Excellent service! The guy who helped me gave me advice on how to get a better price than what I was originally asking. A 10 out of 10 for him!
This was my first time at this place, and I must say the service was excellent. The staff were young, quick, and friendly, serving you with patience and professionalism. However, the place felt a bit small for the number of customers at that time, making it difficult to move around freely or even consider eating there.
I'm here on a busy day, and the customer service continues to be excellent. Congratulations on having employees like Nerea. I assume everyone must be an equally good team!
Amazing
Staff extremely patient with my very basic Spanish and even pointed out the offers when we didn't know there were some. The pizzas are rather good too.
Great pizzas, quick service
A great branch of Domino's. Just a handful of seating inside but there are plenty of benches on the parkland around if you're okay to sit outside. Fantastic pizza - cheesy, hot and always freshly cooked, with a tasty garlic and herb dip included. I've always had good service here and enjoyed many a pizza eating in or take away from this store.
I really like Dominos pizzas. Especially the crust, it's very good. The people who serve here are very nice, friendly, and helpful. The fact that there are four tables, in corners and facing the wall... the decorator hasn't earned his salary, to be honest.
Well, we just placed an order... we asked to pay with the credit card at home... they bring us the pizzas and the guy doesn't have a credit card... he asks us if we have cash... we give him cash and he says he doesn't have any change... What if I don't have any money at home? Or what if I don't have the exact amount???
Every time I've been there, it's been for the "eat and drink" menu. It's true that we've always arrived early (around 1:30 p.m.), so there's no waiting around for service. The pizzas come out within minutes of ordering and they're all delicious. Depending on the day, there are differences in the dough; we're not sure if it's due to the ingredients or the cooking method, but for the price and the quantities offered, it's quite good. The restaurant is small, but they have an outdoor terrace.

My order arrived at my home... and everything was always correct and very fast... Today, as always, fast, the problem isn't the delivery, although we're still happy. But please, could you put a plastic table on the pizzas so the cardboard doesn't stick to the pizza...

Pizza wasn't really warm, restaurant wasn't very clean
The website offered a 3-for-1 deal, but when I went to pay, the order wasn't saved. When I called, they charged me the full amount, without even offering the 2-for-1 deal. Personally, I think it's a scam to offer deals that don't allow you to call, just to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Obviously, I had to order dinner from somewhere else.
We went to Domino's Pizza in Barakaldo to celebrate a birthday with their *group meal and drink* promotion, and honestly, it was a **regrettable** experience. They wouldn't let five people sit at the same table and forced us to wait outside on the street for over half an hour until another table became available. When we finally got a table, we went to ask for the promotion and were told that **we'd have to wait an hour between pizzas** because the restaurant was full. Meanwhile, there were a ton of people complaining because their food hadn't arrived or their orders were wrong. The worst part was: **the guy taking the check was laughing in the customers' faces** instead of trying to solve the problems. A total lack of professionalism and respect for people. In the end, we had to go somewhere else for dinner. And the saddest thing is that **this isn't the first time** we've had problems at this place; We've always had a good experience at other Domino's, but this one in Barakaldo leaves a lot to be desired in terms of organization and service.
It was horrible. It was empty, there was only me, and after a 30-minute wait, I saw a pizza on the counter. After 15 minutes, they took it and brought it to me cold. I explained why they let it get cold, and they left without answering. IT COULDN'T BE WORSELY MANAGED. ZERO SERVICE. I'll never come back.
This is the last straw! We ordered a carbonara and this is what we got?! It's unbelievable how things change depending on the employee and whether it's for pickup or dine-in. It's truly shameful; it's all cheese, with hardly any of the other ingredients. What a pity. And when we went to pick it up, there was hardly anyone there, just two tables eating, so I doubt we'll be ordering again.
