a nosotros nos ofrecieron paquetes que iban desde huevos, molletes con café y fruta por un precio justo. Sigo sin descubrir porque se llena. Eso sí ví bastantes personas de la tercera edad, así que puedo suponer que es un tema de costumbre visitarlo. Los meseros amables insisto. El sabor bueno aunque solo probé molletes y mi compañero chilaquiles con huevo.

La comida es muy rica, el servicio es super bueno. A mi me encantan los chilaquiles rojos con pollo y el pan de naranja deli... Todo a buen precio. Lo que sí está horrible es que muchos ambulantes se meten y traen sus artículos a tu mesa y los ponen a un lado de tus platillos y por higiene no es bueno eso en un rato entran hasta 6 o mas y eso no es bueno. Deberían de prohibir eso!!!

COMIDA NORMAL, MAL AMBIENTE. Vine con unos amigos a comer helado y café, y la verdad, ninguna queja, la verdad se me hizo normal todo, pero la verdad el servicio me dejo mal a mi personalmente, ya que la señora que nos atendió no fue amable. Me imagino por que vivo cerca de este lugar, que es un lugar muy de nicho para gente mayor y niños, conozco señoras que vienen a comer casi a diario y si vas chavo desentonas. Pero bueno, hasta aquí todo normal en mi opinión, pero el problema son LOS AMBULANTES. Ósea, entiendo que hay necesidad, pero es bien incómodo, para sitió turístico, contamos los ambulantes que llegaron en todo el rato y nos llegaron como 13, y la verdad no son muy amables algunos, y hasta sucios vienen. El ambiente es muy malo, recomendaría más solo comprar helado o así, por que comer ahí es muy incomodo y más cuando quieres una plática tranquila. Eso me decepcionó y tuvimos que irnos la verdad, por que si fue muy molesto detener la plática a cada rato

El servicio es bueno cuando no tienen mucha gente pero la relación costo calidad no me parece adecuada. Comí bien, más no rico o excepcional.

Como opción para comida corrida en la zona me parece buena, no es tan barata pero quedé satisfecha con lo que incluyó. Sugeriría una mejor atención al cliente porque, a pesar de que hubo un trato cordial, a veces uno se siente abandonado por los meseros, y ojalá que también pudieran hacer algún cambio en la decoración para darle más vida al sitio. Lo que sí me parece muy caro son las nieves sencillas.

Se tardaron mucho en tomarnos la orden y cuando lo hicieron fue a medias. Solo pedimos wafles, pastel y cafés y también se tardaron en llevarlos. Los wafles parecían piedras, estaban incomibles. No lo recomiendo, hay mejores lugares por el mismo precio. Además algo descuidado el lugar. Tiene fama de muy antaño pero sólo eso.

Decayó bastante... antes le tenia mucha fé al ir a comer ahí desde mucho tiempo; últimamente el servicio es pésimo... se tardan bastante en atenderte, pedí una sopa de tortilla la cual me supo a CLORO y para acabar tenia una miseria de tortillas cuando se supone que es una SOPA DE TORTILLAS. Es molesto que aun pagando por la comida y el servicio sea de esa manera.

Today I went to get takeout and the line was chaotic. I got in line at the entrance, but one of the girls working there told me the line was on the other side. She was rude to me when a man told her he had arrived earlier, which wasn't true. The girl told me I had to get in line again, even after I reminded her that she had told me to get in line on the other side, and then told me to leave the line. It was a bad experience because I like eating there. I hope they change their attitude and treat older people better.

Si no vas con adultos mayores NO VAYAS, porque no importa cuánto tiempo lleves esperando mesa o tu platillo, a los mayores los pasan y atienden antes. La comida está buena.

Jamás nos llevaron las cartas, estuvimos platicando un rato y no veíamos a nadie los meseros pasan viendo el piso y no voltean para nada, al pasar 15 min le hablamos a alguien que no nos habían traído las cartas y nos dijeron que ahorita las llevaban, pasaron otros 5-7 min y nada así que decidimos irnos. Es un pésimo servicio.

Nos ofrecieron comida completa y ya no habia espagueti, primero nos trajeron el plato fuerte y después las sopas. La comida espantosa, creo que solo se les quedó la "fama" porque es deplorable hasta el mobiliario, la mesa toda se mueve y pufff! Que experiencia tan fea, los meseros amables eso si pero nada más

Pésimo servicio. Las meseras son groseras y se tardan más de media hora en atender a los comensales. Además, se burlan de los clientes cuando les piden sus órdenes y se las dan a alguien más y una vez que te traen la comida te llevan platillos erróneos y para cambiarlos se tardan más tiempo. Además hoy fueron víctimas de malos tratos personas de la tercera edad y un niño menor de edad, esperen la denuncia con la profeco porque no es posible que traten así a personas que están pagando por un servicio. 👎

I was a regular customer at this place, but I had the worst experience I've ever had eating at a restaurant. As for the staff, I have no complaints whatsoever; the two girls who served were always very friendly, and they were excellent. The flavor, portion sizes, and service were, in my opinion, the best, which is why I bought food there at least once a month for my family. But, well, I found a cockroach in my sweet and sour chicken. It goes without saying, just be careful if you eat here. It's a huge disappointment since it used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. The situation didn't end badly, but they didn't give me a refund. They were kind enough to offer me more food, but that wasn't what I wanted after finding the cockroach in my meal. I understand that many bad people try to ruin restaurants by putting hair, flies, or whatever else on purpose, but I'm including these photos because you can clearly see that the cockroach is stuck to the chicken, covered in the sweet and sour sauce, literally cooked. It's up to each person to believe what I'm writing; I'm only doing this so you're careful. When it comes to health, we could be seriously risking our lives if we overlook certain things.

The food tastes good, but unfortunately, today I found a nail in my dessert, which left me with an unpleasant experience. 🤢🤮 For this reason, I'm giving it one star, due to poor hygiene. The service is poor; two girls serve you, but they are inattentive. The tables are not cleaned properly. I usually carry my disinfectant wipes, and that's when I realize they don't clean them properly, as dirt appears on the wipes. The buffet price is within the range. The atmosphere is average, and it's very noisy.

The lady with long black hair opens very late, almost an hour after the stated opening time. You ask her how long she'll be able to serve you in a friendly manner, and she answers arrogantly and despotically, feeling like she's doing you a favor by serving you, saying things like "it's not the only place you can go eat." She even got up from our table... Terrible service!

We certainly know that when it comes to buffets, restaurants do certain things to keep you from eating too much. Most give you Coca-Cola or water right from the start. As you can see in the picture, I left everything because of the three dishes I served, everything was so salty it made you sick of the food that I couldn't eat anymore. It was my most wasteful 135 pesos. I don't recommend it.
