One of the best Pizza Hut's around! Never had a bad pizza or cheese breadsticks. This location also very clearly understands when someone ask for extra cheese you actually get extra cheese! Have been a customer for a bit over a year now and that will most certainly continue. Good job Pizza Hut, Saratoga Springs. Not to mention this is the first store where I've seen the franchise owner working and assisting his employees and customers he's waited on me several times.

This is a hidden gem!! JUST like the Pizza Hut dine in restaurants I grew up going to (complete with Juke Box). The atmosphere was surprisingly friendly, the staff, from waitresses to store manager were truly delightful. The food was hot, delicious, and just as ordered. Even the bathrooms were clean!! We were just looking for a place to kill time while our oldest child was attending an event in Saratoga. We were so impressed that my husband and I both said we'd drive the hour to come back JUST for the restaurant. One of the few dine-in Pizza Huts left since corporate pulled out of the Capitol Region. This franchise has it nailed. Family friendly, delicious, and affordable.

Thin crust is awesome. The Pizza Huts near Buffalo, NY are now w franchises bought by individuals that don't adhere to the past PH menu items.

We order consistently and often from Pizza Hut. The food is excellent,,hot and on time...EVERY time.. The drivers are courteous and quick. I'm Italian and believe me I've tried most of the "Italian" delivery pizza restaurants and am universally disappointed. And uck on Domino's who said they changed their cardboard crust....they lied! Bravo Pizza Hut!!

Stuffed crust pizza is the best, it’s like having a mozzarella sticks appetizer added to your order for free and they always have just the right amount of spices on every pizza no matter how you order it, so many delicious choices to choose from, and they deliver too, eat in take out or delivery each as good as the next. She is the same waitress we've been visiting for over 20 yrs!!! Insane - she's a really sweet older woman with an accent - she's from the Uk. Super pleasant, and if she has time will chat with you a out a variety of topics. It's amazing to still see the same faces at the same local places esp after so many changes & selling of the chain as a whole. She may forget your drink on occasion, but her friendliness and kindness is worth it LOL

We don't have The Hut around us anymore. Tried this one and was clean, great service and the breadsticks with cheese and personal pan pizzas were hot and delicious. The waitress even staggered them so sticks came out first. So many times they. Come out at same time. Would definitely return and recommend.

We've been here several times and it's always been a good experience. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. Friendly staff and good service. The menu items are just what you'd expect from Pizza Hut; quality and consistency. The salad bar is small but was fresh and fully stocked. Be sure to check out the vintage photos of Saratoga hung up on the walls around the dining area - that is a nice touch! I'm sure we'll be back in here again on our next visit.

Expected the crunchy, buttery, wonderful taste that is uniquely Pizza Hut's Original pan pizza, but after my first bite, I was extremely disappointed. It had a flat, dull crust that I could get in a frozen pizza. I mentioned to the guy who answered the phone when I called to question if they changed the recipe, that being originally from Brooklyn, I order Pizza Hut only for their Original pan pizza. Told me their thin crust is like NYC pizza 🤣😂🤣😂, maybe I should try this. No thanks, I'll go elsewhere. They should also have noted on their website menu that the Original Pan Pizza recipe has recently changed to a whole other taste. I would have called to question this and wouldn't have ordered their 'new' pizza. We also ordered sandwiches which come with fries and taste good.

Very clean, nice and quiet. Good food and great service. It's a nice place to go for a casual meal or even a snack if you'd prefer and are aware of the pizza hut menu. Drinks are ready almost instantly, overall it's a great pizza hut. Our waitress was serving every table at the time and keeping pace, I was very impressed.

My husband and I were in Saratoga and we decided to stop for something to eat. We decided on Pizza Hut since we don’t have one by us anymore. This particular Pizza Hut was phenomenal. Only one server and there quite a few people there dining in, not to mention the people that were there to pick up and she did a great job! We ordered cheese sticks, garlic bread with cheese and 2 personal pans and everything was fresh, hot and delicious!! Very pleasantly surprised!

It was such a blast from the past and refreshing to see that the quality was still high and the taste was consistent! We went here for my 66th birthday today 8/2/24 at 4:30 and had a great time, lg. meat lovers pan pizza and we had their all u can eat salad bar, which you can also have one trip or pay extra for unlimited. I've been going to this pizza hut for years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Always clean. The only drawback is the restrooms are very small and always cold. Though that seems like a building problem.

Pizza Hut moved out of our town years ago, so we ordered here while we were visiting Saratoga Springs. Pizza Hut will never be traditional New York Style pizza, but if you like the Hut's traditional pan pizza, this place prepares it just like I remember it. If you like Pizza Hut pizza, you'll like this place.

No pizza and salad var lunch special. One or the other and if you get them both be ready to drop some money. They used to have like a one trip salad bar special then a personal pizza and one or two bread sticks. Not anymore. Probably won't go back at those prices.

First, the delivery person went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. He made every effort to ensure I was satisfied. The pizza and the breadsticks were poorly made. The pizza looked like someone threw all the ingredients on the pizza from 5 feet away. The sauce was just bad and it made it hard for the cheese to properly bake. The cheesesticks tasted like they were made yesterday.

This place had a strange smell. The waitress seemed a little overwhelmed. Wasn't many people there. We both got the new melts & they were very good.

Never go here for a "quick" lunch. I've been twice and both times service was so slow and at times nonexistent. I've even had to go up to the register to ask someone for silverware or a napkin or the check (because by that time my lunch break was over and I had to get out of there but no one was around.) But if you have two hours to spare, the place is a good throw back to the 80s.

Pizza was not good all the way The waitress was nice and all but kinda strange with the covid-19 that they take your food to box up instead of leaving you the box to do it That's weird as beforehand they would bring you a box and you do it yourself. I ordered 2 cheesy garlic bread orders and 2 large pizzas. Tell me why I received 2 totally different garlic breads. I should've looked in every box before leaving. The food was "Pizza hut good" the ordering was so easy. The price was extremely fair. I went to pick it up and the girl was more worried about "clocking in" And then standing there then she was helping anyone. I walked up and say "Hello, I'm here for a pick up for ......" her exact response was "Yup, gimme a minute" Proceeded to do what ever it was she was doing and then drink her green smoothie. I sat there and finally went out to my car to shut if off and grab my phone. Came back in. Sat there. I tried to make small talk about the weather and her exact response was "yup" Like, wait, what? It wasn't a question. Either way. I stood there. Stood there. Finally the lovely man who's been there for as long as I lived in the area, or so it seems. 20 years? Came from around the corner to ask me if he could help me (all while there were 3 employees leaning on the counter ignoring myself and anyone else that walked in). He opened the food warming door and took my order out and gave it to me. I mean, how long did I have to actually sit there like an idiot all while my food was ready? As I was leaving a couple of ladies were commenting on the lack of attention they were getting waiting "to be seated" even though the place was empty. I know staffing is difficult these days but we are letting these horrible employees run the show while the hard working consistent faithful ones take on the weight. Pay that man double and get rid of the green smoothie drinking slug leaning against the counter "yup"

I usually enjoy pizza hut, this was my first (and last) experience at this location. The service was okay but the food was all disappointing and one person in my party got the chicken wings which were rubbery and had a strange taste, she wound up being sick for the next few days. I can't say that it is always like this but I will definitely not be going here again.

I had my husband go to Pizza Hut in Saratoga, to order Chicken Alfredo,pizza with sausage, garlic parmesan wings and hot wings. Food was sub par. Tiny portion of Alfredo, garlic parmesan wings were flat in taste. I should have went to Pizza time. Didn't offer blue cheese,we would have paid. Lucky I gave 2 stars, I was being generous.

I love Pizza Hut but the service and food here today was aweful the cashier was rude as hell and the food was horrible. I waited 15 minutes to order in the restaurant and know one even acknowledge me until they took my order then when I get my order I am missing items so I have to wait again which leads to my other food to get cold. The service today was very bad and unacceptable I totally understand them being busy but in a customer service based company you should want all your customers to be happy.

If you want pizza hut, i suggest you pick it up yourself. I ordered pizza today. I don't know why they dispatched it with door dash. I received the time of delivery for 5:13. As I tracked my order the time changed several times. 5:13, 5:26, 5:36, 5:49, 5:51, and 5:59. I called to find out what happened and got no real answer other than it was dispatched. I knew it went out at 5:18, but it took too long to arrive. It finally arrived at 5:49 and of course everything arrived cold. I will no longer be ordering food from here again.

Well, in his defense, our "server" was doing his best. They were way too busy for the 3 people that were working there. Being in biz, I understand how difficult it can be to manage tasks in different locations of a restaurant, this location really needs more staff. After 25 minutes we got our breadsticks which were quite hard and a big disappointment as I was very excited for them. I don't remember the sauce being quite so sweet, a marinara must have a boatload of sugar in it! But it's been many years since I've had this. The pizza was still good as I remembered. It was kind of nice walking into 1985 inside, no complaints about that. It was quite nostalgic. It absolutely needs an update but was fun for a visit.

I placed an online delivery….i ordered one cheese pizza, one side of bread sticks with marinara, and Alfredo which states online that it comes with 5 bread sticks….alfredo arrives, greasy, oily, messy, and only one order of bread sticks with entire order which had 5 with it….so I’m not sure if it’s the side I paid 11$ for, or if it’s the side that came with the pasta…. Do better. Messing with a family’s money is ridiculous

food was good, our waitress miranda was amazing. when we arrived we sat at the front for 5+ minutes were told to sit down and someone would come check on us, then the staff told someone we “snuck past them”. then was corrected on our language by someone cleaning tables (our language was not bad). would only come back here for miranda as she was the only one who was good there

My order was messed up the last four times, Instead of fixing their mistake they asked me why I kept bothering to place orders with them if I know they keep messing up. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! My family and me went last night, the experience was horrible!! We walked in and nobody greeted us, the guy behind the counter just said you can sit over there and pointed to one of the many empty tables. It then took 10 minutes for someone to come take our order, we didn't get a menu yet!!! Meanwhile 2 tables just got up and walked out. When our order was finally taken close to another 10 minutes goes by and still no breadsticks, I went to the counter and asked why it was taking so long, another 5 minutes no breadsticks, we then also got up and walked out, the kid wiping the adjacent table just said sorry about the wait. This is the second time this happened! 6 months ago my daughter and I stopped in for lunch, only one other table was occupied, 15 minutes after waiting to order food, we just got up and walked out, again all we heard was sorry. WE ARE NEVER GOING TO THAT LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!

They wouldn’t seat us! We arrived around 4:00pm, 3 of us. Staff had us wait to be seated, apparently waiting for a booth to open, yet tables were available. After nearly 10 minutes, another family came in and was seated at a table immediately. We have never been passed over for seating here or anywhere. We then left and the staff didn’t show any concern. We have dined at this location before and had great food and good service, plus we leave a nice tip. Unlikely to return after this experience.

The manager Jerry was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered in the food industry. To explain he ignored me as I stood there waiting to pay for a pizza I had already paid $40 for. But because it didn’t go through on their end I ended up spending $80. Yes. $80.00 on pizza. After this MANAGER told me there was nothing he could do even though I showed him my bank account where the amount due had already came out of my account. When the lady who grabbed Jerry from the back (I’m assuming the kitchen) he came out with gloves on touched the register, money and then still had his gloves on continue to help other customers after I left. Which is absolutely disgusting! I don’t suggest using the pay online option for this location as they seem to have problems with their online order. As for the manager I feel he needs a reevaluation on his manager skills and his sanitation skills. I’d give zero stars but I have to give at least one to post the review. How convenient.

I'm not sure what's going on with this location but they seriously need help. Last year we went and it was bad. There was only 1 server and the line was backed up for seating and take out orders. This time was no different. There were 3 tables already seated and halfway done and we arrived there around 3-4 pm. There was one couple ahead of us so we got in line. An older couple came in shortly after us and it took about 5 minutes before anyone said anything to us all. No greeting nothing to acknowledge that we were there. The server didn't know who was first 2nd or 3rd to seat. She was visibly frazzled. She took the 2 other tables that sat when we did drink orders before coming to our table. Granted she was very nice and pleasant but she definitely needs help. Now let's get to the FOOD OMG how nasty. We ordered the big box which came with 2 medium Pizzas, bread sticks, boneless wings. We ordered traditional wings as well because some people like bone(less). I ordered mild boneless and they were just nasty. I brought them home and my pitbull won't eat them either so I threw them out this morning. The traditional wings my cousin and sister ate but they said they didn't taste right either but my cousin was so hungry she ate them and today she's sick. We each went to the Salad bar which had wilted lettuce and some items we depleted. Potato salad was good though. And what happened to the boiled eggs? They're not on there. The PIZZA which normally to my opinion is the best pizza was so doughy. Normally there's a nice crisp on the bottom but nope. I must say, they tried to make a chicken bacon ranch tho using Alfredo sauce because they didn't have ranch for pizza. The chicken was unflavored and I dipped it in ranch dressing from the wings and it was actually good if only it wasn't for the fact that it was doughy. We have 2 half pizzas sitting in our kitchen that no one wants..not even my dog who LOVES pizza pizza as I call it for him. Towards the middle of our dining another server became our server and we had to ASK at the counter for to go boxes thinking Millz (my dog) would eat it. We get pizza hut every few months near the house depending on our budget etc and this store is the WORST. I appreciate this store being open for sit down and the salad buffet. We just happened to be in Saratoga yesterday and decided to go. I truly hope some changes are made with the food and more help us hired or scheduled. It's as if the owner/manager doesn't care about this property.

Me and my little family went here today for lunch and I have ordered specific things I wanted either for me or my children and it was messed up not once but like 3 times before the order was corrected. I was also over charged for things that was not my doing or fault. Never got the items off my order and all the manager wanted to try giving me was a 10% discount instead of apologizing for their mistakes and atleast giving me half a refund or something for messing up the order. The amount of time i had to wait for mine and my kids food was outrageous too!!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

I ordered 5 pizzas with extra sauce on the pizzas for my son's birthday party today... Very disappointed.. Pizzas were all very dry with little / no sauce? None of the kids ate it and now left with 5 dry pizzas🤦... Next time someone orders extra sauce, just do the right thing and put extra sauce on it... I wouldve been fine paying extra...

YUCK!! The Pizza is just awful. I didn't even bother complaining to the " pizza maker" because I am certain it would've fallen on deaf ears. The last one I had was just the absolute worst, and after a couple of previous awful pizzas I can say that I will never purchase food from this particular restaurant again.

Very disappointed with the Pizza Hut in Saratoga Springs. The food was poorly made and didn’t taste fresh at all—the pizza was cold and soggy, and the toppings were barely there. On top of that, the service was slow and unorganized, even though it wasn’t busy. Staff didn’t seem interested in helping or fixing the issues. For the price, this was absolutely not worth it. I won’t be coming back. Bad experience overall. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend this location. Staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. When there was an issue with the order, it felt like an inconvenience to them rather than something they wanted to fix. Definitely not the level of service I expect.Terrible customer service. Employees were rude and dismissive, and no effort was made to correct mistakes or communicate clearly. This location seriously needs better training in how to treat customers. Worst customer service. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and didn’t care about fixing problems. Won’t be returning.

My last two visits here have been unfortunately not great. The customer service has not been as it should, especially in a business where "customer service " should be number one priority. Sent my child in to grab an online order we placed and when she came out she said multiple workers walked by her and another customer said nothing she over heard an employee saying she was clocking out , not "one moment we'll be rite with you " she's 13 and knows what customer service should and shouldn't look like. If you don't like your job especially in customer service then simply find a new one. happy and welcoming employees matter.

We sat down to a table because there were so many people standing at the counter. The woman that was waiting tables looked right at us then went back into the kitchen. Another table came in and she greeted them then walked back to the kitchen again. She walked right past us and did not greet us. I really like pizza hut and am very disappointed in the acts of such a rude employee. Friday 8/1/2025. 8pm. Saratoga Springs, NY.

Bought Veggie Pasta , veggies not cooked it was like they were just thrown on top without bake , hardly any sauce and hard pasta . Very disappointed, I usually get good food there not this time and these are not cheap

The food was good until I found a long strand of hair on the breadstick. I told the waitress(Roxanne) and she just picked up the plate and walked away. She did not apologize for the hair being there or anything. She just picked up the plate and walked off. She came back minutes later with the rest of the food as if nothing ever happened. I was utterly disgusted to say the least. Would not eat here again.
