Rather disappointing service. Anyone who comes inside to eat is basically ignored and you wait in line after all the drive through traffic is handled. Very few clean tables look like they've been sitting dirty and not wiped for quite a while the drink fountain area was just a mess needless to say leave something to be desired

Don't bother going inside. Self order computer system sucks. Location is hammered. Pretty dirty I would move onto the next one.

I placed an order on the del Taco app within 5 minutes it was marked as delivered at my house which I knew was impossible so I tried to call the store and they wouldn't answer the next day they are telling me they are not responsible it's doordash I need to call doordash even though I have a confirmation number from del Taco and A receipt from del Taco there's no accountability and they are thieves do not order online from del Taco

Younger Mexican Girl behind the counter would not take our order was not polite and was forced to use kiosk. I will not use a screen to place my order sorry not happening Needless to say we have been coming here for over 35 plus year we are locals and will not be returning. I ordered online and said it would be ready at 4 pm. I arrived at 4:06 pm The Manager was so unprofessional and the Communication was terrible . The Manger told the Customer in front of me to use the KIOS and ignored me , so I said " im picking up an online order . The Manager just ignored me like I wasn't there she didn't even bother to ask me if I was picking up an order. My order was sitting on the counter and the food was cold because I stood there waiting for some service , After 10 mins I had to say something that I was there to pick up an order. The Manager never apologized what so ever and did nothing to take care of her customer with this situation. A situation that was Simply to fix. The Manager ( Wearng a red shirt , brownish hair on 07/23/25 approx about 4:06 pm ) Needs People skills bad . This place is in Business because of us Customers and stop discriminating your Customers. Take Cate of your Customer with respect! I will notify Corporate also .

I don’t like the self kiosk, especially when paying cash, you have to waste time doing both. I used to go out of my way for this Del Taco because they had employees that actually took your order. Yesterday evening I walked in and nobody wants to help you, they just look at you, and expect you to order from the kiosk. After waiting about five minutes, I just left. I won’t be back here. Employees better be careful about ignoring customers, and not wanting to take their orders. Soon there will be machines making the food and you’ll be out of a job, and you’d have wished you helped customers that no longer come to your establishment because of poor customer service. Employees in fast food are paid well now, so why not give better customer service, instead of being lazy, and waiting for your job to be replaced by robots. Soon you will no longer be needed.

Edit to add 11-18-24 order, so my pregnant wife wanted a chicken quesadilla from here even though our last visit wasn’t good but I caved and went again, this time I was charged for a chicken quesadilla but got just cheese and my chili cheese fries were not as ordered either, I don’t want to contact anyone, I don’t want a refund, I just want what I pay for and that’s literally it, thanks. Sadly, I cannot say anything good about this place anymore, as an F&B manager myself I know how difficult it can be every day, so I usually just overlook inconsistency and inaccuracy from here but today was the worst! I ordered snack tacos with light meat and extra cheese, super easy, paid extra like anywhere else and it’s fine, really subbing beef for some cheese should be free anyways but that’s not the problem at all. 3 of the tacos were broken already and also well I’ll just show the pictures I guess.. Every pic is a different taco, but, at least the cashier guy was nice 👍

This Del Taco claims to be open 24 hours which is an absolute lie. They got a big sign that says Del Taco is open right on the front of it but if you go there at 4:00 a.m. on a Sunday morning you will not be able to drive through and get any food. You will just be left with a bad taste in your mouth because you drove all the way to Del Taco thinking that the drive-thru is open 24 hours and it's not. What kind of a hole does this The kind that has a Del Taco.

Very disappointed the guy Daviess Co fries and I told him he's like well here we were waiting for your food to be ready he just recooked the fries but they did not give me new ones on the soft tacos no meat look at the color of the fries you can tell they just recooked them
