If you're looking for Tex-Mex with bold flavors, definitely try Del Fuego! My partner and I went for an early dinner. I ordered the combo fajita and she ordered the Fuego Burger. Both were outstanding in taste and presentation. The fries were some of the best I have had. The grilled vegetables in the fajitas were cooked perfectly with just a little crunch to them. My partner raved on the burger. I gobbled down my fajitas...nom nom nom. Pics of the chips and salsa (we were a little hungry), the fajita plate, indoor shots, and the outdoor front.

Consistent good food. Good service, Wait staff are always on top of their tables. They give you delicious chips and salsa free on the table for appetizer. Many drink options, I would recommend getting a margarita.

I had the lunch special of 3 brisket taco and it comes with black beans and rice. It was delicious. My husband had the pull pork burrito, he said it's good but my brisket taco tasted better. Today Wednesday its half price wings. Had the mango and the Chipotle both were good. Guacamole for our chips was good also. Service was great and the atmosphere was nice. Would visit again.

Great food and service. It is a very friendly place. The salsa, with the chips, has a different flavor than the usual salsa and is really good. I had the Mango BBQ sauce on a chicken quesadilla, and it is the best sauce I have had in a long time.The Buffalo chicken burrito was delicious. I will definitely go back. The entrance is a little weird, but don't let that discourage you; once inside, it will be great.

Maybe it was because today was President's Day..took a while for our hostess to get to us. And we were in a completely different section..So it felt like we were forgotten.. I ended up sleeping awaiting the food.

My salad was wonderful and delicious but the cheese dip and the salsa was nothing like I’ve had at any other Mexican restaurant. I don’t know if it was a difference in culture tastes because I’m from the south or what. We did have good service and the atmosphere was as expected.

Overall, this is a solid place for Tex-Mex food. The complementary chips and salsa were great, I liked that the salsa had a little kick of spice. I had two margaritas- one spicy and one regular. They were okay. It was great that they had a wide selection of salsas next to each table. However, at ours I saw one was expired and some were too faded to see the full exoneration date. I had the buffalo chicken taco, fish taco and a shrimp taco. The tacos were okay. The fries were tasty and fresh. The hostess was great, our server was a bit sub par, not rude but also not the friendliest by any means. Overall, not bad and the prices were decent.

It was average but after reading all the hype and at that price point should have been better. The chips and salsa came out right away. Waited 10 minutes for our drinks, two house margaritas and a flight of tequila. Good guacamole dip, good quesadilla. The Chimichanga terrible, a lot of melted cheese with some bits of pork served with small amount of cold rice.

We visited Del Fuego on Saturday night 2/10/18. It was busy when we got there so we waited for our table in the bar area. I ordered a margarita on the rocks with salt and Lahna ordered a margarita but asked for vodka instead of tequila. The bartender seemed confused by my request at first, but pulled it off because the drink came out good. We were seated and greeted by our waitress who was friendly and mildly attentive. We snacked on the housemade chips and salsa while we looked at the menu. The chips were fresh and the salsa was delicious! I would’ve been happy just drinking margaritas and eating chips and salsa all night. For entrees, Lahna ordered the lobster quesadilla. She really enjoyed it and I thought it was good as well. I ordered a taco trio, consisting of a pork taco, beef taco and fish taco. They were good but not great. The roasted corn salsa tasted like it came out of a frozen bag. The regular salsa was bland lacked lime and cilantro. The proteins seemed under seasoned. Nothing seemed to pop. Again, it was good, but not great. Best part of the meal we’re the margaritas and salsa.

Del fuego is usually really amazing but I recently got take out (avocado BLT wrap) and it was awful. I’ve had the avocado BLT wrap before and it’s one of my favorite things on the menu but this time I received a falling apart wrap almost exclusively large pieces of lettuce. There was only a few small pieces of tomato, an uncut slice of bacon, and a bit less than a half of an Avocado. They didn’t have the cucumber wrap and there was little to no flavor besides lettuce drenched in ranch. I know that the menu has changed but this is such a disappointing substitute.

This place will start you on your journey to type 2 diabetes. There is sugar in virtually everything for no apparent purpose. I asked our cheerful server why everything was so sweet and he said the cook was Dominican and that's how he likes his food 🙄. The burgers might be OK, but the Mexican food is a hard pass.

Beautiful restaurant. My sister and I had spicy guacamole and chips which didn’t taste like guacamole. We both had the taco trio. Fried Magi Mahi, Grilled Shrimp, Chicken, Fries, Beans & Rice. Food was not good at all. Fries were ok chips was the best part of our dinner. Margarita was good. I wouldn’t come back here unless you going for drinks alone. No flavor at all. Even presentation of the taco and guacamole was poor

This place was soo bad and experience for shitty food. First of all the bartenders barely say a word to you but talk about their life plans amongst each other while giving you feel bad for interrupting their conversation . The food was terrible !!! The jalapeño bacon wrapped appetizer was horrible. Save your cash or just go to swell taco!
