They gave us great service, were very polite and our orders came out as ordered. Despite all of the restrictions placed on restaurants at this time they Didi a great job The place was super clean, hand sanitizer was used by the staff and customers. My food was hot and freshly made.

Yo, check this out, man! I'm chillin' in the Whataburger drive-thru, right? And this chick behind me starts honkin' and givin' me the finger 'cause I'm takin' too long to order. Like, relax, lady! I'm tryin' to figure out if I want a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit or a Double Meat Whataburger. It's a tough decision, yo! So, she finally gets her food, and I ask the cashier what she ordered. Why? 'Cause I'm a generous dude, that's why! I pay for her meal, just to mess with her head a little bit. She gets to the next window, lookin' all crazy, 'cause the cashier told her I paid for her food. She's probably thinkin', "What kinda weirdo is this guy?" I love it! I can just see her in the rearview mirror, tryin' to avoid eye contact. But wait, there's more! When I get to the last window, I show the assistant both my receipt and her receipt. I take her food too, 'cause I paid for it, man! It's mine, fair and square. Now she gotta go back to the start of the line and wait even longer. She's gonna learn today, yo! She's gonna learn to chill out and stop honkin' at people.

This was the best dinner ever. Had a about $10 dollars in my pocket and a nice lady offered to pay the difference for mine and my husband's meal. We feel extremely grateful and would enjoy coming to this Checkers again.

The gentleman that took our order was nice but seemed a bit rushed to have me complete my order. However, everything was fresh and burgers were made exactly how I requested!! I did request the shakes come out with our food even though they did not it was okay wanted my boys to eat most of their food first anyway. I will say, I agree with my son, MS. ERICA YOU ARE AMAZING!! I approached the counter just to ask for them and she took the time to bring them to our table with straws. I truly appreciated that. We enjoyed our Sunday evening meal and the kind staff. The restaurant inside was clean and everyone around us seemed to enjoy their meals as well.

This location deserves five out of five stars! Our burgers were cooked to perfection! The employee who brought our food named Samantha, (hopefully, I got her name right) was very nice and attentive. We asked her if we could have an extra tray with a liner to place our burgers on. She was very willing and provided it to us which was greatly appreciated. Also, she asked us if we needed any Fancy or Spicy Ketchup for our fries and she gave just enough ketchup packs for all three of us. Overall, we had an excellent experience and this location is highly recommended!

I love this Whataburger located on Fredericksburg Dr and Crossroads Blvd. I already love them but last night they really amazed me. It was 8/8 they were selling Whataburgers for 75 cents. It was truly a mad house inside. And thats not to mention the drive thru. Double drive thru lanes were full, inside I think they were at capacity. I got there at 6:30, put my order in for 4 burgers. I was truly amazed to walk out of there by 7:00. As busy as they were everyone managed to keep at very positive attitude. All of us could stand to be that why. GREAT JOB KEEP IT UP !!!!!

Darn, such a rainy day today. I drove up to the drive thru 4502 Fredericksburg Rd Whataburger and try to order. It was pouring rain and trying to yell out the order. I wasn't sure if the female heard it. No response back. So we drove up and no one by the drive window. So I knocked on the window not knowing the order was taken. So the employee short Hispanic lady heard me knocking on the window and stated " who or someone banging on the window" I'm not dealing with that woman! This location does not offer a senior discount. Why is that? The girl at the counter went to ask the manager.

Food was good. Service was eh. We had a small order but yet everyone that came after us got theirs so we had to actually go ask for our order. Then asked an employee if she could grab the rest of our order. She said yes. Went behind the counter and did nothing lol so got up to ask for our stuff. Manager looks like he hates life.

Overall food was ok. Customer service a bit off. I had to wait at the counter for a joke to be told to co-workers so cashier could take my order. Other than that it was ok. Today was much better. Burger made correctly. Employees for the most part were busy and friendly. Another day another disappointment. Rude cashier and had an attitude. Tried to cover it up but failed. I will avoid this location from now on.

The drive-thru line always takes forever. But when they screw up your food order all you gotta do is go inside and let them know, and they never hesitate to correct whatever issues there are with your order. Also the late night semi truck that delivers the food parks horribly and you can NEVER get past him to get to the drive-thru. They need to have the delivery driver park just a little bit farther forward so you can actually order through the drive-thru.

I honestly wasn't going to complain considering I had great customer service at the drive thru window. I ordered pancakes w/sausage. The sausage, great. The pancakes...tasted like onions and hamburger, I could tell the cook didn't scrape the grill prior to putting the pancakes on...there was residue of burger was on the pancakes. My platter top was cracked. I got syrup all over the place before I realize the bottom part was effected as well. My late night pancakes craving did not end well.

Employees seemed over worked. Usually when we go to What a burger our food is brought to us but all they did was called out the number. Also they seemed bothered by customers. I'm sorry but it seems Whataburger is going downhill. It's bad enough everything is over priced but to stop doing the little things to justify paying more are deteriorating. Sad really. It has been 46 years since I first went to Whataburger as a child. It was always the little things that mattered.

I usually have excellent service at this location. How ever yesterday I went to the drive through and ordered one combo- burger, fries,and drink and sat in line for 15 minutes. It was 10:00 am. Two cars in line, so after breakfast and before lunch rush. No apology for the wait. Many times they throw in extra fries because of the wait ,but not this time. The guy in front of me was handed one bag,so he didn't order much either.

It is whatabuger better that McDonald's and Burger King. Only issue I have is that the drive through moves kind of slow. I spent like 15 minutes and the line of cars was not all that long. I think most drive throughs could take lessons from how Chick fil a does it.

The only positive I have to say experience here was just hot and fresh fries although it was 2 am that probably had something to do with it other than that I didn't enjoy the nasty burger I was given. The service from Dezyrae was absent-minded and took a minute for her to snap that she was working before she decided to approach me for an order when I ordered a meal that's a medium fries and a medium drink was given a small cup-like I a child lady I'm a grown man I don't understand why I was given a kids cup. The drunk ladies behind me wouldn't stop they're laughter and snickering otherwise I might have tried for a medium cup I just wanted to be done with the entire visit at that point idk if the lady at the register was on drugs or what but she was barely there and appeared to be at a punk rock Concert. Unfortunately, I thought I might let the restaurant know of the awful burger I had that night over the phone the next day which wasn't worth my time just more time wasted with the people at this location the manager could've cared less and just basically was like okay whatever after I told her my burger wasn't at all up to par and I was disappointed with nothing to eat. Basically I didn't like this location's employees or service but it could've just been a rough weekend or maybe they don't like me idk try finding out yourself this had been just my unfortunate time

Have been going to this location for a while now & have never had any complaints but tonight my husband picked up an order & I had no onion rings and it clearly says on my receipt I ordered them. Then my burger looked like everything was just thrown in it, and not to mention the amount of mustard that was put in my Whataburger Jr. It just looked messy. 😠Had to go through my salad and pick out all the brown spoiled pieces as well.

I’ve been here probably a different day of the week in the span of the last few months, hoping a certain day is a better day but no luck. i’m not sure if this location is better in the day time or if night time is where they lack urgency. I place online orders hoping it will be faster and easier for the employees but it’s never that simple. I’m always sitting in line for almost an hour whenever i come to this location. I wish I was exaggerating. I’ve worked in fast food before but tonight felt like my last straw to coming to this location. I was told to wait and they would be with me in a minute. We sat at the speaker for almost 20 minutes. We only waited so long bc we assumed they were clearing the line. Mind you, it wasn’t a long line but I don’t know what’s going on inside so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. All that time waiting and we decided to just drive up bc we had placed our order at 11 20 and it was already about to be midnight. We drove up to the window and they still made us wait even longer. Maybe whataburger is different from other places for why my order was not ready after making us sit at the speaker then sit at the window. They’re always slow here every day of the week and I’ve tried to be forgiving but I needed to leave a review

Ordered the sweet and spicy bacon burger, which is my go to when I go to any Whataburger and it was horrible. There was barely any bacon, the onions were all in just one spot and the mustard was excessive to the point where it overpowered the rest of the flavor. Staff had a "I don't care attitude". I will be avoiding Whataburger for now on.

Extremely long wait times. Make sure you fill up your gas tank. Sat in line for 20 minutes before getting to the microphone to place order, then i Sat in front of the microphone for 12 minutes without being greeted. Called the store to let them know they had 4 cars in line and nobody was greeting me on the intercom and the store picked up and hung up the phone 3 times in a row. I have to drive pretty far just to eat here. I've never had experiences this poor at any other wataburger. This is the third trip I've made here and 3 of my experiences where very very very long wait times day or night seems to always be super super slow on service.

She continued to be rude till the end. Not the quality of customer service one should project.

We were almost done and a lady pulls up she gets out approaches us and said we got tables inside, I tell her oh we know but it's to cold in there, before I could take a breath she told us are yall Vagrants, I said no then she asked if that was my car which was directly in front of us, in the handicap space. This location has lost its edge. We find ourselves com in g less and less because the food doesn’t taste the same and to top it off they get the order wrong 3 out of 5 visits. Final straw today. Ordered the usual #2 them get home and there’s a single patty. It’s not even worth calling I’m because one shouldn’t have to do that. The order should be correct each and every time. This Whataburger location needs some serious help. Loved in this are for about 4 years now and in that time this location has only gone downhill. I regularly have my order messed up, miss heard, not re-read. It’s like they aren’t trained on how whatameals work and forget to ask what the person would like to drink most of the time. Staff in restaurants like this turn over regularly so it must be a management problem. I will not be giving my business to this location anymore. I went to this location for the last time tonight when I asked for bacon on my burger only not to get it. The ketchup that was read back, missing from the bag. This is only the latest in a long line of issues had over the past year.

After several minutes, he came back and told me that there was an issue. For some reason, the ticket for my order said 11:25AM, but I ordered at 10:51AM for pickup between 11:10-11:15AM. I had to call customer service for a refund and am waiting for it. I get the impression that the cashier manually put in the order for 11:25AM after receiving it from the app. This is inefficient. My order should have been waiting in a warmer at 11:20AM when I arrived. This never happened with previous cashiers even when I ordered at 11:55AM.

I went this morning to get my breakfast. I had ordered 2 sausage bob meals an two sausage bobs on the side. I come to my job a notice I had only received 3 sausage bobs . I call the store to informed them about my order and was told to bring back all the food please . Well I can’t bc I’m now at work. Then was told well I’m sorry there is nothing I can do for you .. she goes on to say, I know there was fours bobs in the bag bc I bagged it myself!! Well she must not know how to counts bc the bag only had three bobs! Awesome job to that employee 👏🏾

Slowwwww. Sprite was bad. Fries were cold. Burger was WRONG - single patty instead of two and not the correct toppings. Soggy buns. It's like I can't explain how bad this experience was. I will NEVER be going back to this location. Whataburger in general lately, not just this location, has been dipping a lot in quality. For this money I should've just ordered curbside from Chili's, that's my bad. I feel so stupid for expecting a restaurant to meet its service promises. Again, my mistake. Too slow. Cold. Not the correct kind of burger which means I overpaid. This was HORRIBLE service. Incompetence this bad almost feels intentional. Fire the staff and start fresh. I've seen stores do it. There's enough corporate pay to get it done. Update: manager was "too busy" mismanaging the store for a client service phone call - they're making me call back the next day. The service here gets even worse. I'll 1000% be demanding my money back now. But a sincere thank you for convincing me to give up fast food in general. Thanks, Whataburger, for being so trash.

Stopped in for some food. Only one car in front of me at the drive thru. I'm writing this as I'm waiting 30 minutes for a burger. I'll be submitting my review while I'm still waiting as everyone walks by laughing. Not sure anyone is working. I feel bad for the 3 cars behind me. They'll be waiting an hour. As I type this the guy opens the window and asks me to pull forward. And asked what the hold up was since it's been a half an hour. He says "ahhh we are just making the meat".

Always double check your order especially if you pay extra for the specialty sauce. I unfortunately went home without my jalapeño ranch dip they said to mention it next time I was here, but I should have known better and kept the receipt.

Customer service is Terrible. Waiting to take my order 4 different employees acknowledged that I was there but did not ask if I had been helped or said someone will be with you in a minute. However, they did roll their eyes like, omg another customer and turned their backs. After ordering the food took so long the fries and burger were so cold and when I took the food back up the girl that took my food back began talking at laughing at the fact that I have a problem with eating cold food! I just come here out of convenience, but this place is so slow and so rude EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

I was so disappointed in my food. The burger tasted like they added extra salt 🧂 and was too salty to eat (Patty Melt meal). The fries were cold and soggy. This is the second Whataburger that I will no longer go to order food. You are on my DO NOT EAT HERE list. I'm wondering what happened to this chain since it sold. This is not the first time my food sucked, I spent 45.00.

Customers beware this location is consistently giving the incorrect orders from drive thru.

Waited at dine in over 40 mins for food . 4 tables got their food first even though I ordered before all of them. Apparently they forgot about out order and if I don't go to the counter they would of never had my order . Fries where old and 🥶 Never coming to this location again.

Never coming here again ,the place is a mess .food takes forever to be served .went to eat at night late at night thinking it would be faster to get some food but nope they are slow

It’s hit or miss but most of the time the food is alright. The real problem is how long it takes to get your food. On average it takes at least 15 minutes to get a simple order. They’re slipping.

I can’t give zero stars, but just know everything was terrible. I actually stopped going to this one awhile ago for similar issues. I decided it’s been long enough, so maybe I should have grace. I was not wrong going about going to a different, better whataburger. What was most disappointing was the service, the attitude, the food, and no help what so ever. Basically everything. Our order was taken by a manager. I asked for help finding a deal I had just saw when I had first opened the app and she turned her nose up at me. So I bought what I had a deal for, for the full price. I also ordered fries that I asked to be fresh. I got soggy old disgusting fries. I waited there for about 20mins for those fresh fries too, this is inside dining… I got treated terribly as well as my brother did. An off duty employee came in like he owned the place and stood there in front of the counter with someone else he had brought. They were just chatting away as a line developed and I had to reach around them to pay. Management and the employees need a meeting to figure this attitude issue, work ethic issue, and manners or they need to start replacing current employees with new hires that have better attitudes, work ethic, and manners, especially the managers. You can’t steer a ship that the captain abandoned and let sink. Show that you care and your not just there for a paycheck. I know they wouldn’t want to be treated the way they treated us at any restaurant they choose to go to. Fast food or not. They’re the faces of that franchise and they’re not making a good name for it whatsoever.

I asked for no ice then they gave me a cup with ice then they gave me a cup with very little soda in it as you could see in the picture very rude cashier he did not care then when he brought my food out when I had to wait to my car he said see you later this is on 11: 42 pm on 1/02/2024 I come here a lot I've never have this kind of problem people usually nice and when I ask for no ice every time they give me a full glass the sad this person doesn't have very good customer service and they called me ma'am instead of calling me sir like I asked because I'm not a woman I'm a man

MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR FOOD! They pride themselves on all their different combinations, but the second you order a custom burger it doesn’t come as ordered. I’ve experienced this more times than I care to admit. I’ve even gone back to have them fix it, and they managed to mess it up in the same way. 🤦🏻‍♂️
