Just got breakfast here this morning! The people there are so friendly and sweet and I barely had to wait in line! On top of the coffee being made to perfection and the food... Don't let me start! Chef Gordon ramsay would be proud. Love this location!
Me and some friends came here to take advantage of the 50 cent tacos. We got there and ordered probably 15 or 20 tacos and some fries. We received all tacos, and our fries fresh and warm. We did have to wait for them to make the tacos, but was well worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful, they did not judge us for ordering so many tacos. I will be going back to this place again for more tacos and fries. Plus their drink machine is amazing. Touch screen and you can select the soda, flavor, and ice all on the same screen.
Today the drive thru was extremely busy because Mc Donald's was closed for some reason. They had a new employee at the drive thru window and she looked very stressed out but a couple minutes later the shift manager came to the window with my order and a smile and apology. I told her that her and her staff were doing an excellent job and to keep up the good work.
Jasmine the manager of store is pleasant and the most hard working woman ..also her crew is on top of it ..they are doing Jack proud !!! And beyond the work ethic I see .the crew are friendly and just a pleasant place to visit for a quick bite or stay and chat a bit ..they love their customers ..and we luv them ...thanks for being a staple here in azle.
Just ordered the spicy chicken strip combo. AMAZINGLY SPICY! If you love spicy and fresh , you will appreciate this combo. The manager at drive thru is an absolute hoot! Very funny! I enjoyed her sense of humor!

I usually end up going there around 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday nights for every other Tuesday night depending on payday. The food's really good had never had problems about that. The number one thing is that late at night Whataburger and McDonald's will be full in the drive-thru and you see you can get through Jack in the box pretty quick so I'm all about that. How can you pass up bacon cheeseburgers? They have nuggets and chicken tenders. Hamburgers always a pretty good size.

My husband and I frequently go here and it doesn’t matter what time of day it is even at 1am the staff is so friendly and our food is always HOT and fresh and they’re so quick to correct their mistakes and apologize (which has only happen twice btw) out of all the fast food places in Azle I recommend this Jack In the Box

I ordered 2 curly fries, chicken nuggets for my grandson's. A garden crispy chicken salad. 3 apple juice. 2 orders of jumbo jack meal. Before I left I said I'm waiting for my other apple juice cuz I only had two. I got my bag of food thinking everything I ordered was in the bag I even asked her if everything was in the bag she said yes. So then I sat there for a minute or two they looked at me like what are you waiting on. I said I'm waiting for my drinks. She handed me one very little ice. I said one more well that drink didn't have any ice at all. Got home handed my grandsons and granddaughter got the bag that had my burgers for thought that had my burgers and fries needless to say needless to say my husband and I did not have the lunch I had ordered and paid for. I'm going to either get my money refunded why should I pay for something I ordered and didn't get. Or get my order I paid for..

I ordered 40 tacos and they got it out to me very quickly and were very nice about odd order. 10/10 team members.
This Jack In The Box is fast and friendly. I go drive thru most times and make it through the line quickly. The food is always correctly made (especially when I have picky eater requests) and cooked well.
So hit or miss in the past, but they've been doing a great job lately. No messed up orders since last summer, so that's great! Fast drive thru.
Update: I went in the next day and management made it right. I am a former fast food manager myself, and they did exactly what they are supposed to do. I'm giving this two stars until I talk to a manager tomorrow. Depending on how it's handles will determine further review. We went through the drive through, our order was read back to us more than once, we then get home (which is pretty far away since we live in the country) both bags are wrong. Nothing we paid for was in either bag. I called the store and they didn't even have a manager on duty, I had to talk to a shift lead that has no ability to authorize anything. I'll be going back tomorrow for a refund, or I'll be calling corporate.
Drive thru was was and convenient. Service was great. Order was complete, hot and fresh. Breakfast sandwich was much better than their competition across the street. Definitely going back.

The late night crew here use to be amazing, but last it has gone down hill. Last night no one was answering the drive thru intercom. I drove thru and there was the employee in the lobby asleep.- since I wrote this they have made sure there is enough staff at night big improvement
We live in Azle, but haven't eaten here in years because of the food and service. We had family come in town and they wanted JIB so we went here. Surprisingly, the food order was correct, hot and tasty. The service has improved. The drive thru (which we did not use) was long as usual. We may return after this experience.
Food was cold but the ladies working this location seemed short staffed and overwhelmed. Most places are these days. Seems they did the best they could.

This place is pretty meh. Not fantastic food, a little bit below average if you ask me. The outside is usually either totally disgusting or an at least a little gross. The inside gives a real grimy feel. But the people they hire are always super friendly! Love their employees attitudes!
We went through the drive-thru this evening and ordered some food for dinner. 4 meals, Stuffed Jalapeños, and TACOS!, but when we got home and pulled out our tacos from their wrapper, they were nothing but shell. There was a medium size brown spot where the meat should have been, a bunch of lettuce in the taco, and a sad corner piece of cheese, so basically NOTHING! Not trying to cast shade on the night crew, but just because things get slow, doesn't mean you should slack off on the quality of the food. This was unacceptable 😤! Don't get me wrong, the rest of our food was good, which is why I gave the 3 star rating. Just please do better next time!
Great food, but the place recently changed ownership and the staff is not as courteous or prompt. Dine in can sometimes take 20 minutes to get your food even though there is no one in the place. Often the floors and tables are not clean. Old staff and owners managed the place much better.

Ordered our food made it home and saw we were missing items and they were out of curly fries and offered us fries after thinking about it fries are standard where curly ones cost extra could have offered onion rings or jalapeño poppers. Missing an egg roll and jalapeño popper side. Not the first time missing items.

I give them a three only because their staff is usually friendly and try hard to do there job. That being said they almost always forget something in my order and it takes a while to get your food whether you go the drive thru or go inside. If you do however go inside it takes even longer to get your order. That's even if you have to go inside and get what they forgot in your order from the drive thru. They do try though just seems like they are always under staffed.
Definitely DO NOT expect a burger that's ANYTHING like pictured on the menu... visually, they're maybe 1/3 the size and disappointing. The sourdough jack used ro be my FAVE... now it's tiny, short on ingredients and DRY. ☹️
I made a mobile order and mistakenly forgot to schedule it for a later pickup. It's 1:45, and I don't need it until 4:45. The order was for 20 tacos. I called within 4 minutes of the order going through and the manager refused to let me schedule it for later. I told her that wasn't very accommodating, and that they could just keep it because I don't want tacos that are going to be 3 hours old. She told me to have the day I deserve.
I go here about 2-4 times a week for early breakfast. The hashbrowns are almost always stuck to the wrapper and VERY oily, and a lot of the time burn/hard. The ultimate sausage sandwich is great ( the main reason for the repeat visits and the iced coffee is USUALLY on point. Drive through is most often very slow, so give yourself at least 15 minutes for this stop. All and all its worth it MOST of the time
I was told about the chain while at a rest area, and was told their burgers were good. But prior to that I have never heard of Jack in the Box before this visit. The lady in charge when I was there seemed new to managing a restaurant. The person taking the order seemed really new. Taking that into account though I was not impressed at all. The restaurant was clean inside, along with the men's restroom. I ordered a burger with only mayonnaise instead of ketchup or mustard. Unfortunately it took forever (close to 7 minutes) for my food to get made, and it was only mustard. The person that took my order did apologize and got a second sandwich made to replace it. The young man (order taker) was talking to me apologizing again after getting my sandwich remade when the lady in charge came over and interrupted him talking to me and just said go do (I don't know but make something for a different customer) even though the young man was trying to make sure my meal was correct now. The lady in charge just looked at me then went away also. It just made me feel like I don't care if your food is correct or not. Before my food was made, I was given a cup to get my drink. I was able to get my drink but could not find straws. I tried to get the lady in charge's attention to get some more because they were out in the customer area, but she only looked at me twice while bagging food for the drive through and never acknowledged me. I know all people have bad days, get overwhelmed, or something. I don't want to sound like "don't ever stop there" but the only good part to me was the fact that I could tell the young man was new and was really trying to do the best her could. The quality of the food was ok, such as no brown lettuce etc. The sandwich (both the original and the remake) were room temperature. The fries were a mixed bag of curly and normal fries completely cold. So in conclusion for my first visit ever to a Jack in the Box, I am going to go to someplace else the next time even though the young man and only contact with anyone (others were there but never talked to me at all, and only looked at me) tried to do, what I suspect was the limits of the training he received and was great, the overall experience was sub par though.
Very slow. Went through the drive through, two autos in front of me one of which was already at the window. 20 minutes for the first car 5 minutes for the 2nd car. They started working on my order when I got to the pickup window. Was not a lot of customers inside but a lot of employees milling around not doing anything. The milkshake machine is always broken.
This joint is out of control. The food was cold but yet it took over 15 minutes to get it. The lobby was disgusting. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in hours. The prep area, from what I could see, was just as bad. I can only imagine what the cook area looked like. The employees were not at all interested in customer service.
While they may be pretty slow in getting things out quickly, I think they tried real hard and was pretty apologetic. They had 3 employees for tonight. I gave them a "hands up" for their efforts! Seemed to lift their spirits.
Me and my step daughter came here tonight January 6th at 8:30 p.m. long wait to order food, and to get our food. The three girls that was working didn’t really seem to care about their customers. They were all laughing and chatting it up while my food sat there getting cold before the lady at the window handed it to me. Fries cold, cluck sandwich not enough sauce, looked slipped together. Ordered 2 pattie melts. Both the burger was like cardboard. Very dry with no flavor. The way the cheese was melted into the burger and ketchup absorbed into the bun it was apparent the pattie melts had been kept in a hotbox or microwaved a few times. Won't be going there again for awhile.
Came thru the drive thru last night, acknowledged that my order had 10piece nuggets, and TRUSTED that it was in my bag. Upon arriving home 15 minutes away I found that it was not in my bag, and all day when I called to speak to someone about it I was either immediately sent to voicemail or left to sit with the phone ringing all the way to voicemail. I just want what I paid for.
I love the eggrolls at Jack-in-the-Box, and I buy them here regularly. However, today the order was absolutely disgusting. One eggroll was barely lukewarm, one eggroll was actually cold, and the third was saturated with grease as if it had been sitting in a vat of grease for some time. Deeply disappointed that I did not get fresh food but lesson learned as I will check my order from now on before leaving.

Walked in. Short staff. Should of put sign on door and closed dine in. Waited for someone to take my order. I left without ordering. Suggestion: when I was a regional manager I would pull non-essential staff from other locations to run that establishment, so service was not lacking. I don't know how you coordinate with other stores but working together does work.
Stood at the counter for 5+ minutes and noone took my order, employee stood feet from the counter on their phone, never once looked at me. Do customers need to ask for service now. What happen to "Welcome to blank , may i take your order".

Slowest drive thru I have ever been to. I know everyone is short handed but this is a bit much. Sitting at the speaker for almost 10minutes without anyone even acknowledging you there. We would love to just drive off but once you are stuck in the line there is no way out. Wont make this mistake again. No more Jack in the Box for us.
Ordered on door dash at 631 pm. Dasher arrived at 644pm. Dasher is still there now. It's 723pm food has still not been prepared. Came here to read reviews & it's the same thing on here. This place sucks now. They open when the manager finally shows up in the morning definitely not at 6 when they r soppose to open. We went for lunch yesterday and payed 25.00 for 1 jumbo jack just burger and 2 ultimate burgers and 2 large fries with no drinks. No soft drinks , no cups and could only get large fries. They still charged full amount. Not my favorite place anymore i guess hello mcdonalds.
I placed an order online with a delivery service once my driver got there she was told they were out of a lot of things my food got to me cold and it looked like it was cooked in old oil I don’t blame my driver she did a fantastic job I blame the restaurant
Every time we get jack n the box in azle delivered they get our orders wrong. There are six of us so I know our order is a little more than just the average order but we deserve to get what we ordered just like anybody else. I never go through the hassle of trying to get it corrected and I don't feel like I should have to.
Stopped by at 8am and tried to go into the dining room to order my food. A worker did not even get up when I knocked on the locked door. She just waved her finger in a motion to use the drive through, I guess? I had a loaded vehicle and could not go through the drive through. Luckily chic fi la was open for business and I was able to go in and eat. I wish this restaurant would just close completely so I would not waste my time trying to eat there.
This is legitimately, one of the slowest fast food experiences there is at this location. If you’re going through the drive thru, be prepared to sit anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. Doesn’t matter the time of day. After you’re done waiting 45 minutes for 4 tacos, you can enjoy them at a room temperature and made at the lowest standards.
I waited at this jack in the box for over 30 minutes for curly fries and 2 sweet teas. I get home (which is 2 minutes away) and the fries are cold as hell and the sweet teas are disgusting and barely sweet at all. Such a waste of my money and took too much time.
Update 11/11/22... That didn't last long. I went in and two young girls behind counter just stood there talking to themselves. It took just over 5 minutes before I was asked if they could help me. There is no hope for this place. Update from year ago. Today 10/16/22.... I finally went back after bad experience after bad experience. They have really stepped it up today. Looks like mainly all new staff. They were very busy so food took a little longer but they were very apologitic and friendly. They even offered a free dessert. Good job y'all. I will be going back. This goes along with the review before this one saying they lock the doors at 7 pm. I was there at approximately 9:45 am. I went to go inside and the doors were locked. No sign on door. I see a person at the drive thru window. I knock loudly at the door for a good 5 minutes. Finally someone looks at the door and points to go around. I get up to the window and ask why door locked. They didn't have enough employees I'm told. I ask why no sign, I'm told they didn't have time. The employee was rude the entire time. It was the manager.
It took 25 minutes to get to the pay window. That's just crazy 😧.And there's no way to leave, your just stuck, not good enough food for that long wait.the guy at the window was super nice tho. Worst jack in the box around fort worth. I work food service and this establishment is very sad, while I do not expect 4 or 5 star service at a jack in the box or fast food generally, this location is always dirty inside and out, food is okay, speed of service terrible always 15-20min, order accuracy always have atleast 1 thing missing or made wrong, and to top it off the "owner" who constantly replys to all of these reviews doesn't seem to care nor do much about their restaurant. The staff needs proper training and someone who is going to actually hire some what quality people. When you see a commercial about jack in the box you see excitement and what looks to be a great environment, but here...cooprate need to shut this place down or do a good refresh and clean out if the staff maybe even the owner?... good luck if you attempt this place.
So I was very dissatisfied with the costumer service here we went to jack in the box around 1:30 last Saturday morning and the guy working the drive-thru had troubles hearing our order then decided to refuse any service all together & told us to leave the premises as we were leaving the premises two workers ran outside throwing up they're hands as if they had wanted to fight,I was extremely confused with this kind of costumer service behaviour I don't feel as if it's unacceptable I just wanted a box of cheese fries,Jack your employees are way out to box man! Really upsetting this is my favourite fast food restaurant,i probably won't attend this one anymore!
Never have there lights on in the middle of the night. They don’t turn on there open sign so don’t ever know if they are open at night. They claim on doordash and their website they stay open 24hrs and they allow you to still order food while they aren’t open. Can’t keep a staff and it’s on going with the 18yr that don’t care about there job or respect the place they work for. I’ve gone here hundreds of times over the years and I can always say for certain, it’s a hit or miss with your food, if you don’t check it on the spot you’ll definitely be missing something. They fake there drive three times aswell and make you wait in the parking lot for Suzy to get off the phone. Terrible place to get food from like usual
I had to wait forever for someone to take my order. The employees would look at me but not take my order. Twice this week I have tried to make an order at the azle location, Sunday went to drive thru and there was a sign that said grill is out no breakfast or burgers. Today tried to order breakfast sandwiches with sausage and was told they were out of sausage. Some one needs to get this store updated. Losing lots of business.
The absolute worst service I have ever received from a fast food place. As I was ordering in the drive through the person on the other side was rushing me through, when I went to pay he then snatched my card out of my hand. I was willing to let that go on account of a bad day but when I got home I realized they forgot some of my food. I called to speak to the manager and the call was very muffled as though someone was standing outside in the rain which it just happened to be raining at the time. I couldn’t hear the person who answered and had to ask multiple times if this was the right number and then they got an attitude and very rudely said YES IT IS and then hung up on me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Edit- I came back to try and give this place another try. The service has slightly improved but they were out of a lot of menu items. Between Food and Drink items the options were limited.
This place was really dirty. Honestly I understand if places are busy its hard to keep up on lobby however at 245 pm there was literally only us in the lobby. Nobody in drive through, and the place was dirty. Every table was dirty, no napkins in dispenser anywhere, no ice. 3 of the drinks we had from the machine tasted weird. The machine itself was filthy. We just threw our drinks away. Bathrooms were filthy.Everybody working just wandering around. I won't come back here.
Waited almost an hour.. yes 55 mins in the drive thru only to get cold soggy food and to see workers acting like they weren’t busy with a line to the parking lot. I get being busy at lunch but if I am gonna wait an hour I would at least hope it’s hot and fresh
We got 2 taco they were terribly greasy and my chocolate shake was vanilla and was the worst. The shake was watery and to much whip cream. The taco meat was like the taste of cardboard with lots of grease. Ordered a burger with cheese and they didn't even get it right for 8 dollars my dog wouldn't eat it...
I really try to be understanding with food service issues because I also work in food service but this location seems to always have some kind of issue. The employees for the most part are always nice however this is the third time I have had to reach out to corporate (something I literally never do). On 10/20/2022 I mobile ordered 15 minutes ahead, when I arrived I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru only to get told at the window they couldn't find my order and I had to park. I waited another 5 minutes more to get my food. The employees were all very polite and apologized however 30 minutes for fast food is a bit ridiculous.
Will not order from here again. I ordered 2 packs of mini tacos, I was greeted by a rude employee when I told her my name she looked at me and pointed to my food. I got in my car and noticed I didn't get any sauce either so I asked for some. I got home and was so disappointed in my food. My tacos looked like they were cooked a hour ago they were soggy. The fries I ordered as well were stale and hard. My wife also found random bits of chicken in her taco box Worst location
It’s never clean inside. Workers are always playing around while food takes an unreasonable amount of time. I have never been here and got my food in less than 10 minutes. It always takes close to half an hour. I try to avoid this location. Update: just got my chicken sandwich. They forgot the Swiss cheese. And it was extra sloppily put together.
Every single time....without fail they will find a way to mess your order up. Even when you think they got it right after checking the bags you'll get home just to realize they forgot your wife's curly fries. You'd be better served going to Walmart and getting all the ingredients to make it yourself. Don't spend your money here
They didn't get any of our order right. They said they were out of bacon but no discount. Ordered an ultimate cheeseburger just meat & cheese. All I got was meat & mayo, no cheese. When I went back they said they were out of cheese but my husbands burger had cheese. They were rude, told them we come here all the time & that my husband doesn't want to go back ever. They just shrugged their shoulders & said oh well.
Tacos were cold jalapeños were soggy. The soda was good. I had to wait for my order as if they were cooking it.
Can't even make change. Ordered 2 burgers at 15.79. Gave the Girl 20.79. She gives Me back 4.21. I'm like Come on lady.that's wrong. She was clueless. Then 2 ladies can't get the Drawers open to make good on our transaction. I got the Burgers let em keep the dollar. Still not one napkin in the bag n it took forever. Come on Jack in the Box. Get some People who can at least count.
30 minutes in the drive through. Get home order was wrong. Guy at the window not very friendly. Food was cold. Never had a lettuce taco before. Double smash burger came as a single. No bacon. That’s the toughest part. I mean who doesn’t like bacon.
I asked for Powerade and the lady at the drive thru gave me orange soda.
Went to use women’s restroom. filthy. Hair, poop, and blood on the toilet seat. Are they washing their hands? Makes me afraid to even ask.
I’ve given this restaurant multiple chances, but my order is wrong almost every time. Whether it’s missing items or incorrect food, it’s very frustrating. The food itself is good when they get it right, but the consistency just isn’t there. This time they managed to get my entire order wrong.
Order tonight for my husband and I. We both got burgers that should have involved bacon. However, neither came with it period our fries were not satisfactory as well being a mix of both curly and regular fries.
Went by yesterday for a couple meat lovers burritos. Thank you so much for giving me food that you made an hour or two prior to my arrival. Not only were they old and cold, the egg was so overcooked it was disgusting. Honestly, these were the worst meat lovers burritos I've ever had. Serving fast food is probably one of the simplest things a person can do, yet you folks fail every time I come here. The quality of food from a couple of other Jack in the Box locations that I occasionally go to is just outlandishly higher than the garbage you continuously serve. That's the reason why I come by here maybe once every 2 years, and I'm sure it's going to be two more years before I visit this location again.
I've gone by this particular Jack in the box three or four different times in the morning and I was told oh sorry our systems are updating right now we currently can't take any orders as I see the employees standing inside playing on their phones as I leave the drive-thru. Seems odd to me that Jack in the box has a system that won't allow them to operate only in the mornings when the employees don't want to do any work. Went by there one more time this morning December 18th and shocker I was told the systems are down and can't currently take any orders. That will be the last time for me. Someone needs to get a grip on this place.
Let me state this firstly: I don't expect 5 star food. What I do expect is FAST food that is DECENT. Let me explain. Our Order: The $10 combo & Kids Meal Wait: We waited about 15-20 minutes for our food. Meanwhile the young lady in the photo checked her phone 13 times. Not just checked, she would text, watch and more. At some points just drinking her drink and texting on her phone. Phone Usage: I'm not one who hates phones. But there is a time and a place. Working at the window is not the time or place. The employee had been on her phone 13 times while I was at the window, typing, watching and whatever else. Not only is this unprofessional it is irritating when we are waiting 15+ minutes just for the food. On top of that the germs on a phone. I've worked in some nasty jobs so germs don't get to me BUT phones are dirtier THAN TOILETS stated scientist. The fact she would use her phone then make my drink then use her phone go grab something else. The amount of cross contamination is gross and could be harmful to someone with a specific allergy. This was the worst part of the phone being touched every couple seconds. It is gross to think of. Food: As i stated before, I do not expect 5 star food but I do expect decent food. Upon receiving our order we had cold fries, cold onions rings, a burnt chicken sandwich and all of our food was DOUSED in hot sauce. Some of it was so bad ( and I'm not one for spicy food) I just threw it away due to the overwhelming spice. I didn't read that the burger or tacos had hot sauce but they sure did when we got them. Overall very upset and grossed out at both the employees and the food.
