I really like Dominos pizzas. Especially the crust, it's very good. The people who serve here are very nice, friendly, and helpful. The fact that there are four tables, in corners and facing the wall... the decorator hasn't earned his salary, to be honest.

Well, we just placed an order... we asked to pay with the credit card at home... they bring us the pizzas and the guy doesn't have a credit card... he asks us if we have cash... we give him cash and he says he doesn't have any change... What if I don't have any money at home? Or what if I don't have the exact amount???

Every time I've been there, it's been for the "eat and drink" menu. It's true that we've always arrived early (around 1:30 p.m.), so there's no waiting around for service. The pizzas come out within minutes of ordering and they're all delicious. Depending on the day, there are differences in the dough; we're not sure if it's due to the ingredients or the cooking method, but for the price and the quantities offered, it's quite good. The restaurant is small, but they have an outdoor terrace.

My order arrived at my home... and everything was always correct and very fast... Today, as always, fast, the problem isn't the delivery, although we're still happy. But please, could you put a plastic table on the pizzas so the cardboard doesn't stick to the pizza...

Es la segunda vez que me envían una pizza ternera, habiendo especificado en la factura. llamo al teléfono y cogen en Barcelona, dicen que pasan un email a la tienda, todo para cambiar una pizza, da miedo pedir para llevar.

Experiencia bastante lamentable. Nada más entrar, los trabajadores estaban charlando entre ellos y perdiendo el tiempo, como si los clientes no existiéramos. Tuvimos que esperar a que decidieran atendernos, dando la sensación de que nuestro tiempo no tenía ningún valor. Es cierto que, una vez nos atendieron, el trato fue correcto y las pizzas salieron en su tiempo y estaban buenas. Hasta ahí, bien. El problema vino después. Mientras comíamos, se escuchaban constantemente gritos, discusiones entre los empleados y comentarios totalmente inapropiados con un lenguaje muy soez y fuera de lugar, generando un ambiente muy incómodo y nada profesional. No me apetece ir a comer a un sitio donde el personal discute a voces y crea un ambiente tan desagradable. Puedes tener buena comida, pero si el ambiente es así, se te quitan las ganas de volver. Muy mala organización y cero cuidado por la experiencia del cliente. Lamentable.

Pizza wasn't really warm, restaurant wasn't very clean

Ibamos con idea de cenar en el local. Imposible, es minusculo. Además estaba de pena, mesas sin recoger y el ruido insoportable. Finalmente, pedimos pizza, nuggets y patatas para llevar. La comida de pena. La pizza con los ingredientes amontonados en el centro y las patatas sin cocinar. Al menos los nuggets estaban pasables.

La cajera día de hoy turno de la noche super grosera se negó a atenderme por qué no pedí lo que ella quería por que iba con un grupo y yo quería mi menú aparte de todos

Tema, atención x parte del encargado fatal, en tema sabor no está mal , podría decir q hay mejores lugares 🤌 pero las pizzas Están buenas

Pésimo y en mal estado, lugar sucio y pegajoso, la comida tarda y está fria El servicio malísimo dices hola y no te responden MUY MAL

Realice mi pedido por la app de Uber eats, pedí un cubo de alitas de 18 und y llegaron 13. No revisan que este la cantidad completa antes de hacer el envío...

The website offered a 3-for-1 deal, but when I went to pay, the order wasn't saved. When I called, they charged me the full amount, without even offering the 2-for-1 deal. Personally, I think it's a scam to offer deals that don't allow you to call, just to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Obviously, I had to order dinner from somewhere else.

We went to Domino's Pizza in Barakaldo to celebrate a birthday with their *group meal and drink* promotion, and honestly, it was a **regrettable** experience. They wouldn't let five people sit at the same table and forced us to wait outside on the street for over half an hour until another table became available. When we finally got a table, we went to ask for the promotion and were told that **we'd have to wait an hour between pizzas** because the restaurant was full. Meanwhile, there were a ton of people complaining because their food hadn't arrived or their orders were wrong. The worst part was: **the guy taking the check was laughing in the customers' faces** instead of trying to solve the problems. A total lack of professionalism and respect for people. In the end, we had to go somewhere else for dinner. And the saddest thing is that **this isn't the first time** we've had problems at this place; We've always had a good experience at other Domino's, but this one in Barakaldo leaves a lot to be desired in terms of organization and service.

It was horrible. It was empty, there was only me, and after a 30-minute wait, I saw a pizza on the counter. After 15 minutes, they took it and brought it to me cold. I explained why they let it get cold, and they left without answering. IT COULDN'T BE WORSELY MANAGED. ZERO SERVICE. I'll never come back.

This is the last straw! We ordered a carbonara and this is what we got?! It's unbelievable how things change depending on the employee and whether it's for pickup or dine-in. It's truly shameful; it's all cheese, with hardly any of the other ingredients. What a pity. And when we went to pick it up, there was hardly anyone there, just two tables eating, so I doubt we'll be ordering again.
