Best burger and chicken tenders I've ever had! The burgers are made to order, and the tenders are freshly hand breaded... we waited about 10 minutes for the order, but it's worth it.

Nice gem off the freeway in Baker Ca, clean restrooms, several food choices to pick from. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely stop there when passing threw the area.

Omg found this place in baker,ca while on my way to sin city. Saw the sign, pulled in and had not 1 but 3 count them ice cold root beers in the tall frosty mugs and drank till i was full. Then i had a pappa burger combo. Bought the mug, went home and set that frosty mug up on the shelf in my freezer for my own frosty mug of suds.

Their systems were down but they recovered smoothly through the minor chaos. Food was excellent, burgers and chicken tenders and root beer shake was good. Not float, I got the root beer shake. 😉

For a truck stop atmosphere it works friendly staff and fairly quick service. It's a shame a&w has turned into this from an awesome carhop. Sonic is proving there is still a need. Please go back to the car hop days A&W

Food was good basic fast food fare. If your eating inside your gonna be seated inside the beer section so thats a cool experience if youve ever wanted to do that. If your not gonna order a a&w made fresh there, why are you here?

The food was fresh and hot. The only thing that bothered me was that their debit card machine froze but it said my transaction went through but they said it didn't so I had to pay at another register. I just have to check my bank statement to make sure I didn't get charged $55 dollars twice for our order. Other than that, we enjoyed our meal.

The root beer float of course was delicious. I ordered hand battered chicken strips and onion rings. The food was made to order and served hot. However the food tasted stale. I held onto it for the next 2 hours drive home then gave to my German shepherd. He absolutely loved them and gave them 5 stars. I only can give a 3 at best.

Let me start by saying the onion rings are trash, the burgers edible, the So called Root Beer out of their fountain dispenser is not A&W Root Beer by the least. Any regular Burger and french fries you'll be okay.
