A quiet supermarket, not too big but not too small either. Easy and close parking, helpful clerks, and average prices. You won't find everything, but if you need to do your daily shopping, it's more than enough. I like it.

The supermarket has recently been renovated, is clean and tidy, and is always sparsely crowded. Prices are quite high. The food is good. The supermarket also has a snack bar where you can grab lunch.

Only the offers are cheap; the rest are high and out of line with the competition. Nothing exceptional! Unfortunately, I must add one more negative note regarding the receipts issued at the checkout. Often, the prices listed on the product aren't maintained at the checkout, and I've found myself having to dispute the issued receipt. Could it be an unintended, random occurrence, or is there something wrong, to the detriment of the customer who doesn't check what they're paying for? Who knows!!!

Nice supermarket, albeit very expensive. I gave it two stars because I don't know if the little sign above the checkout counters about giving priority to pregnant women is there for advertising or to be looked at to maintain the message. I'm nine months pregnant, so my belly is quite visible, and I'm also holding a pack of salami. There was a huge line in front of me, even an Italmark employee who had obviously just finished her shift and was shopping (I could tell she was wearing a white polo shirt with "I'll be right there" written on it). Both the employee in front of me and the cashier saw me, but evidently, since they're in Italy, they preferred to ignore me anyway. This is already the fifth time this has happened!! It's quite hilarious!!

Italmark is nice, but there are a lot of things that don't work as they should. Let's start with the bread counter. If you want some pre-packaged snacks, they're already packaged, so you can't choose the flavor you want! The coffee section is awful. You're practically in the middle of the aisles, and people with carts practically brush past you! In the plants and greens section, there are never any prices on anything, and you have to keep going to the checkout to ask the price. The cured meats and cheese section: never buy cheeses on sale; they almost always go stale; after just one day, you'll find them covered in mold. Let's go to the meat section, with terrible quality and crazy prices. They only discount meat by 50% when it turns black, therefore inedible (even my dog ​​refuses!!). Then, it would be enough to put it on sale a few days before at a reasonable price rather than throwing everything away (SUCH A WASTE). The book and toy section is chaotic, you can't understand anything! Lastly, we get to the checkout, truly a pain every time! Cashiers chat as if they were at a bar and there's no line that even extends into the aisles. I've been to other Italmark stores where I'm very happy, but this one is truly subpar in every way!

The fruit and vegetables at the Azzano store are of poor quality, and other products often appear stale. I bought two punnets of strawberries yesterday for more than 3.50 each, and had to throw them away today. You can't sell items at exorbitant prices and sell them as rotten goods. Update 7/28/25. Health and hygiene standards should be respected; the bread department doesn't seem to have learned the ropes. They use black gloves for everything, from cleaning with a sponge and detergent to going out into the aisles to move packages and serving bread with the same gloves. If you point this out to them, they even become rude. Obviously, it's to no avail, they continue to operate this way.
